Current technological developments can bring changes in all sectors, such as in the education sector which can make it easier for an educator to transfer their knowledge through the media used in Arabic language learning. The process of transferring knowledge is usually done face-to-face, but because of these changes and developments, the process of delivering knowledge is done virtually through learning media. Wavepad as one of the media that can be accessed by educators to facilitate the learning process that can improve the skills of an educator through the media he developed. An educator can also develop a mindset through these media. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, which in this method is carried out by conducting interviews with these students and analyzing and collecting student data in MTS PSA difficult water. The indicator that can be successful from this research is to add insight to what is being studied in educational institutions. The results obtained from this research activity are that researchers can develop new insights and ideas, so that they can come up with creative ideas. The researcher also hopes that educators can take advantage of the wavepad application in Arabic language learning, especially for maharah istima 'which is liked by students, and students can be enthusiastic in participating in the learning process.
Pokok permasalahannya adalah adanya permasalahan-permasalahan yang muncul setelah perubahan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 tahun 1974 tentang perkawinan pada Pengadilan Agama di Provinsi Sumatera Barat dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh Pengadilan Agama di Provinsi Sumatera Barat terhadap munculnya masalah setelah perubahan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 tahun 1974 tentang perkawinan. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisa permasalahan dan solusi yang muncul pasca perubahan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan pada Pengadilan Agama di Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Jenis Penelitian ini bersifat (field research), dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus (case study). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Problematika yang muncul pasca perubahan Undang-Undang nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang perkawinan pada Pengadilan Agama di Provinsi Sumatera Barat yaitu meningkatnya jumlah permohonan dispensasi kawin. Solusi terhadap problematika yang muncul pasca perubahan undang-undang nomor 1 tahun 1974 tentang perkawinan pada Pengadilan Agama di Provinsi Sumatera Barat adalah dengan cara memberikan nasihat dan pendekatan persuasif terhadap anak untuk mengurungkan niatnya menikah pada usia dini, dan jikalau hal tersebut belum dianggap dapat diterima oleh anak tersebut, maka dianjurkan untuk mengajukan dispensasi kawin. Adapun hasilnya tergatung dari keputusan Pengadilan Agama setempat. Adapun syarat-syarat yang harus dipenuhi dalam mengajukan perkara Permohonan dispensasi kawin di Pengadilan Agama adalah sebagai berikut: 1). Surat Permohonan, 2). Foto kopi KTP orang tua/wali yang bersangkutan, 3). Foto kopi Kartu Keluarga Pemohon, 4). Foto kopi Akte Kelahiran /KTP anak, 5). Foto kopi KTP/Akta lahir calon suami/istri, 6). Foto kopi Ijazah Pendidikan terakhir anak dan/atau surat keterangan masih sekolah dari sekolah anak, 7). Foto kopi Surat Penolakan dari Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan dan 8). Membayar biaya panjar perkara, Pemohon yang tidak mampu dapat mengajukan permohonan dispensasi kawin secara cuma-cuma (prodeo).
