Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan panduan pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kreativitas mahasiswa dalam penyelesaian tugas projek mata kuliah Sistem Distribusi Tenaga Listrik melalui model Pembelajaran Berbasis Projek (PBL). Projek yang akan dijadikan objek tugas meliputi empat komponen dalam Sistem Distribusi Tenaga Listrik yaitu (1) Komponen Jaringan Sistem Distribusi Tenaga Listrik, (2) Transformator Distribusi Tenaga Listrik, (3) Beban dalam Distribusi Tenaga Listrik, dan (4) Perencanaan Jaringan Distribusi Tenaga Listrik. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian ini, maka penelitian secara keseluruhan menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development). Sesuai model pendekatan research and development (R&D) maka pelaksanaan penelitian ini mengikuti langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: studi pendahuluan, perencanaan materi tugas projek, uji pakar materi tugas projek, dan diseminasi. Dalam pelaksanaan pengembangan empat komponen tugas dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan dengan melibatkan 20 mahasiswa sebagai responden dan observer. Dalam tahap pertama penelitian ini dikembangkan analisis konten terkait topik dan sub topik materi tugas projek untuk meningkatkan kreativitas mahasiswa sesuai dengan tugas yang telah disusun. Bahan studi pendahuluan terhadap keempat komponen tugas merupakan pengembangan hasil penelitian sebelumnya dalam pengembangan bahan ajar Sistem Distribusi Tenaga Listrik yang telah disusun. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa model PBP sangat membantu mahasiswa dalam pengembangan wawasan dan kreativitasnya melalui observasi langsung dilapangan. Materi bahan ajar yang disajikan membantu mahasiswa dalam mempelajari berbagai komponen sistem distribusi tenaga listrik yang digunakan di lapangan. Sedangkan panduan pembelajaran membantu mahasiswa dalam melakukan observasi lapangan, sehingga berbagai komponen terkait sistem jaringan distribui menjadi bahan diskusi dan pengembangan materi perkuliahan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan menyusun bahan ajar mata kuliah Distribusi Tenaga Listrik sesuai Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia (KKNI) dengan Kompetensi Dasar Bidang Keahlian (KDBK) Konversi Energi Listrik pada Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Elektro dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi ketenagalistrikan. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan research and development (R&D). Kegiatan penelitian tahap awal antara lain: (1) menganalisis kompetensi dasar bidang keahlian konversi enegri listrik sesuai KKNI, (2) menyusun topik dan sub topik materi bahan ajar Distribusi Tenaga Listrik, dan (3) membuat materi bahan ajar materi bahan ajar Distribusi Tenaga Listrik. Hasil penelitian adalah bahan ajar distribusi tenaga listrik yang berorientasi pada kompetensi ketenagalistrikan dalam upaya peningkatan kompetensi mahasiswa
This research aims to develop worksheets to improve student competence in the electrical installation process. The study was conducted at the Department of Electrical Engineering Education, which involved 18 students. The research methodology uses the Dick & Carey development model, at the review and trial stage the research involved 2 experts, 3 lecturers supporting the course, and 18 students of the Electrical Engineering Education Study Program. Based on the results of testing the job sheet, it is known: 1) the job sheet design expert test states it is suitable for use; 2) test material is known to need to add grounding material to add insight into students in installing and submitting grounding for electrical installations, 3) the results of the use of job sheets by students shows the level of ease and effectiveness in using equipment packages prepared as supplemented job sheets that have been prepared.
KKNI Oriented curriculum implementation in teaching and learning activities in the Unimed developed with six's task student in the learning system. The success of the implementation of the six's tasks are not only from the resistance factors and support that can be derived from the students, lecturers and the availability of infrastructure facilities. The results of the study showed that the resistance factors faced by students is the availability of the ingredients and the appliance (58%), The clarity of the task of the lecturers (48%), feel less creative (49.4%). Resistance Factors from a lecturer is time to assess the task students (53%) and feel student motivation in performing tasks still low (76.4%). six's task implementation can be done better when the institution provides better soft copy or and hard copy reference. Such is the case of lecturers give the task more clearly and the number of credits to be interdicted proportional so enough time to assess the student tasks.
