Efektivitas pengelolaan sumber daya sekolah adalah tingkat pencapaian tujuan pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan sumber daya yang ada baik tenaga pendidik, pendidik, sarana prasarana, dan lain sebagainya untuk mencapai tujuan sekolah serta memiliki lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran dan output yang dihasilkan oleh sekolah dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat keefektifan pengelolaan sumber daya sekolah di SMA Negeri 8 Yogyakarta untuk meningkatkan mutu sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, pengambilan data sekolah, dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, dapat diketahui bahwa pengelolaan sumber daya sekolah di SMA Negeri 8 Yogyakarta sudah efektif. Keefektifan sekolah tersebut dilihat dari kepemimpinan situasional, program kemitraan, program sekolah, sarana prasarana, pendidik dan tenaga pendidik, serta output sekolah. AbstractEffectiveness of school resources management is the achievement level of the objectives of management and utilization of existing resources, both teaching staff, Educators, Infrastructure facilities, etc. to achieve school goals and have a school environment that supports learning activities and outputs produced by schools can benefit for the society. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of school resources management in SMA Negeri 8 Yogyakarta to improve the quality of schools. The method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The technique of collecting data were interviews, observation, school data collection, and documentation study. Based on this research, it can be known that the learning process at SMA Negeri 8 Yogyakarta has been effective. The effectiveness of the school can be seen from leadership, school programs, partnership programs, infrastructure, educators and teaching staff, and school output.
The objectives of public devotion based on nationally excelled research this covers: (1) to develop a mathematical problem composing guide based on HOTS and SCE for qualified Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers, (2) to provide training a mathematical problem composing based on HOTS and SCE for qualified Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers using the developed guide. This study uses a 4-D (Four D) development research design model according to Thiagarajan, et al (1974: 5). This research model includes 4 main stages, namely the defining stage, followed by the design stage, then towards the development stage, and finally the distribution phase. The research instruments included: (a) the scale of the assessment of the quality of mathematical composing guide based on HOTS and SCE for Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers, (b) scale of appraisal user response for guidebook, and (c) the Pre Test and Post Test Problem Sheets. The results of the study concluded that the guidebook for mathematical problem composing for SMP / MTs based on HOTS and SCE met the specified quality criteria, which were at least in the good category. In this study, the developed guidebook obtained an evaluation in the excellent category. However, testing to determine the level of practicality has not been done.
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan mobile apps android yang berkualitas sebagai media pembelajaran matematika berbasis pendekatan kontekstual untuk memfasilitasi pemahaman konsep. Mobile apps ini berisikan materi Fungsi Komposisi yang disajikan sesuai aspek pendekatan kontekstual untuk memfasilitasi pemahaman konsep. Kriteria ketercapaian kualitas adalah valid dan praktis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2016 hingga Februari 2017. Penelitian ini diujicobakan di SMA Negeri 7 Yogyakarta kepada 24 siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan prosedur pengembangan software SDLC model waterfall. Tahapan waterfall meliputi analisis masalah, desain produk, coding, serta testing. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa mobile apps android yang digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran matematika diluar pembelajaran. Mobile apps ini telah melalui tahap pengujian, yaitu pengujian alpha dan pengujian beta. Hasil pengujian alpha yang dilakukan oleh 3 orang ahli materi memperoleh persentase rata-rata 91% (Sangat Baik) serta 3 orang ahli media dengan memperoleh persentase rata-rata 86% (Sangat Baik) sehingga dikatakan valid. Hasil pengujian beta yang dilakukan oleh siswa memperoleh persentase 74% (Setuju) sehingga dikatakan praktis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mobile apps android telah layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran matematika berbasis pendekatan kontekstual untuk memfasilitasi pemahaman konsep.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, the Government of Indonesia made the policy described in circular No. 4 of 2020 on the Implementation of Education Policy in the Emergency Period of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19), which is learning activities conducted online or online. The Government of Indonesia created a program for the sustainability of learning activities, namely Distance Learning (PJJ). Then the government issued a new policy on the implementation of limited face-to-face learning that can be implemented from July 2021. PTM is limited to 2 to 3 meetings in 1 week. For one face-to-face meeting there are 3 hours of lessons, combined with PJJ. Therefore, this study intends to analyze the extent to which the success of face-to-face learning is limited to the new normal to the results of student mathematics learning, so that an overview can later be used as a reference and further improvement material for Madrasah during limited PTM adaptation. The research method used is qualitative research. The study was conducted in November 2021.The location of the study is Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kulon Progo.The subject of this study is students of class XI MIPA 2 even and odd school year 2020/2021 numbered 28 children. Research nstruments are used using field observations, interviews, tests, and field records. Students' learning outcomes meet the classical minimum completion criteria. The data obtained shows that the average learning outcome of students' mathematics is 83.3 with the completion of learning classically only 100%.Thus the student's mathematical learning outcomes can be categorized into sufficient categories. The implementation of ptm limited in MA Negeri 2 Kulon Progo is well implemented.This is in accordance with limited PTM implementation guidelines during the new normal period which of course by applying strict health protocols.
Abstract:The aim of this study is to develop media for learning using Scilab and Latex in Numerical Methods course. Numerical methods is a course which use a lot of numerical symbol. Scilab is used to solve a numerical problem, and Latex is used to write subject matter with a lot of numerical symbols. This study use Research and Development (R&D) models by Thiagarajan which compreised in three steps: defining, designing, and developing. The data were collect from two expert in content, two expert in media for learning, and 11 responses from students. Data were analyzed using qualitative method. The results of this study showed that the media for learning has fulfilled the criteria of the quality determined. This is based on the results of the assessment of content’s experts which get percentage of idealism score 94,53 (very good), the results of the assessment of media for learning’s experts which get percentage of idealism score 86,46 (very good), student response results with an average percentage of idealization score of 89.325 (very good), and students had fulfilled lesson learnead which designed.Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran matakuliah Metode Numerik dengan implementasi Scilab berbantuan software Latex. Metode Numerik merupakan matakuliah yang banyak melibatkan simbol dan angka tetapi belum tersedia media pembelajarannya. Inovasi yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini berupa penggunaan freeware Scilab dan Latex dalam pembuatan media pembelajarannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) yang dikembangkan oleh Thiagarajan, yang meliputi tahap define (pendefinisian), design (perancangan), dan develop (pengembangan). Data dikumpulkan dari dua orang ahli materi, dua orang ahli media, dan respon dari 11 mahasiswa. Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria kualitas yang ditetapkan. Hal ini didasarkan pada hasil penilaian dari ahli materi yang memperoleh persentase keidealan skor rata-rata 94,53 (sangat baik), hasil penilaian dari ahli media yang memperoleh persentase keidealan skor rata-rata 86,46 (sangat baik), hasil respon mahasiswa dengan persentase keidealan rata-rata skor sebesar 89,325 (sangat baik), serta penguasaan mahasiswa terhadap capaian pembelajaran telah dinyatakan lulus semuanya (nilai minimal 65 dan rata-rata 80,82).
