Youth have an essential role in the nation. Youth are considered pioneers of change; therefore, youth leadership and talents must be cultivated to the maximum. However, many challenges must be done by the government in developing it. Polytechnic of Land Transportation Bali is one of the universities that have the responsibility of developing leadership attitudes and youth talents. This research will examine the challenges and opportunities of leadership and talent development of Polytechnic of Land Transportation Bali cadet graduates. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with literature study data collection techniques. The result of this study is that people in Indonesia have a traditional mindset to reduce the potential possessed by youth. Certain leadership and talents will be underestimated. However, it can be overcome by holding a leadership and talent program at the Polytechnic of Land Transportation Bali. The graduates were given character building before completing their education at the Polytechnic of Land Transportation Bali.
Perkembangan perekonomian suatu negara akan mendorong tingginya permintaan jasa logistik mengingat intensitas perpindahan barang sangat besar dalam pasar global. Penelitian bermaksud melakukan identifikasi kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh tenaga kerja perusahaan jasa logistik dalam rangka mewujudkan penguatan sistem logistik nasional. Penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran kepada Politeknik Transportasi Darat Bali sebagai institusi yang baru dalam bidang pelatihan dan pendidikan logistik dalam mengkaji penetapan capaian pembelajaran lulusan agar peserta didik terserap secara maksimal di industri jasa logistik. Pengumpulan data primer penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan studi literatur. Kuesioner disebarkan secara langsung kepada stakeholder dan menggunakan google form/sheet. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan mengurutkan peringkat kompetensi yang dibutuhkan oleh calon pengguna lulusan Prodi Diploma III Manajemen Logistik Poltrada Bali. Berdasarkan analisa data hasil survey, Kompetensi yang paling penting dibutuhkan pada industry logistic adalah kemampuan berbahasa asing sedangkan tahapan terpenting dalam industry adalah tahapan perencanaan, dilanjutkan secara berturut-turut tahapan pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan pelaporan. Diharapkan nantinya dengan adanya penelitian ini terjadi sinkronisasi (link and match) antara penyedia dan pengguna lulusan. Sehingga tercipta lulusan yang siap pakai dan siap kerja di dunia usaha dan industri khususnya logistik.
Character is a mental or moral strength, that is the driving force, and differentiates it from other individuals. Character needs to be planted in the company to create human resources with character and ready to adapt well in order to development the company. Local wisdom can be used as an alternative in building the character of human resources (HR), because local wisdom is the noble values possessed by each region which are upheld by the values and meanings contained therein. Building character based on local wisdom will have a meaning when it is based on universal values ??that are rooted in the culture. One of the local wisdoms in Bali is the concept of Tri Kaya Parisudha. Tri Kaya Parisudha are three ethical teaching concepts that are controlled and harmonized, namely thoughts (manacika), words (wacika), and actions (kayika). Human character in the era of globalization should be assessed from the aspect of attitude or character, without prejudice to the numerical or numerical aspects of the assessment, seen as relevant as an indicator in building the character of human resources.
Modern business trends are becoming more diverse as technology, particularly digital marketing, develops. The idea behind and use of digital marketing is an endeavor to increase sales of goods from a brand. Every human resource in the organization must be able to master this competency because it is the key to the growth of the business overall. Human resources must come up with plans to increase employee proficiency in digital marketing. The goal of the approach is to improve marketers' understanding of potential customers, their communication skills, and their capacity to identify the best marketing mix for each target market. The most effective digital marketers are those who have a clear understanding of how each campaign supports the goals of the offering. Digital marketers can use their free or paid media to produce broader campaigns depending on the objectives of their marketing plan. In order to increase the company's human resources' proficiency in digital marketing, this study focuses on the deployment of efficient training programs. A review of the literature using descriptive qualitative processing techniques was the research methodology used in this study.
