<p><em>This paper aims to discuss the practice of Islamic moderation which has been carried out by the two largest Islamic mass organizations in Indonesia, namely the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) and Muhammadiyyah primarily in the era of the Industrial Revolution (RI) 4.0. This article is written with the library research method. This study is descriptive explorative which analyzes the challenges of Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyyah in the aspects of da'wah and social in the fourth industrial revolution era. The conclusions of this study are: 1) NU and Muhammadiyah consistently guard the Indonesian nation with the value of Islamic moderation, without colliding between Islam and the Indonesian State; 2) Era (RI) 4.0 which is also known as the era of disruption requires NU and Muhammadiyyah to take part in utilizing technology to respond to the progress of the times in today's society. 3) In answering the challenges in this era of disruption, the two Islamic organizations need to make strategic efforts to counter Islamic radicalism, especially in the digital world;</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Key Words: Moderation, Islam, Nahdlatul Ulama, Muhammadiyyah, Industrial Revolution 4.0.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>
Abstrak. KLA dimaksudkan sebagai usaha nyata untuk pembangunan kabupaten dan kota. Perkembangan perawatan anak pada dasarnya adalah suatu kondisi untuk penghormatan, perlindungan dan pemenuhan hak anak. KLA di Pekanbaru telah diluncurkan melalui pembentukan Task Force, namun tetap saja ada perubahan yang berarti. Secara umum bisa dikatakan bahwa isu pergerakan pemerintah kota Pekanbaru dan gerakan perlindungan anak belum dilakukan secara optimal. Perubahan tersebut diperkirakan tidak akan signifikan. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui "kenapa bukan kebijakan yang optimal?" Kendala di KLA di Pekanbaru adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Program KLA belum populer di tingkat SKPD di Pekanbaru dan secara kelembagaan SKPD masih bersifat egosektoral sehingga sulit untuk mengintegrasikan isu Anak dalam penyusunan program pendidikan, dan persiapan RAD-KLA, (2) penerapan kapasitas kelembagaan yang tidak memadai. (3) Tidak adanya anggaran berdasarkan kebutuhan anak dalam anggaran, (4) Tidak untuk menjalin kemitraan antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, organisasi masyarakat, dan masyarakat sendiri, termasuk anak-anak, dalam mewujudkan Pekanbaru ke Kota Anak-anak yang memenuhi syarat sesuai dengan yang tercantum dalam Peraturan Menteri Negara PPPA RI. 12 tahun 2011
Partai politik merupakan elemen yang bertugas memberikan pendidikan politik kepada masyarakat. Tetapi dalam perjalannnya partai politik yang ada lebih mementingkan politik kekuasaan ketimbang pendidikan politik rakyat, sehingga pemilu bukan menjadi sarana pendidikan politik, melainkan hanya untuk memperoleh dukungan suara. Partai politik terkesan hanya memperhatikan masyarakat di saat kampanye atau menjelang pesta demokrasi, setelah itu dilupakan dan dibubarkan tanpa ada yang namanya proses evaluasi. Maka akhirnya terjadi jarak cukup lebar antara rakyat dengan partai politik dan politisi yang menjadi wakil rakyat di DPR. Maka disinilah perlu dilakukan revitalisasi partai politik. Partai politik harus mampu mengembalikan fungsi awalnya sebagai elemen yang bertugas memberikan pendidikan politik kepada masyarakat. Pendidikan Politik adalah proses pembelajaran dan pemahaman tentang hak, kewajiban, dan tanggung jawab setiap warga negara dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Jika dikaitkan dengan partai politik, pendidikan politik bisa diartikan sebagai usaha sadar dan tersistematis dalam mentransformasikan segala sesuatu yang berkenaan dengan perjuangan partai politik tersebut kepada massanya agar mereka sadar akan peran dan fungsi, serta hak dan kewajibannya sebagai manusia atau warga negara.
The problems of forest and land fires continue to overshadow in Riau Province and Pelalawan District including the contributors of fire spots of forest and land fires. The handling and control of forest and land fires run during this time tend to be incidental and focus on the aspect of fire suppression only. The extinguishing and controlling of forest and land fires fire has been undertaken by several agencies in the local government organization of Pelalawan District. While the relationship between the agencies is more information share and informational relationship and the deployment of resource assistance is limited to the capacity of each organization during the occurrence of forest and land fires only, not led to a collaborative multi-disciplinary working approach (inter-organizational collaborative network) in the area of local government. This research aims to Described the management situation of forest and land fires that took place in Pelalawan District, conducting analysis and academic studies on the practice of Network Inter-Organization by controlling forest and land fires (Karhutla) in Pelalawan District, and formulating model Inter-organizational network-based organizations that can be applied to regional government of Pelalawan District in every bureaucracy organizations. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with reference to literature studies and interview reluct collection by (Agranoff i McGuire, 2003).
This research was carried out after the implementation of online learning policies during the COVID-19 pandemic, which was associated with various obstacles in the learning process. The research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences, Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim (UIN Suska) in Riau. The objectives of this research were: 1) to determine how online learning policies were implemented during the COVID-19 pandemic; and 2) to examine the barriers to implementing these policies. This study used qualitative descriptive methods and Van Meter and Van Horn’s policy implementation models. The findings indicated that the online learning policies were successfully implemented, even though they were not optimally carried out. The barriers to implementation were inadequate connectivity speeds, lack of enthusiasm and response from students during the learning process, the increasing burden of internet quota, and unfavorable environmental conditions.
