The Indonesian government has made various efforts to prevent and control COVID-19. Implementing the new normal after the COVID-19 pandemic has encouraged people to do activities as before, with the obligation to implement strict health protocols. However, the incidence of COVID-19 in Indonesia continues to increase, as is Konawe Regency as the district with the first positive case report of COVID-19 in Southeast Sulawesi and currently has six sub-districts with red zone status. This is because many people are not aware of carrying out the government's appeal in implementing health protocols. This community service aims to increase public knowledge in efforts to control COVID-19 by applying health protocols. Educational activities carried out online through online media include video conferencing in the form of a webinar through Google Meet was attended by 86 participants, live streaming on social media Facebook and Instagram, broadcasting educational videos on local TV channels, and conducting offline activities in the form of installing educational posters. Education through online media is one of the uses of internet technology, and its reach is wide and can be a solution for education during the COVID-19 pandemic. The analysis results show that education through online media effectively increases public knowledge regarding COVID-19 and the application of health protocols in the normal new era.
Boyolali Regency of Central Java, Indonesia is an area that has developed organic rice cultivation. The development of the adoption rate organic rice cultivation has been conducted since 2009 and still sustainability until today. In fact, not all regions can accept and apply organic rice cultivation. This research was conducted from December 2016 to February 2017 in Boyolali Regency. This research aimed to analyze : (1) the adoption of organic rice cultivation in Boyolali Regency (2) the sustainability of organic rice cultivation in Boyolali Regency (3) the factors affecting the sustainability of organic rice cultivation in Boyolali Regency. This study was quantitative research with explanatory type. The analysis technique employed in this study was a Linear Regression; the sample consisted of 86 farmers living in the Sub Districts having widest organic rice farmland: Sambi, Mojosongo, and Andong. The result of research done by linear regression analysis using SPSS 23,0 program showed that the adoption rate of organic rice cultivation affected directly the sustainability of organic rice significantly with t-test probability (Sign) value of 0,017 less than specified α of 0,05. It indicated that seed preparation, land preparation, seeding, planting, fertilizing and maintenance affected the sustainability of organic rice cultivation in terms of economic and social.<br /><br />
Latar belakang: Transformasi struktural perekonomian Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas tenaga kerja, ketenagakerjaan dan demografi berkontribusi positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Status gizi dan pola konsumsi pekerja dinilai cukup penting dalam upaya peningkatan produktivitas kerja. Kekurangan zat-zat gizi dalam makanan berdampak terjadinya gangguan kesehatan dan penurunan. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui hubungan status gizi, pola makan dan aktivitas fisik dengan produltivitas kerja pada pekerja di PT gatra tahun 2019.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional study dilakukan pada Bulan Februari hingga Juni 2019. Populasi penelitian ini bagian Redaksi dan Marketing PT Gatra dengan jumlah sampel 57 orang dengan teknik total sampling. Hasil: Adanya hubungan antara status gizi dengan produktivitas (p value = 0,026), adanya hubungan antara frekuensi makan dengan produktivitas (p value = 0,015), dan ada hubungan antara jenis makanan dengan produktivitas (p value = 0,046). Sedangkan variabel yang tidak berhubungan adalah aktivitas fisik dengan produktivitas (p value = 0,624).Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara status gizi, jenis makanan dan pola makan dengan produktivitas kerja. Namun pada variabel aktivitas fisik tidak terdapat hubungan dengan produktivitas kerja. Nutritional status and consumption patterns of workers are considered quite important in an effort to increase work productivity. Lack of nutrients in food can cause health problems and decrease. Objective: to determine the relationship of nutritional status, diet and physical activity with the work productivity of workers in PT Gatra in 2019.Method: This study used a cross sectional study design conducted from February to June 2019. The population of this study was the Editorial and Marketing section of PT Gatra with a total sample of 57 people with total sampling techniqueResult: There is a relationship between nutritional status and productivity (p value = 0.026), there is a relationship between eating frequency and productivity (p value = 0.015), and there is a relationship between food types and productivity (p value = 0.046). While unrelated variables are physical activity with productivity (p value = 0.624).Conclusion: There is a relationship between nutritional status, type of food and diet with work productivity. The purpose of this study was to determine students achievement of scientific literacy in the aspect of content, context, and competencies. This research used a quantitative descriptive method. Sample was 30 islamic senior high school students of Padang. The research instrument used was a scientific literacy test in the form of two-tier diagnostic tests consisting of content, context and competencies aspects in buffer solution material. The result of this study showed that the average achievement of scientific literacy ability in content aspect was 34,03% and was considered to be "very bad", context aspect was 30,53% and was considered to be "very bad", and competency aspect was 30,26% and was considered to be "very bad". An overall conclusion was students had a "very bad"ability in the cognitive aspect of scientific literacy with a value of 33,11%.
Latar Belakang: Promosi kesehatan rumah sakit (PKRS) merupakan kewajiban yang sangat penting pada era Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) dalam melindungi dan meningkatkan status kesehatan masyarakat. Namun saat ini perkembangan PKRS masih berjalan lambat di Indonesia karena belum terjaga prosesnya. Hal tersebut juga terjadi pada salah satu rumah sakit swasta di Tangerang Selatan, dimana berdasarkan studi pendahuluan secara garis besar masih belum optimal seperti standar di Permenkes No. 44 Tahun 2018 tentang PKRS. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dan analitik dengan tujuan untuk meninjau faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi implementasi PKRS. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan telaah dokumen pendukung penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan konsep triangulasi sumber, metode maupun teori. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 8 orang, yang terdiri dari petugas struktural, fungsional maupun keluarga pasien. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi penyelenggaraan PKRS masih belum optimal pelaksanaannya. Meskipun telah adanya dukungan dan komitmen pelaksana yang baik, namun ada faktor lain yang bisa mempengaruhi implementasi konsep tersebut seperti masih belum lengkapnya sumber daya yang dimiliki, komunikasi yang terjalin antar petugas masih kurang terkait aktivitas PKRS, dan masih adanya hambatan sikap pelaksana terkait konsep ini. Diharapkan pihak rumah sakit agar merealisasikan dukungan dan komitmen menjadi suatu kebutuhan untuk mengimplementasikan PKRS dengan optimal. Kata Kunci : Promosi Kesehatan, Rumah Sakit, Kebijakan Analysis of Implementation of Hospital Health Promotion Implementation in the Era of National Health Insurance Background: Health promotion hospital (HPH) is an obligation that very important in national health insurance (NHI) era for protecting and improving public health status. But nowadays, HPH development is still low in Indonesia because the process is not maintained. The same thing comes from one of private hospital in South Tangerang, where based on early studied in general, it’s still not optimal yet as the standards in ministry of health regulation number 44/2018 about HPH. Method: This is descriptive and analitical from qualitative study with the aim of reviewing factors that can affect implementation of HPH. Data retrieval is done from indepth interview, observation, and document review that support this research. Data analysis is done with triangulation concept (source, methods, theory). Informants in this research were 8 people, comes from structural officer, functional officer and patient family. Results: Results from this study is showing that implementation of organizing HPH is still not good. Even there are good supports and commitments, but there are still another factors that could affect it concepts such as lack of resources, lack of communication between stakeholders about HPH, and there is barrier attitudes about this concept.
