The arterial roads in tourism areas show a lack of control over activities that occur on the arterial roadsides. This study constructs a speed-flow behavior model to analyze the influence of side friction events under mixed traffic flows on arterial road performances in Bali. This event is dominated by the entry and exit of vehicles from road access points. The study results show that in friction conditions, the speed of the motorcycle is significantly affected by the presence and speed of other motorcycles and light vehicles, but in base conditions, it is significantly affected by the presence and speed of all types of vehicles. Meanwhile, the speed of light vehicles is significantly influenced by the presence and speed of motorcycles and other light vehicles. A further study is required to analyze the influence of motorized vehicles on the selection of heavy vehicle speed on arterial roads. Due to side frictions, a decrease in road capacity (pcu/hour) was found between 14.37% and 26.60% while a decrease in speed was between 13.79% and 76.19%. These show a significant side friction problem on arterial roads in tourism areas. The road control policy, particularly on roadside access is needed for these arterial roads.
This study intends to examine the authority of local governments to regulate regional policies on tourism development master plan. This paper examines the legal issues related to the basis of the authority from philosophical, sociological, and juridical aspects of the formation of policies regarding tourism development plans. This paper focuses on the target, scope, content, and direction of Regional Regulations concerning tourism development plans to establish legislation and prioritizing aspects of the tourism industry, marketing destinations, and culture of Bali Tourism. It is a legal research that uses statutory, philosophical, theoretical, and conceptual approaches. The research resulted that the basis of authority for delegation of formation arrangements is regulated in the Law concerning Tourism, Government Regulation, and Regional Government Law related to the Master Plan of National Tourism Development. The basis of regional government authority in setting these policies is the enactment of local regulations of Bali Province, Badung Regency, Jembrana Regency, and Denpasar City concerning regional tourism development master plan. However, the mandatory obligations for regional government in determining tourism development master plan have not immediately been taken effect by the other regency governments in Bali Province.

Permasalahan yang diangkat didalam karya ilmiah ini sebuah kasus pembatalan tiket hotel secara sepihak yang dilakukan pihak Agoda melalui transaksi online. Karena itu dibutuhkannya kepastian hukum terhadap hak-hak dari konsumen dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen.Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk jurnal ini adalah metode penelitian hukum empiris dengan cara meneliti bagaimana bekerjanya hukum di lingkungan masyarakat dengan teori yang berlaku. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah pihak konsumen telah mendapat ganti rugi karena pihak Agoda telah membatalkan tiket hotel secara sepihak. Kegiatan Pengabdian untuk Masyarakat di Desa Tampaksiring, Kecamatan Tampaksiring, Kabupaten Gianyar bertujuan untuk memperkuat pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui peningkatan partisipasi Sumber Daya Manusia dalam pembangunan desa wisata berbasis inovasi dan ekonomi kreatif sesuai dengan visi dan misi Desa Tampaksiring. Selain itu, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat sistem pengelolaan desa, karena masih minimnya keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan desa wisata yang terdapat di desa, lemahnya partisipasi SDM terhadap potensi wisata dan potensi budaya yang dimiliki. Metode pendekatan dengan model yang dilakukan meliputi: 1) Model Partisipatory Rural Appraisal (PRA); 2) Model Entrepreneurship Capacity Building (ECB); dan 3) Model Teknologi Transfer (TT). Untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan tersebut diatas, beberapa rencana kegiatan yang diusulkan dalam pelaksanaan program Pengabdian untuk Masyarakat sebagai berikut: 1) Pelatihan penyusunan peraturan desa; 2) Pelatihan teknik memandu wisata bagi calon guide dan muda-mudi lokal di Desa Tampaksiring 3) Pelatihan manajemen pengolahan pangan ; 4) Pelatihan pembuatan souvenir khas untuk meningkatkan ekonomi kreatif di Desa Tampaksiring; 5) Membuat pelatihan kesehatan hewan; dan 6) Membuat Buku Panduan informasi tentang segala potensi wisata yang ada di Desa Tampaksiring dalam Bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia.
One of the main elements in corruption is the loss of state finances. It results in confusion impacting law enforcement officials' performance in eradicating corruption. In Indonesia, the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) is an institution authorized to assess state financial losses. In practice, the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) is another institution with similar power. This study analyzed which institutions have the more appropriate power in determining state financial losses in corruption. Using legal research with statutory and conceptual approaches, this study showed that the BPK is an institution granted the constitutional power to examine state finances' management and responsibility, asserting its more legitimate institution to handle the power to assess the financial losses. Consequently, the BPK is the only state institution that can determine state financial losses. At the same time, the BPKP is only authorized to assess or audit the calculation of state financial losses as an indication of irregularities detrimental to state finances. This study concluded that only the BPK can assess and determine state financial losses used in examining the alleged corruption before the court.
