This research was conducted to analyze the quality of the translation on the Medan City Tourism web pages. In this research, the researcher used the translation quality assessment model proposed by Nababan et al. The TQA model by Nababan et al. focuses on three aspects, namely accuracy, acceptability, and readability. The final result of measuring these three aspects is the total value for the quality of the translation on a scale of 1-3. This research has the objectives to: 1) analyze the accuracy of the Indonesian- English translation of the Medan Tourism web page 2) to analyze the acceptability of the Indonesian-English translation of the Medan Tourism web page 3) to analyze the readability of the Indonesian-English translation of the Medan Tourism web page 4) to analyze the total quality of the Indonesian-English translation of the Medan Tourism web pages. There were three professional translators as the raters who helped in assessing the text of the Medan City Tourism web pages. In general, the results of this research indicate that the translation quality of the Medan City Tourism web page is accurate, quite acceptable, and quite readable. The score for the accuracy aspect is 2.7, for the acceptability aspect is 2.2, for the readability aspect is 2.2 and the total quality of the translation is 2.4.
This study aims to classify COVID-19 patients based on the results of their hematology tests. Hematology test results have been shown to be useful in identifying the severity and risk of COVID-19 patients. Specifically, this study focuses on classifying COVID-19 patients based on their vital status, namely Deceased and Alive. The dataset used in this study contains four variables: white blood cells (WBC), neutrophils (NEU), lymphocytes (LYM), and Neutrophil Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR). Logistic Regression algorithm was used to solve the problem, and hyperparameter optimization was implemented to obtain the best model performance. The objective of this study was to build the best parameter in classifying the patients’ vital status. The proposed model achieved an accuracy score of 78%, which is the best performance among the tested models. The results of this study provide a key component for decision making in hospitals, as it provides a way to quickly and accurately identify the vital status of COVID-19 patients. This study has important implications for managing the COVID-19 pandemic and should be of interest to researchers and practitioners in the field.

This research focused on applying STEM-based LKPD to improve students’ collaboration skills in schools. The aim is to determine whether STEM-based LKPD can improve students’ collaboration skills at school. The method used is literature research by taking a literature review following the subject matter and analyzing it in depth to draw conclusions and findings. Based on a review of several literature sources and relevant research findings, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) the implementation of STEM-based instructional materials (LKPD) is effective in improving students’ collaboration skills in science learning; (2) STEM learning can be integrated with various instructional models such as Project Based Learning, Problem-Based Learning, and cooperative learning models; (3) STEM-based instructional materials can be implemented in schools, ranging from elementary to high school levels.
This internship report has been compiled with the aim of explaining the assessment activities carried out by the Human Resources division called "Self Assessment Hard Competency", which is an assessment to measure the level of hard competency / hard skills of all employees at PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero). through Self Assessment activities. The implementation of the Certified Student Internship Program (PMMB) batch 2 in 2023 starts from October 2022 until the end of March 2023. Data collection comes from observations, interviews, field activity reports, documentation results, and articles from previous researchers. The results of the internship show that by carrying out the hard competency assessment based on self-assessment, it will make it easier for HR to map skills (capabilities), especially the technical capabilities of employees and to monitor the level of competency they have achieved. Later these results will be evaluated for the purpose of developing the company's human resources, training/training needs, as well as the need to increase employee career paths.
