The education world now is entering an adjustment phase in teaching and learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. Activities that are usually carried out offline (outside the network) face-to-face in the classroom, turn into online distance learning (in the network). In order to reduce the spread of the virus, the government issued a policy stating that all activities are carried out from home and utilize the technology as a supporting tool, including learning practices carried out by the universities. The limited online learning conditions between lecturers and students, overcome by the campus by preparing themselves to formulate policies and strategic steps, so that, the activity process on sharing topics lecture continue to run using e-learning application facilities. Likewise, Tri Dharma activities of higher education regarding research and community service. The use of technology with various platform applications during this pandemic is one of the researches breakthroughs used. Like it or not, online learning forces both lecturer and students to adapt. Implementation of community service activities that are generally carried out directly in the field, continues to run using the internet network through the provision of webinars (seminars on the web) or virtual work lecture (KKN) activities virtually. Kegiatan yang biasanya dilakukan secara luring (luar jaringan) tatap muka di ruang kelas, beralih menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan daring (dalam jaringan). Dalam rangka menekan laju penyebaran virus, pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan yang menyatakan bahwa semua aktivitas kegiatan dilakukan dari rumah dan memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai sarana penunjangnya, termasuk praktik pembelajaran yang dijalankan oleh perguruan tinggi.  Kondisi pembelajaran yang terbatas secara daring antara dosen dan mahasiswa, diatasi pihak kampus dengan mempersiapkan diri menyusun kebijakan dan langkah strategis agar proses aktivitas kegiatan berbagi materi topik kuliah tetap berjalan menggunakan fasilitas aplikasi e-learning. Begitu pula dengan kegiatan Tri Dharma perguruan tinggi dalam hal riset dan pengabdian masyarakat. Penggunaan teknologi dengan bermacam platform aplikasi di masa pandemi ini merupakan salah satu terobosan riset yang digunakan. Mau tidak mau, suka tidak suka, pembelajaran secara daring “memaksa” para tenaga didik dan juga mahasiswa untuk beradaptasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang umumnya dilakukan secara langsung di lapangan, tetap berjalan menggunakan jaringan internet melalui pengadaan webinar (seminar dalam web) atau kegiatan kuliah kerja nyata (KKN) secara virtual. Innovation is a crucial element to achieving business success and sustainability. In pursuing superior performance, organizational members generate new ideas and realize new ideas. Hybrid entrepreneurship was a phenomenal point of view but was still poorly studied in the management literature. This research that examines the topic of entrepreneurship contributes to the development of entrepreneurship and economic growth. The approach in this research was quantitative. Respondents were entrepreneurs and employees in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek) with a simple random sampling technique. A total of 104 respondents returned the questionnaire. Evaluation of research hypotheses used SmartPLS software program. Results show that all variables have a significant correlation.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumer experiences, time saving orientation, and price saving orientation on actual behavior using grab food through convenience motivation as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative approach and a pilot study of 30 respondents was conducted to test the research instrument. The object of this research is the people of Bekasi City by using a sample of 136 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses regression using the SPSS version 24 application. The results show that consumer experiences, time saving orientation, and price saving orientation variables have a significant effect on actual behavior and convenience motivation in using grab food. Meanwhile, convenience motivation is able to mediate consumer experiences, time saving orientation, and price saving orientation towards actual behavior in using grab food.

The condition of the COVID-19 pandemic, which spread throughout the world, caused a massive economic downturn. The importance of education and training patterns that provide results that can be applied in the real world is the main target of education. Innovation leadership, both directly and through increasing strategic compatibility, significantly improves company performance. This study aims to examine the relationship between organizational culture, leadership style, and organizational innovation mediated by the COVID-19 pandemic. Research respondents are lecturers, and employees and students involved in student organizations. The results showed that the Organization Culture and Leadership Style mediated by the condition of Pademi Covid-19 there was a significant relationship to the Innovation Organization Keywords: Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, Pandemic COVID-19, Organizational Innovation Abstrak Kondisi pandemic COVID-19 yang menyebar di seluruh dunia, menyebabkan kemerosotan ekonomi secara massif. Pentingnya pola pendidikan dan pelatihan yang memberi hasil yang dapat diaplikasikan dalam dunia nyata merupakan target utama pendidikan. Kepemimpinan inovasi, baik secara langsung maupun melalui peningkatan kecocokan strategis, secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan.  Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji hubungan antara budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan inovasi organisasi yang dimediasi pandemi COVID-19. Responden penelitian merupakan dosen dan karyawan serta mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Organization Culture dan Leadership Style dimediasi oleh kondisi Pademi Covid-19 ada hubungan signifikan terhadap Innovation Organization.
