This paper is dedicated to the problem of formation of meaning-existential strategies in the process of education in a system of higher educational institutions. We examined the interconnection between formation of meaningexistential strategy, life awareness and locus of control,we propose here various differences between students of technical and philological specialties are to be revealed. The purpose of present research was to study the meaninglife orientations (i.e. goals of life, saturation of life and satisfaction with self -actualization) in students of technical and philological specialties along with dynamics of subjective control level indices. The results of study have shown that the emotional intelligence has effect on cognitive activity of students. High level of emotional intelligence development provides internal regulation of one's own emotions. However, modern high education system -which is aimed at the development of academic intelligence -does not give due consideration to development of emotional sphere of perspective specialists. Generalization of examined materials substantiates the actuality of the problem of formation of meaning-existential strategies of students under conditions of educational process, thus suggesting the necessity of not only analyzing related scientific research, but also implementation of their results into practice on an operational basis.
Issues of negative impact of digital processes on society in general and on people in particular are considered as well as problems of influence of network communications, virtual space, digitalization of education, formation of digital culture on personality. It is argued that in emerging digital society devalued the phenomenon of knowledge in the traditional sense, value and significant in practical terms, is not the possession of knowledge per se, but the ability to buy it, isolate of tremendous information resource, and at a certain time and at scale. There is an analysis and generalization of the transformations generated by the “age of the figure” and affecting humans. The category of “person in his social ipostasis” is chosen for scientific analysis, which allows to better understand the essence of the ongoing transformations, and, most importantly - their social and psychological consequences. The analysis found that the radical transformation of human existence has led to changes both in human psychophysics and in his cognitive, mental, communicative, axiological spheres.
The article considers the concept of resources and competences in the context of the transition of universities to a new generation model - “University 4.0.” Based on an analysis of the historical variability of university models, it is justified that resources and competencies act as the main determinants of the 4.0 university model in the modern realities of higher education. The analysis of sources claims that the movement from University 1.0 to University 4.0 increases the level of “transition” of talent and knowledge. In this way, the authors reach to the concept of “resources,” as supra-competent determinants of the growth of the university. Based on the analysis of the global challenges of the modern world, the need to distinguish the spiritual mission of universities as important actors in the development of modern society is justified. Is presented the model of the University of the Fourth Generation, developed by Al-Farabi KazNU.
In a paper the problem of students' training for their professional activity and methods that provide preparedness and can be applied an educational process are discussed. Research on this issue in has up-to-date urgency linked with necessity of forming up students' professional competencies. Problem of future specialists training, and forming up professional traits of their personality, growth of professional competence is quite important in modern university education from the point of view of graduates' suitability to new professional and applied demands. Also, basic research data and results that had been gathered by through experimental study are suggested in this paper. As charts data there is shown forming up of specialists' competence components including communicative competence and loud speaking development connected with development of professional competence by means of comparing control group and research sample of students (before and after an empirical research-study).
The article deals with psychological determinants that influences to the reduction in interest in the professional choice of future specialists. The statistics of graduates of universities of the Republic of Ka zakhstan and in Almaty is presented. It should be noted that the numbers tend to increase every year. Many students after graduation from high school do not work in their specialty. Statistics on this issue is of great interest for psychology: how to motivate students to achieve success in learning activities; how to motivate teachers to maintain interest in their chosen profession. The results of the study showed that a decrease in interest in future professional activity among senior students is influenced by the lack of clearly defined professional intentions, a superficially formed understanding of the future profession and a lack of knowledge about it (namely, knowledge of the physical and mental health requirements of the chosen profession). Students who have a tendency to interest decrease in their future profession have a lower level of adaptation than students who are satisfied with their choice (namely, adaptedness in the study group). Solving the problem requires a clear, competent and scientificallybased vocational guid ance. This article does not reveal all the psychological reasons that may affect the decline in interest in the future profession, but it gives grounds for further research on the problem under consideration.
