Instagram accounts owned by cultural industry have been followed by millions of followers and are not limited to a group of people in a country because cyberspace creates unlimited communities. Cultural industries that use Instagram place halal (allowed in Islam) and syar'i (based on Islamic law) labels as important elements in promoting their commodities. The following article tries to look at the commodification of several posts on Instagram that are related to religious identity and the implications that are formed by the cultural industry in Muslim communities. The following qualitative research is analyzed by content analysis based on data collection - neographic studies - from several Instagram accounts, such as travel, fashion, and cosmetics agent acoounts which utilize Islamic attributes. The results of this study indicate that the cultural industry always introduces new trends of pop culture through Instagram by using religious attributes, such as using the terms halal, syar'i, or Muslim. Religion as an agency is widely used by the cultural industry in advertising its commodities. In addition, the agency is a tool to persuade consumers to buy commodities and at the same time it is able to identify consumers as pious and modern Muslims.
The Law on General Elections in Indonesia was a revolution in legislation. However, after three general elections, the 30% quota that was set for women in the political sphere showed that the quota target was still not met, even in some places it decreased. Applying qualitative research method with a gender approach, the research showed that: 1) Party leaders saw that the enactment of quota for women in political parties was a good policy in an effort to increase women's involvement in the political sphere; 2) Some parties have special efforts to involve women in the political party, although some parties do not have special programs; 3) The effort of party has the effect on the number of women of the party in legislative board.The difficulty in achieving the quota was partly due to: lack of common understanding in the party structure regarding quotas, as well as difficulties in getting female cadres.
Instagram has become a new lifestyle in recent years. Instagram has created a society without borders because its users and followers are not limited to places. Instagram users post creative photos and videos on their accounts not only for advertising but also network orientation. Millennial generation tends to use the internet in all aspects of life. This paper aims to pay attention to: 1) How about the model and strategy of the Millennial Muslim network in aisnusantara; and 2) How they explain the importance of religious moderation in digital media. This qualitative research uses a netnographic approach based on data from the @aisnusantara Instagram account. With the ethno-semiotic method, this research reveals that: 1) Aisnusantara uses a networking management model from the national to regional levels, and has an annual meeting, namely the Kopdarnas which has an agenda to discuss various issues related to national and religious affairs for the millennial generation. 2) Aisnusantara campaigned for Islamic preaching inclusively through Instagram, for example against extremism on social media, by offering alternative narratives to counter extremism by campaigning for peaceful Islam based on religious moderation.

This what actually has been aspired by our national law long time ago, that is a society which live in equity and prosperous . Laws are made to regulate and bring justice for all elements of the society. This justice should be able to presented by the policy maker and should be realized because it is awaited by all of elements. Especially in the current situation where the COVID-19 pandemic is occuring across the world which is Indonesia state is also affected. Many people, especially the grassroots got the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, they lost their jobs, that is very meaningful for them to fullfill their daily needs. The Government through the Ministry of Villages, Development of Rural Regions, and Transmigration in the midst of this situation released a program as one of the solution, that is direct grant (Banyuan Langsung Tunai) arranged through the regulation of the Ministry of PDTT Number 6 Year 2020. The research methodology used the qualitative methods which produced descriptive data. The results of this study indicated the BLT policy in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic is an appropriate solution from the government to help alleviate citizen's living cost especially the burden of rural societies who are affected by COVID-19. The BLT policy in the midst of the 19th pandemic has reflected the sense of justice aspired by the law, because actually a law/regulation/policy was made to create justice for humans, and even that policy became a priority in the context of overcoming the COVID-19 pandemic.ame a priority in the context of overcoming the COVID-19 pandemic.
