<p><strong><em>Background</em></strong><em>: Physical and psychological changes require adaptation to lifestyle adjustments with the pregnancy process that occurs. Problems in pregnancy can be a trigger for emotional reactions that are mild, severe to high levels. Some pregnant women have experienced nausea, vomiting, anxiety, or some have experienced pregnancy comfortably, without complaints. These different responses are influenced by factors: physical, perception, experience, education, emotion and family support. Of these several factors, thoughts and emotions dominate the response to pregnancy. Hypnosis is an effective communication method for incorporating new information or ideas into one's subconscious mind. Audio selfhypnosis in pregnancy, it is hoped that the discomfort in the form of anxiety felt by pregnant women due to direct and indirect factors can be minimized so that it can reduce the incidence of complications during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period.</em></p><p><strong><em>Purpose</em></strong><em>: to find out the use of audio self-hypnosis has an effect on reducing discomfort in the form of anxiety in pregnant women.</em></p><p><strong><em>Method</em></strong><em>: Using quasi-experimental. The population is all pregnant women at the Majasem Health Center in 2021. Sampling is done by purposive sampling technique, namely 30 pregnant women who are divided into 3 classes of pregnant women. Respondents were first guided on how to do self-hypnosis, then were given audio self-hypnosis via a smartphone to practice at home once every day for 1 week. Anxiety was measured using a questionnaire before and after self-hypnosis. The analysis technique uses paired sample t test. Data is not normally distributed, bivariate analysis using Wilcoxon test.</em></p><p><strong><em>Results</em></strong><em>: The analysis showed that there was an effect of using audio self-hypnosis in reducing anxiety in pregnant women with a p value of 0.000.</em></p><p><strong><em>Conclusion</em></strong><em>: The use of self-hypnosis audio can reduce discomfort in the form of anxiety in pregnant women</em></p>
As the pregnancy gets older, the attention and thoughts of pregnant women begin to focus on something that is considered as a climax, so that the anxiety experienced will intensify just before the childbirth. Excessive anxiety and sleep disorders during pregnancy can cause mental disorders in pregnant women and inhibit fetal growth. To determine the effect of prenatal gentle yoga and hypnotherapy on anxiety level and sleep quality in the third trimester pregnant women. This is a quasi-experimental study with a pre-post test with a control group. The sample was 32 respondents consisting of 16 respondents as an intervention group and 16 respondents as a control group taken by purposive sampling. The analysis used was the Paired T-test. There is a difference in the average of anxiety level in the third trimester pregnant women in the intervention and control groups with a p value 0,000; there is a difference in the average of sleep quality in the third trimester pregnant women in the intervention and control groups with a p value 0,000; and there is no difference in the average of anxiety level and sleep quality in the third trimester pregnant women in the intervention and control groups with a p value 0,64. Prenatal Gentle Yoga and Hypnotherapy have an effect in reducing the anxiety level and improving the sleep quality in the third trimester pregnant women.
The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic has become one of the causes of changes in the health service order system, including one of the activities for pregnant women classes at health service facilities at the Puskesmas. The use of the internet has become a necessity in the last decade. Several studies also prove that the use of internet technology in social networking is effective in increasing knowledge, attitudes, perceptions, awareness and compliance in health. Therefore, the researchers tried to make the GEMBIL (Pregnant Mother Game) application. This study aims to produce a product in the form of the GEMBIL application (pregnant mother game) as an educational medium in the class of pregnant women, and to analyze the effect of using GEMBIL in increasing the knowledge of pregnant women about pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and newborns. This is an analytical study with a quasi-experimental approach, using one group pre and post design. The research location is in the working area of the Majasem Public Health Center, Cirebon City. The sample uses purposive sampling. Bivariate analysis using Wilcoxon. the feasibility test of material experts showed a value of 84.7% and media experts showed a value of 83.3%. The relationship between the use of the GEMBIL application and knowledge, shows a significance value of 0.005 (p<0.05). The GEMBIL application is very feasible to be used as an appropriate technology medium in the implementation of online classes for pregnant women. There is a significant difference in knowledge between before and after attending an online class for pregnant women using the GEMBIL application.
Tanda proses menua pada umumnya mulai tampak pada usia 45 tahun dan akan menimbulkan masalah pada usia sekitar 60 tahun. Senam Yoga termasuk alternative bentuk aktifitas fisik yang dapat membantu dalam mencapai tingkat latihan fisik yang disarankan. Senam Yoga merupakan intervensi holistik yang menggabungkan postur tubuh (asanas), pernafasan (pranayama), dan meditasi. Kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan warga Lanjut Usia (Lansia) melalui Yoga. Pengabdian pada Masyarakat ini dilakukan pada 10 orang ibu-ibu Lansia di Pusat Pelayanan Keluarga Sejahtera (PPKS) Kelurahan Kejaksan Kecamatan Kejaksan Kota Cirebon selama tiga kali pertemuan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi senam Yoga, pengukuran tekanan darah dan pengukuran skala Distress terhadap ibu- ibu Lansia. Hasil kegiatan diperoleh ibu-ibu dapat melakukan senam Yoga sesuai dengan panduan/instruksi yang diberikan sesuai dengan kemampuan tubuh masing-masing, Yoga Lansia dapat mengurangi keluhan fisik yang dirasakan oleh warga Lansia, Mayoritas Skala Distress menunjukkan hasil relatif tenang setelah dilakukan Yoga Lansia, Tekanan Darah Sistole maupun diastole mayoritas sama sesudah maupun sebelum melakukan Yoga. Diharapkan Senam Yoga Lansia dapat dipraktikkan secara mandiri di rumah sebagai upaya meningkatkan kesehatan para Lansia dan dijadikan sebagai kegiatan rutin di PPKS.
