The development of the digital world today has become a lifestyle that cannot be separated from technology. Hence, teachers are required to follow the development of existing technology in order to make learning process go well. The purpose of this research is to determine the performance of teachers in the digital era in planning, implementation and evaluation to improve the quality of learning. The research method used was qualitative research method with 12 informants as teacher representatives teaching at 12 State Senior High School in Kupang City -East Nusa Tenggara. The data was collected through interview and observation with triangulation data analysis techniques. The results of showed that teachers' performance in the digital era in improving learning quality are better. As a model by way of learning and teaching in the digital era, the teachers, among others (1) have the ability to collaborate with students, peers and communities in the use of digital sources.(2) Teachers have the ability to build networks and (3) have a sense of social responsibility. (4) Teachers have a discipline of time and are proficient in using technology. (5) Teachers are more at ease in preparing learning tools in the digital era. (6) Teachers are more creative and innovative in teaching and learning. Conclusion is Teacher Performance in planning, implementation and evaluation to improve the quality of learning has been running optimally.
The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze a child-friendly learning planning, the implementation of a child-friendly learning, and child-friendly learning evaluation. Meanwhile, the research method used was qualitative interpretive. This method was used to analyse and interpret the management of child-friendly learning at four elementary schools inclusive in Brebes with the subjects of this research were as many as 24 classroom teachers. For more, the data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study were the planning of learning set a goal of learning tailored to the needs of children, the development of a syllabus and lesson plan which was modified to the child's condition, classroom planning management, strategy approach to learning activities based on students, and learning activities of the child-friendly procedures; the learning was aimed to give motivation to students, learn to use media to suit the needs of students, apply learning methods that involve students, provide concrete examples known to students. Meanwhile, the character values given to students were in the form of fair treatment, application of norms of religion, social norms and local culture, affection, and respect each other; the evaluation of the learning was done by means of flexible assessment, while the assessment was adjusted to the conditions of the various needs of learners.
21st century human resource competition is getting tighter, including vocational teachers on vocational education. In micro vocational teachers are required to use the relevant learning model. One such model is the project based learning. The problem under study why vocational teachers should use project based learning models? In this journal we can explain some arguments that the project based learning: a) affect the creativity of students in creating a product, b) increase the frequency of attendance, c) cultivate student independence, d) have an attitude of responsibility, e) high-level thinking, f) expand access to student learning with diverse cultures. However, in order to optimize the implementation of this model, it is necessary to have prerequisites: a) time management, b) the selection of material and mastering the concept by the teacher, c) the process of systematic, creative and useful work. Based on the above exposures it is recommended that the vocational teacher be required to use a project based learning model. This can elevate the quality of students and win compete in the 21st century.
This research intent for management model development education soft skill nurse at education hospital, and has influence increase nurse’s soft skill on nurses unit. This model development utilizes method with approaching Research & Development from Borg & Gall (2007). Since time and cost limitation, therefore, is utilized a portion step of 10 Borg's steps and Gall, which is: (1 ) research & information as introduction step forward, (2 ) planning & develop preliminary form of product as step of makings designs start model, (3) preliminary field testing & revision as step of early model checking, (4 ) main field testing & revision as step of product feasibility test-driving and product revision, (5) analyze and studies to establish final products (final product), and (6) dissemination.
