The use of google classroom as a virtual classroom development in problem solving skills on kinematics topics for students majoring in computer systems] From observations in the field, it appears that students basically experience obstacles in developing problem solving skills. To assist students in developing problem solving skills, we can use technology developments that are developing rapidly in the last decade. One way of it is use Google Classroom. Therefore this study aims to develop student problem solving skills in the topic of parabolic motion and test the effectiveness of Google Classroom in the learning process on parabolic motion material. The research method used is a qualitative description based development research. The study was conducted with pre-research stages, experiments, evaluation of written tests and questionnaires. The research subject is in one class majoring in computer systems using all subjects in the study group (intact group) to be given treatment. The research shows that the Use of Google Classroom was running optimally. This can be seen from the results of student work and the results of questionnaires filled out by students. Besides learning with Google Classroom has the effectiveness to support the problem solving skills of these students which can be seen from the results of the questionnaire.
Schools are one area that has a high risk of casualties during an earthquake. Therefore, this study aims to determine the level of knowledge of students of SMPN 3 Kuta Selatan about student preparedness related to earthquake disasters. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using random sampling. The number of samples is 200 respondents. The data used are primary data, and data collection techniques using a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique used was a quantitative method through univariate analysis. The results showed that the level of knowledge of SMPN 3 Kuta Selatan students about earthquake preparedness was in the good category with the experience of the earthquake disaster on 16 July 2019 and counseling provided by community leaders, health workers, the campus, and information from print media electronically, making the majority of students better aware of the causes of earthquakes and appropriate actions to be taken before and after the earthquake under any circumstances.
Purpose: Decision Support System for Determining the Type of Workout Using the Fuzzy Analythical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) Method The STIKI GYM was created to make it easier for trainers to provide training for STIKI GYM participants who carry out workouts at STIKI GYM. Meanwhile, for STIKI GYM participants, the system can make it easier to carry out workout activities according to their respective body loads.Design/methodology/approach: Fuzzy Analythical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) Method and being tested with black box testingFindings/result: Users can find out workout activities by entering the criteria for body weight, height, and exercise intensity into the system and helping trainers provide training in accordance with the recommendations for workout activities from the Decision Support System for Determining the Types of Workout Using the Fuzzy Analythical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) Method at STIKI GYM.Originality/value/state of the art: The Decision Support System for determining the Type of Workout is indeed implemented at STIKI GYM by using data support in the form of interview results and participant data from STIKI GYM.
Comparison of student Understanding level of STMIK STIKOM INDONESIA in the Sarrus Method and the Cramer Method in the Completion of a Linear Equation System]This study discusses the level of understanding of 40 student samples STIMIK STIKOM INDONESIA in the material Completion of the Linear Equation System for the ordo 3 x 3 using the Gauss Elimination and Cramer Rules. The basic principle of the two methods is to use matrix operations. From the results of previous studies, the Gauss Elimination method is more effective (completion steps and the number of arithmetic operations less, and the speed and accuracy are better) than the Cramer Rules. The procedure of this study was that 40 student samples were given one case and then resolved using both methods with 10 people choosing the Gaussian method first as a method that is easier to understand and the remaining 30 people choosing the Cramer Rules. This shows that although the concept of the Gauss Elimination method is more effective than the Cramer Rule, students prove to understand more about the Cramer Rule than the Gauss Elimination.
