The purpose of this study was to find out how the marketing strategy of education in Al-Arief Islamic Private High School. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The method used in data collection is observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, in analyzing the data, the researcher used several steps, namely by reducing, presenting and verifying the data. The results of the study have shown that overall the Al-Arief Islamic Private High School has implemented a marketing strategy for educational services that is quite good in improving the school's image. This can be seen from the existing education service marketing mix. This school has offered a product that is in accordance with the needs of the community, the fees charged by the Al-Arief Islamic Private High School are still very affordable when compared to established private schools in general, and this school is in a strategic place to carry out educational activities. The marketing strategy carried out by the Al-Arief Islamic Private High School is by carrying out promotions through student guardians, print media, social media and school output.
This research aims to describe the leadership of madrasah heads in empowering teachers in MTs Nurul Iman Ulu Gedong Jambi City. This study uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques using observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study found there are three forms of empowerment of teachers in MTs Nurul Iman Ulu Gedong Jambi City conducted by the principal, first, forming a teacher learning group so that each teacher can exchange experience, knowledge and information about learning. Second, include teachers in workshops, workshops, seminars, conferences, and trainings related to teaching methods/methods, making RPP, Syllabus, and implementing learning strategies. Third, conduct motivational training for teachers to always improve their learning and teaching skills.
This study aims to determine the Implementation of Student Management Implementation During the Covid-19 Pandemic at Mts Nurul Iman Kenali Asam Atas Jambi City. This research uses qualitative methods. By using data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study in terms of planning, organizing, and supervision have gone well, but in the aspect of implementing learning in students, especially in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, there are still many obstacles, namely not involving parents of students so that many students do not participate in these online learning activities because some of their parents do not have android cellphones and there are many obstacles also those who already have but do not have a learning quota.
This study aims to find out and discuss the management in the recruitment and placement of teachers in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Mukhlisin Jambi City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with observational research methods, interviews, and documentation. The source of the data was obtained from the Head of the Madrasah, a Teacher who has taught in a Madrasah, and a new Teacher in a Madrasah. The results showed that: 1) The process of implementing teacher recruitment and placement was carried out by the Head of Madrasah and Foundation; 2) Recruitment is carried out when the Madrasa needs a vacant position, and the dissemination of recruitment information in the can be orally; 3) The placement of teachers is carried out by the Head of the Madrasah taking into account the place of residence of the applicant; 4) The obstacle encountered in the recruitment and placement of teachers is that information is not widely spread.
