Pentingnya pengembangan organisasi (Organization Development) pada sebuah lembaga pendidikan di sekolah, dalam pengembanga organisasi perlu adanya peran serta dari masyarakat sekolah, seperti halnya pimpinan sekolah, pendidik, dan masyarakat di lingkungan sekolah tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendiskripsikan strategi dan faktor apa saja yang menjadi kendala dalam pengembangan organisasi di SMKN PN Terpadu Merangin Propinsi Jambi. metode ini dalam meneliti penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Aadapun pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tejnik observasi, wawancara (interview) dan dokumentasi. Analisis data bersifat kualitatif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan sekaligus penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini sangat penting karena dalam pengembangan organisasi di sekolah perlu melibatkan dan perlu bekerjasama dengan pihal dari luar dalam menyusun dan menetapkan pengembangan organisasi. Adapun yang menjadi kendala terhambatnya pengembangan orgnanisasi di sekolah yaitu ditemukannya masih kurangnya kedisplinan, kurangnya koordinasi, minimnya pemahaman siswa akan pentingnya sutu orgaisasi dan waktu mengikuti kegiatan organisasi di sekolah.
This research was conducted based on the importance of innovative textbook development that can build student's religious character. It needs strategic ways to build religious character comprehensively through learning to every student. The purpose of this study is to produce innovative textbook thematic-based model with religious character integrated. This research is designed in form of development research. The development of innovative textbook thematic-based model with religious character integrated uses 4-D models, which consisted of four phases: define, design, develop and disseminate. The data are collected by using a validation sheet of textbooks, practicality questionnaires and instrument of effectiveness. The results of the define phase find that Islamic Plus elementary school in Dharmasraya was used 2013 curriculum with thematic-based model. An analysis showed that the students of primary school (7-11 years) were at the stage of concrete operations that have been able to think of a less logical way to thinking more logically. Analysis of the material obtained facts, concepts, principles and procedures of learning materials that integrate the religious character. Results of research on the design phase were obtained draft text books based innovative textbook thematic-based on the model o religious character integrated.
English is one of the language skills that must be learned by the students as a foreign language. The main objective of English learning is to establish a comprehensive mindset in the development of English systems. Project Based learning (PBL) is an appropriate method used in the learning process of English. The use of PBL by following the V model in system development process is expected to encourage the achievement of the main goal of learning in English lab. Demosntration of knowledge during the partical work was done by drafting product development procedure documents, presentations, and project demo. The test result of English lab course based on PBL in Islamic University of Riau led to the conclusion that the model is acceptable and desirable to be passed with a few improvements. In addition, learners also feel there is a new challenge in following the PBL -based practicum.
The purpose of this study is to describe the lecturers’ perceptions of the implementation of the functions of the chairman of STKIP Abdi Pendidikan in terms of administrators and managers. This type of research is quantitative using descriptive methods. The research population is also the research sample, which consists of 36 lecturers and educational staff. The research instrument is a questionnaire that has been tested for its validity and reliability. The results showed that the lecturer’s perception of the implementation of the chairperson’s function was in the good category with an average score of 3.87. The lecturer’s perception of the implementation of the chairman’s manager function is in the good category with an average score of 3.83. So, the lecturer’s perception of the implementation of the administrator and manager functions of the head of STKIP YAP is in the good category with an average of 3.85.
