Supervision is part of the direction of the management function so that all activities are carried out through information obtained by each staff. The implementation of supervision is carried out by supervisors to improve the quality of care by providing guidance, direction, teaching, motivating and improving nursing care in accordance with standard provisions. The purpose of this study aims to determine the relationship between nursing supervision and the quality of nursing documentation of inpatient wards. Kemuning and Dahlia Hospital Waled Cirebon Regency. The research method used was descriptive correlation with a cross sectional approach. The sample of this study was the executive nurse in the inpatient room Dahlia and Kemuning Waled Hospital Cirebon totaling 33 respondents using purposeful sampling technique. The tools used were questionnaires and observation tables, and the data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The results of the study showed that nursing supervision was good 57.6% and the quality of documentation was also good 60.6% after the statistical test resulted in a p value of 0.031 0.05 which showed a significant relationship between nursing supervision inpatient Kemuning and Dahlia Waled Hospital Cirebon district. Implementing and improving supervision activities can make nurses feel that someone is accompanying them, and this will also have a positive impact on the work of nurses on the quality of nursing care documentation.
Diarrheal disease is still one of the main causes of morbidity and death. Data from the Cirebon District Health Office in 2017 the number of diarrhea sufferers was 16,489 cases, for diarrhea in infants by 4,259 cases. There was an increase in the number of diarrhea sufferers at Beber Health Center in 2017 by 660 people to 837 in 2018. This study aims to analyze the Risk of Environmental Sanitation Pollution with Incidence of Diarrhea in Toddlers in the Work Area of Beber DTP Puskesmas Cirebon Regency in 2019. This type of research is analytic with cross sectional design. Total population of 564 patients. Researchers used the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique with a total of 85 respondents. Primary data through filling out questionnaires by respondents. Statistical analysis was performed univariately and bivariately with the Chi Square method. Univariate analysis results showed 33 respondents (47.6%) dug wells were at high risk of pollution, 31 respondents (36.5%) springs of high pollution risk, 38 respondents (44.7%) pipeline risk of moderate pollution and 46 respondents (54.1%) had suffered diarrhea. Based on the statistical test results, the value of ρ-value 0.000 is smaller than α = 0.05, meaning that there is a significant relationship between the risk of environmental pollution and the incidence of diarrhea in infants in the working area of Beber Health Center in 2019. It was concluded that there was a significant relationship between the risk of sanitation pollution environment with diarrhea. It is hoped that puskesmas nurses will continue to supervise the sanitation of clean water facilities by inspecting clean water facilities and taking water samples in the community.
The implementation of the study at home policy made some students feel anxious and depressed. The number of tasks given by the teacher makes many students feel stressed in undergoing online learning. This study aims to determine the factors associated with anxiety during online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in students at SMAN 3 Cirebon City. The research method used is correlational descriptive with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all students at SMAN 3 Cirebon City as many as 1093 students. Using simple random sampling, the total sample was 92 students. The instrument used in the form of a questionnaire sheet and data analysis using the Spearman Rank test, namely the significance value of a = 0.05. The results of the study, most of the students had good personal factors (70.7%), good family factors (82.6%), good social factors (60.9%) and good institutional categories (85.9%). There is a relationship between personal factors (p-value = 0.001), family factors (p-value = 0.026), social factors (p-value = 0.054) institutional factors (p-value = 0.001). In future research, it is expected to be able to prepare better supporting facilities as online learning facilities and infrastructure.
The level of family knowledge is a very important factor in the actions of families of people with Diabetes Mellitus, behavior based on knowledge will be easier to carry out than those not based on knowledge. Diabetes Mellitus is a disease that requires proper and immediate treatment efforts because it can cause complications such as heart disease, kidney failure, and damage to the nervous system. One way to overcome the effects of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus is by applying a diet. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of family knowledge with efforts to prevent complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus in the work area of Babakan Puskesmas, Cirebon Regency. This research method uses descriptive correlational, this research uses cross section research. The population is all families with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in the work area of Babakan Puskesmas in Cirebon Regency as many as 144 respondents and sampling using Purposive Sampling obtained 60 respondents. The instruments used were questionnaire sheets, and data analysis using chi-square test that is the significance value α = 0.1. The results of the above study indicate between the level of family knowledge and prevention of complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus in getting p-value = 0.04, because the p-value of 0.04 <0.1 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means there is a relationship between the level of family knowledge and prevention of complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus in the work area of Babakan Health Center, Cirebon Regency.
