Diabetes Mellitus is a group of metabolic diseases with characteristic hyperglycemia that accurs due to abnormalities in insulin secretion, insulin action or both disorders. Management of Diabetes Mellitus one of which is the bean stew. Bean stew contain substances stigmasterol and sitisterol that can stimulate the pancreatic β- cells to secrete insulin in peripheral tissues. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of bean stew on blood sugar levels in people with DM .The research method used experimental research design that is one group pre test-post test design, which reveal a causal relationship by engaging a group of subjects were observed prior to treatment. Samples taken by 32 respondents. The resulting data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test with 0,05 significance level.The results showed that there was a bean stew effect on blood sugar levels. In the experimental group before the treated bean stew almost 100% had hyperglycemia number of 32 respondents. Then after being given treatment hampit 100% decrease, slthough not within normal limits number of 32 respondents. After calculation by Wilcoxon test was obtained count value (4,89) table (1,96), then the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected, it means there chickpea stew influence on blood sugar levels in people with DM.Bean stew can lower blood sugar levels in DM patients. Expected DM patients experiencing hyperglycemia can use in addition to pharmacological therapies that bean stew in addressing the problem of blood sugar levels.
Peran usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah dalam perekonomian nasional sangat besar. Menteri Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah, Hasan dalam republika online (2013) menyatakan bahwa jumlah usaha yang ada di Indonesia mencapai 56,5 juta dan 99,8 persennya adalah dari sektor UMKM. Sektor ini di Indonesia berkontribusi sebesar 97 persen dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja. Pada umumnya permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh usaha kecil berkaitan dengan masalah kemampuan tatakelola manajemen atau pengolahan usaha yang kurang profesional. Program dilaksanakan dalam bentuk rangkaian kegiatan yakni seminar perencanaan bisnis dan pembiayaan usaha mikro, UMKM masuk e-commerce dan inovasi produk tempe. Dalam melaksanakan rangkaian kegiatan tersebut, tim pelaksana menggunakan metode observasi dan depth interview untuk menganalisis situasi dan kondisi UMKM terkait dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan langkah-langkah konkrit yang meliputi perencanaan, pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pelaksanaan program berdampak terhadap pengetahuan pelaku UMKM, untuk pengetahuan dalam perencanaan bisnis meningkat 70 persen, selanjutnya terkait pengetahuan bantuan pembiayaan atau modal meningkat 65%. Para pelaku UMKM juga diberikan pendampingan oleh mahasiswa dalam pembuatan akun e-commerce serta transaksi keuangan yang berdampak sebesar 50 persen terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan pelaku UMKM. Setelah membuat akun pelaku UMKM diberikan informasi dan pendampingan terkait cara memasarkan produk di akun e-commerce. Sebagian besar menyatakan bahwa setelah mengikuti seminar lebih memahami cara menjajakan produknya di akun e-commerce dengan presentase 50%. Untuk kedepannya agar pelaku UMKM di Kampung Karya Bhakti bisa terus berkembang dilakukan pendampingan secara berkala dengan adanya evaluasi dari indikator ketercapaian setiap bulannya. The public sector is currently aggressively digitizing by adopting various technologies. The application of technology can have both positive and negative results. The adverse effects of technology need to be studied as a form of mitigation dealing with failures in implementing technology in the workplace. This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of stress caused by technology (technostress) on job performance, both task and contextual, with burnout as mediation. With a quantitative approach that uses primary data, this research data was collected through an online survey. Data collection was carried out purposively in the public sector, namely the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), and 181 eligible samples were obtained. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) method. The results showed that the techno-stressor positively and significantly affected burnout. Likewise, burnout also has a negative and significant impact on task and contextual performance. The development of techno-stressor on task performance and contextual performance has the opposite direction to the hypothesis. Although the results of the effect on task performance are not significant, the focus of this different hypothesis is a confirmation that stress is not the only effect. Still, if technostress is appropriately managed, it can produce positive results. Furthermore, the influence of the techno-stressor has a negative and significant impact on task performance and contextual performance when it is mediated by burnout. This result shows that the mediating role of burnout greatly determines whether this technological stress will hurt task performance and contextual performance.
Desa Masagena merupakan desa yang memiliki banyak sumber daya kelapa, namun potensi tersebut belum terjamah oleh masyarakat Desa Masagena. Kelapa hanya di ambil santannya, dijadikan minyak produksi rumahan dan kelapa mudanya langsung di konsumsi. Selain hal tersebut, kelapa di masagena hanya di tumpuk atau langsung di jual, padahal sumber daya tersebut berpotensi menjadi suatu produk yang bernilai ekonomis. Belum ada kesadaran masyarakat untuk memberdayakan potensi kelapa yang ada disekitarnya dikarenakan masyarakat khususnya para perempuan tani belum memiliki pengetahuan dalam mengolah kelapa sehingga memiliki nilai jual. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat IAIN Kendari ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), dimana kegiatan dimulai dengan melakukan riset terlebih dahulu berupa wawancara awal kepada masyarakat untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman calon peserta. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey, observasi, dan demonstrasi produk langsung di Desa Masagena. Jalannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, yang pertama penyampaian materi dan pengenalan produk, sesi kedua demonstrasi produk olahan kelapa berupa cookies, oriflakes, dan permen, dan sesi yang terakhir adalah tahap pengemasan produk. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 29 Januari 2022 mulai pukul 10.00-15.00 WITA. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah perempuan tani yakni remaja putri dan ibu rumah tangga di Desa Masagena sebanyak 52 orang. Kegiatan pelatihan pemberdayaan ekonomi kerakyatan ini memanfaatkan kelapa utuk setengah tua, menjadi olahan lezat seperti cookies, oriflakes dan juga permen yang dikemas cantik dan diberi brand produk yaitu kalukukis untuk cookies, cocokrip untuk oriflakes, dan cocandy untuk permen. Pelatihaan pemberdayaan ekonomi kerakyatan melatih dan menambah wawasan masyarakat Desa khususnya para perempuan Desa untuk berentrepreneur juga mendorong peningkatan ekonomi keluarga masyarakat Desa.
This study examines the effect of techno-stressor and psychological capital on task performance through burnout mediation. Data collection used an online survey using a self-enumeration previous research questionnaire. The research sample is 181 employees in the public sector. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS 3.0 statistical program. The results showed that the techno-stressor had a significant positive effect on burnout and a negative effect on task performance but not significant. Psychological capital has a significant negative effect on burnout and a significant positive effect on task performance. In addition, burnout has a significant negative effect on task performance. From the role of mediating burnout between techno-stressor and psychological capital on task performance, the direction of the relationship supports previous research, but it is not significant. This study concludes that organizational management needs to pay attention to techno-stressor factors and psychological capital in managing employee task performance. Efforts to reduce technostress and increase employee psychological capital can help improve task performance and reduce the risk of burnout. The implications of this research can be used as a basis for developing better human resource management strategies in overcoming technostress and increasing employee psychological capital to improve task performance and productivity in the workplace
