The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of entrepreneurship orientation, market orientation and business strategy on business performance. The study was conducted on MSMEs registered in the Office of Cooperatives of Semarang City consisting of bags, batik and handicraft business. Sampling using purposive sampling and got 51 samples. The data collected through the questionnaire were analyzed by regression technique. The test results found that entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation and business strategy partially have a positive and significant impact on business performance. Simultaneous testing shows that entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation and business strategy together have a significant effect on business performance. Increased entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation and business strategies can be done to improve business performance because it has proven to have a significant positive effect on business performance.
This study aims to determine the effect of perception of benefits, perception of ease, and security perception on the decision to use e-wallet for STIE Bank BPD Jateng students. The population in this study is the active students of 2016 - 2019 who are in STIE Bank BPD Jateng, amounting to 824 students. The sampling technique used in this study uses snowball sampling and The number of samples selected was 90. Data collection methods with questionnaires distributed online. The analytical tool in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the perception of benefits, perceived convenience, and perceived security have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use e-wallet for students. Variable perception of security has a dominant influence on the decision to use e-wallet for students. Security is indeed the most important in the decision to use e-wallet because someone feels safe and protected.
Jumlah pelaku usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UKM) pada tahun 2017, tercatat 45 juta unit usaha. Mayoritas pelaku ekonomi kita adalah usaha kecil dan menengah. Disamping itu, sektor ini juga menyerap 79 juta orang dari 100 juta angkatan kerja Indonesia. Karena itu, perlu ada berbagai upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengembangkan usaha kecil di Indonesia, agar sektor ini berkembang dengan lebih baik.Kota Semarang dan Kabupaten Semarang adalah kota yang paling rendah untuk jumlah pengusaha batik, oleh karena itu batik dari Kota Semarang dan Kabupaten Semarang menjadi fokus penelitian. Apabila UKM Batik Semarangan tidak dapat mempertahankan keberadaanya dan melakukan pembenahan guna menghadapi perilaku pasar yang semakin terbuka di masa mendatang maka Batik Semarangan akan tertinggal jauh dari kabupaten lain penghasil batik. populasiadalahpelaku UMKM Batik Semarangan yang berada di Kota Semarang dan Kabupaten Semarang sebanyak 150. Hasil pengujian pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap keunggulan bersaing adalah teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja bisnis, strategi inovasi berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing, strategi inovasi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja bisnis dan keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja bisnis. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, green marketing on repeat purchases and intervening variables of consumer satisfaction. The population in this study are skincare consumers in the city of Semarang. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents with accidental sampling method. The technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Amos software. The results show that the effect of product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, the positive and significant effect of green marketing on consumer satisfaction, the influence of consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase, customer satisfaction mediates the effect of product quality on repurchase has a positive and significant effect. , customer satisfaction mediating the effect of green marking on repeat purchases proved to have a positive and significant effect.
