The importance of self-discipline for everyone, especially new teenagers, will form a complete personal pattern in developing their potential. This study aims to improve student discipline through the application of Group Guidance Services. The research method used in this study is a quasi-experimental research method. The study population numbered 45 students, the total sample of 10 students selected by simple random sampling technique. This research uses an instrument in the form of a discipline questionnaire with a Likert scale type. Data were analyzed through T-test. The results showed that from the initial test data, the average discipline attitude of students was 86 and after being treated in the form of group guidance services, the average discipline behavior of students increased to 132.5, the increase in discipline attitude was 46.5 points. The results of implementing BK assessments based on group guidance services have a significant positive impact on student discipline.
Cyber counseling is one of the counseling technologies that follows the development of the technological age. Currently, many counseling students do not understand how to use zoom meet-based cyber counseling in conducting group counseling services, so it is necessary to provide training to students in advance how to implement counseling technology with the zoom meet-based cyber counseling method. This research uses the cyber method counseling based on zoom meet with qualitative descriptive technique. Data collection methods were taken from primary data and secondary data. Primary sources are sources that provide data directly from first-hand or original sources. In this study, the main source referred to is guidance and counseling journals about online counseling. Secondary sources are sources taken from other sources that are not obtained from primary sources. In this study, the secondary sources questioned were other books related to the subject matter. Adapun yang menjadi permasalahan dalam pelaksanaan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah: (1) Guru belum memahami tentang pemanfaatan teknologi dalam bimbingan kelompok dalam mencapai perubahan dan perkembangan dimasa Pandemi Covid-19, (2) Guru belum mengetahui cara mempermudah pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok tanpa harus bertatap muka secara langsung, (3) Guru belum mengetahui cara menggunakan media google meet dan cara pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok online. Adapun solusi dan luaran yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah: (1) Melakukan kegiatan sosialisasi untuk memberikan pemahaman bagi guru agar mengetahui pemanfaatan teknologi dalam bimbingan kelompok dimasa pandemi Covid-19, (2) Memberikan informasi dan pemahaman kepada guru mengenai pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok tanpa harus bertatap muka secara langsung, (3) Memberikan pemahaman dan cara penggunaan kepada guru mengenai media google meet dan mensosialisasikan cara pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok online, (4) Artikel ilmiah yang akan dimuat dalam jurnal nasional tidak terakreditasi, surat kabar cetak/online dan prosiding seminar nasional, (5) Laporan beserta dokumentasi (video) kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Kesimpulan yang dapat diperoleh dari pelaksanaan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah Kegiatan sosialisasi ini berjalan dengan lancar dan sesuai dengan yang telah direncanakan oleh tim PKM beradasarkan hasil observasi oleh Tim PKM. Selain itu, kegiatan sosialisasi ini juga dapat meningkatkan pemahaman guru-guru MTs. Swasta IKIP Al Washliyah mengenai pemahaman guru terhadap layanan bimbingan kelompok online melalui media google meet.
