Sebagai negara beriklim tropik, Indonesia memiliki keanekaragaman tumbuhan paku (Pteridophyta) yang tinggi. Sekitar 1.300 jenis tumbuhan paku yang terdapat di Indonesia. Tumbuhan paku banyak ditemukan di dataran tinggi salah satunya padakawasan Air terjun Kapas Biru Pronojiwo Lumajang. Di kawasan tersebut dilakukan kegiatan identifikasi tumbuhan paku sebagai dasar upaya konservasi. Hasil penelitian diharapkan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat umum baik para pecinta lingkungan, botanis, siswa ataupun mahasiswa untuk lebih mengetahui keanekaragaman flora yang ada di sekitarnya yang dipublikasikan dalam bentuk media booklet.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis tumbuhan paku yang ada di kawasan Air Terjun Kapas Biru Kecamatan Pronojiwo Kabupaten Lumajang tahun 2017 dan untuk mengetahui hasil uji kelayakan produk booklet dari hasil penelitian. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif eksploratif. Penelitian dilakukan di Kawasan Air Terjun Kapas Biru Pronojiwo Lumajang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode jelajah (Cruise Method). Hasil penelitian berupa data keanekargaman tumbuhan paku disusun sebagai booklet dengan mengacu pada model pengembangan 4D Thiagarajan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat 30 jenis tumbuhan paku. Selain itu, diketahui bahwa jumlah setiap jenis tumbuhan paku berbeda-beda. Jenis paku paling dominan yang ditemukan pada setiap area yaitu Drymoglosum piloselloides (L.) M.G Price. Tumbuhan paku dengan jumlah banyak yaitu Nephrolepis radicans (Burm.f) Kuhn, Christella dentat (Forssk). Brownsey & Jermy, Selaginella intermedia, Equisetum sp. Sedangkantumbuhan paku dengan jumlah paling sedikit yaitu Cyclosorus sp.Produk hasil penelitian berupa Booklet mendapatkan kualifikasi sangat layak dengan keputusan dapat digunakan tanpa revisi.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi faktual mengenai keberagaman tumbuhan paku (Pteridophyta) yang terdapat di kawasan Taman Nasional Alas Purwo Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Metode penelitian yaitu deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pembuatan 7 plot di masing-masing tempat yang sudah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan sebanyak 17 spesies tumbuhan paku. Jenis tumbuhan paku itu terdiri dari 1 kelas Pteropsida yang diketahui dari hasil identifikasi di LIPI Kebun Raya Purwodadi. kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa secara umum tumbuhan paku yang ditemukan memiliki fungsi sebagai bahan baku obat-obatan, sebagai sayuran yang di konsumsi oleh masyarakat dan banyak diantaranya tumbuhan paku juga bermanfaat sebagai tanaman hias, dengan habitat hidup didaerah beriklim tropis salah satunya di kawasan Taman Nasional Alas Purwo Kabupaten Banyuwangi
Indonesia occupies the 4th position of the 5 main coffee producing countries in the world. Coffee plants are a high foreign exchange earner in the Indonesian economy. Data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) show that Indonesia's coffee production in 2021 was the highest in the last decade, reaching 774.6 tonnes. This number increased by 2.75% from the previous year of 753.9 thousand tonnes. Coffee seed germination takes a long time due to seed dormancy. Coffee growth can be optimal with the provision of growth regulators. Good planting media can produce quality coffee seeds, because in good media there are nutrients needed by plants. The research was conducted at the Jember State Polytechnic Soil Wire House Laboratory in February-May 2022. Data were analyzed using Factorial RAK with a 5% BNJ follow-up test. The results showed that the combination treatment of planting media and natural ZPT concentrations had a significant effect on the generative growth of Robusta coffee (Coffea canephora L) including germination percentage, root length, height and seedling diameter.
This research was motivated by curiosity what is the role of parents when accompanying children to do chores at home during the pandemic. This study aims to determine (1) the role of parents in online learning at SDN Kembangan Utara 09 Pagi Jakarta Barat, (2) Efforts by parents in increasing the seriousness of students in online learning at SDN Kembangan Utara 09 Pagi Jakarta Barat and (3) the obstacles faced faced by parents in online learning at SDN Kembangan Utara 09 Pagi, Jakarta Barat. The methodology of this research is qualitative. The subjects in this study were parents and homeroom teachers for grade II at SDN Kembangan Utara 09 Pagi, Jakarta Barat. Data collection was taken through interviews, observation, documentation. The author acts as a direct interviewer to collect data through parents and second grade homeroom teachers. The results showed that (1) The role of parents in online learning at SDN Kembangan Utara 09 Pagi Jakarta Barat is to have three roles at once, namely the role of parents, breadwinners and teachers at home (2) The efforts of parents in increasing the seriousness of students in online learning at SDN Kembangan Utara 09 Pagi Jakarta Barat is to provide motivation, guidance and assistance (3) Obstacles faced by parents in online learning at SDN Kembangan Utara 09 Pagi Jakarta Barat are limited infrastructure facilities, such as mobile phones, motivation, internet quota and time. The area of Indonesia is 1.3% of the Earth, but it has the highest level of biodiversity. Biodiversity in the environment needs to be explored. The mountain area is one of the most suitable environments for exploring biodiversity, such as the Gumitir Mountain. Gumitir Mountain has altitude around 620 meters above sea level. Gumitir Mountain has high biodiversity. Mosses (Bryophyta), ferns (Pteridophyta), till seed plants (Spermatophyta), and including Lichen was found in this area. Lichen is a mutualism symbiotic organism between fungi and green algae or blue-green algae that lives on the surface of the tree or another substrate with a variety of shapes and colours. This study aims to determine the diversity of kinds and frequencies of each kind of lichen found in the Gumitir Mountain area of Jember Regency. This research classified into exploratory research. Data retrieval is using the cruised method. Lichens are found in 20 species with Phlyctis arena (Ach.) Flot. as kind of lichen that is abundant in Gumitir Mountain Area.
