Fenomena migrasi yang berwajah perempuan diawali dengan keterbatasan akses dan kontrol perempuan terhadap sumber-sumber kehidupan akibat kebijakan pembangunan yang cenderung berorientasi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi global serta menempatkan perempuan dalam situasi pemiskinan. Selama ini perempuan kerap dijadikan solusi dari setiap persoalan ekonomi yang dihadapi oleh keluraga seperti dijadikan objek tanggungan utang, aset ekonomi untuk membantu keluarga mencari nafkah, termasuk didalamnya menjadi Tenaga Kerja Migran untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga. Perempuan tenaga kerja migran kerap mengalami ketidakadilan dan penindasan berlapis yang terjadi di desa akibat pemiskinan maupun di seluruh tahapan migrasi, yaitu pra, pemberangkatan, masa kerja hingga kepulangan. Sila ke 5 Pancasila, sebagai Dasar Nilai Keadilan Sosial, mengaturnya dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 2012 berdasarkan Konvensi Internasional Mengenai Perlindungan Hak-Hak Seluruh Pekerja Migran dan Anggota Keluarganya memiliki tujuan melindungi pekerja migran Indonesia yang berada diluar negeri mendapatkan hak perlindungan tersebut. Dalam Pasal 6 Undang-Undang Nomor 39 Tahun 2004 jelas disebutkan bahwa Pemerintah bertanggung jawab untuk meningkatkan upaya perlindungan TKI diluar Negeri serta Pasal 27 mengatur tentang penempatan TKI di Luar Negeri hanya dapat dilakukan ke negara tujuan yang pemerintahnya membuat perjanjian tertulis dengan Pemerintah Negara Republik Indonesia atau ke Negara tujuan yang mempunyai peraturan perundang-undangan yang melindungi tenaga kerja asing. Oleh sebab itu, setiap orang dilarang menempatkan calon TKI pada jabatan atau tempat pekerjaan yang bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan dan norma kesusilaan serta peraturan perundang, baik di Indonesia maupun di Negara tujuan. Dalam pelaksaaannnya, Balai Latihan Kerja Luar Negeri sering kali tidak memberikan pemahaman dan wawasan terhadap calon tenaga kerja migran tentang arti pentingnya perlindungan hukum dan bagaimana mereka bisa melakukan advokasi terhadap dirinya sendiri jika mengalami kekerasan ataupun pelecehan di negara tujuan bekerja. Kegiatan Sosialisasi ini salah satunya dimaksudnya memberikan pemahaman dasar berkenaan perlindungan hukum dan upaya yang harus dilakukan jika mengalami kejadian yang tidak mengenakan tersebut dalam mewujudkan keadilan sosial bagi seluruh masyarakat Indonesia.
Undang – undang ketenagakerjaan membagi perjanjian kerja menjadi 2 macam, adalah perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu dan perjanjian kerja waktu tidak tertentu. Perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu atau yang biasa dikenal dengan tenaga kerja kontrak adalah yang paling sering digunakan oleh perusahaan di Indonesia. Namun dalam pelaksanaan perjanjian kerja kontrak tersebut ternyata lebih menguntungkan bagi pengusaha atau perusahaan dengan mengesampingkan hak – hak para pekerja yang semestinya di dapat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana sebenarnya pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum perjanjian kontak menurut undang – undang dan bagaimana pelaksanaan yang di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum tenaga kerja kontrak dalam PKWT belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan Undang – Undang dan rasa keadilan, inilah yang mendorong para buruh mengadakan demonstrasi dalam setiap peringatan hari buruh yang pada intinya menuntut kesejahteraan pekerja / buruh. Sehingga dibutuhkan peran lebih dari pemerintah selaku pembentuk undang – undang.
The terms of termination of employment due to gross misconduct by workers have been canceled. The ruler can no longer perform unilateral termination of employment. The determination of gross misconduct awaits the verdict of a court that has the force of law remains. The purpose of the study was to review the decision of the working relationship of gross misconduct after the decision of the Constitutional Court and to examine the working relationship between workers and the ideal ruler in the future. This study uses a philosophical approach, which is to examine the working relationships of workers and ideal rulers in the future. The results of this study showed that termination of employment among others because workers make severe mistakes that have the effect of not getting severance money and without any prior warning. The provision has been overturned by the Constitutional Court. Workers who commit gross misconduct must be proven first through criminal proceedings and there is a court ruling that has a fixed legal force. The pattern of worker and employer relationships is expected to create a mutually beneficial working relationship between the two parties in the future. The employment relationship of workers and employers is supposed to be a partnership relationship so that there is no discrimination, intimidation, and exploitation. Industrial relations ideally refers to Pancasila. With the source of Pancasila as a philosophical basis, and the 1945 Constitution all the rules of law governing Industrial Relations as its implementation. With this relationship, it is expected that the nuances of worker and employer relationships in the future can be harmonious, there is a positive syntactic relationship.
Buying and selling is something that is already familiar to us. Buying and selling in this case the sale and purchase of land rights often occurs in the community, but in its implementation the community has not been too understanding in terms of land registration procedures due to legal acts of sale and purchase. The lack of understanding from the community resulted in disputes in the future such as the rise of disputes over land rights resulting from the transfer of rights to land that had not yet been registered. This writing uses a normative juridical research method, where this study refers to the provisions of applicable laws and regulations. The results of the study show that legal actions through buying and selling must be officially registered with the local Land Office. The purpose of registering the transfer of land rights is to obtain legal guarantees for the parties regarding ownership of the land rights. So that there is a need for further understanding of the importance of registration of land rights due to buying and selling.

Syariati important thinking about tauhid as a solution to exploitation and economic injustice. This study will discuss tawhid as a solution to exploitation and injustice in the economy. The approach used in this research is philosophical. The data were analyzed with analysis content. The results of the study showed that Ali Syariati invites every human being to eradicate all forms of exploitation and injustice through the concept of tauhid as the foundation of one's faith and the spirit of submission only to Allah Swt. With tauhid everyone will understand that economic activities carried out must be based on the values of Islamic teachings. There is no zeal to cheat or take away the rights of others or control resources for personal gain as in the symbol of the Qabil group. Syariati makes Qabil a symbol that makes wealth a destination and makes it lawful for all means to control it. While Habil is a symbol of ideal goals in economic practice, a noble group before Allah Swt.
