The purpose of this research is to develop and know the performance of video animation-based learning videos for measuring pegs from road curves, in the Geomatics Practice subject for civil engineering education students, and to find out the level of feasibility of instructional videos developed in the application of vocational practice learning processes. This type of research is research and development (R&D) that uses the 4D model. Data collection uses interviews aimed at lecturers who teach in vocational practices and questionnaires to assess eligibility in the context of media and materials, which aimed at media experts, material experts, and students who are analysed using quantitative data. The results of the feasibility of developing video animation on material expert perceptions obtained a value of 82.121% which is included in the very feasible category, the perception of media experts obtaining a media value of 93.444% included in the very feasible category, students’ perceptions get a value of 88,136 which is included in the very feasible category.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much the needs of personal competence, basic knowledge, and work skills of vocational graduates Construction and Property Technology Expertise Program by the world of Construction Services Industry which is engaged in the Field Supervision Consultant. The method used to select the sample is the quota sampling and snowball sampling method where the sample is 15 companies with a population of 136 companies. The results of this study draw conclusions as follows: (1) overall competence of vocational school graduates construction and property technology expertise program included in the “very needed” category with value of 81,52 (2) personal competence included in the “very needed” category with value of 86,59, (3) basic knowledge competence included in the “needed” category with value of 80,52, and (4) competence of work skills is included in the “needed” category with a value of 78.60.

Islam requires his people to be literate and educated people. Expected educated person in today’s global era will be increased, while those who are not educated will be reduced in accordance with present era. Islamic education guides students in their development, both physical and spiritual to form honorable personality and character. And will become moral beings in the future in accordance with the noble values of our nation. Islamic educational purposes according to the Qur’an include (1) describes the position of learners as human beings between God and responsibilities in this life, (2) explaining to do as social beings and responsibilities in order of social life, (3) explain the relationship of man the nature and duty to know the wisdom of creation by way of prosperity of the universe, (4) to explain its relationship with God as the creator of the universe.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif (descriptive reasearch) yang memaparkan secara ilmiah keadaan di lingkungan bengkel khususnya mengenai aspek K3. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan secara detail terhadap apa yang ditemukan dalam pengambilan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan K3 di bengkel masih perlu diperbaiki agar lebih matang dan sistematis. (2) Pelaksanaan K3 di bengkel masih perlu ditingkatkan terkait dengan kebijakan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan. (3) Evaluasi K3 di bengkel perlu dilakukan secara simultan oleh pihak penentu kebijakan, dosen, dan teknisi. (4) Budaya K3 di bengkel masih perlu ditingkatkan dengan penetapan kebijakan mengenai K3 dalam proses pembelajaran praktik. (5) Faktor peninjauan dan peningkatan kinerja K3 perlu dilakukan untuk menjamin kesesuaian dan efektivitas penerapan sesuai Sistem Manajemen K3.Kata kunci: budaya K3, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, sistem manajemen K3
