The speed of modern changes in the system of teaching reflects an unprecedented accelerated renewal of means, forms and methods of teaching. Today, it is very important to test new learning solutions that reduce teachers' time on organization of students' educational activities. The idea of solving this problem is to combine the theory and practice of taking managerial actions and pedagogy in order to identify the type of learning solutions that reduce teachers' time, in particular teachers of mathematics, to prepare for classes. Thus, the purpose of the article is to justify full packaged learning solutions as an effective means of reducing the time spent on organizing the educational activities of schoolchildren. The authors of the article have determined the full packaged product as a package of program-methodical and subject-developing support that can be used by consumers of educational services (children, parents, teachers, administrators, employers) for independent use (a turn-key project). The leading methods of research are monitoring the organizational activities of teachers during math lessons, talking to teachers, analyzing methodical work and teachers' profiles, modeling and statistical processing of research results. As a result of the 2016-2017 experiment, where 21 teachers of mathematics took part, the authors of the article have defined types of learning solutions for mathematics teachers (adjustable, integrated and packaged); have described the stages of development and phases of creating a full packaged learning solution. Evaluation of the effectiveness of using full packaged product allowed to make a conclusion about an average decrease of time costs by 22% while preparing for classes. The theoretical significance of the article is due to the contribution to the development of scientific ideas about the means of methodical support for teachers of mathematics. The practical use of the proposed methods allows to organize a step-by-step transition from the development of adjustable solutions to full packaged learning solutions for studying school mathematics that contribute to reducing teachers' time spent on the organization of educational activities of students. The value of the full packaged product is justified with the help of a "project triangle", which connects key parameters for assessing the effectiveness of providing methodical support to mathematics teachers: the amount of work, time and costs. Changing the value of one parameter leads to changes of the values of others. Full packaged product allows to balance these parameters and achieve the planned educational result. The purpose of the article is to provide an algorithm that allows choosing a valid method of statistical data processing and development of a model for acquiring knowledge about statistical methods and mastering skills of competent knowledge application in various research activities. Modelling method is a leading approach to the study of this problem. It allows us to consider this issue as a targeted and organized process of application of the author's methodology for the selection of appropriate statistical method for the efficient processing of the research results. The article showcases an algorithm that allows to choose an appropriate method of statistical data processing: general algorithm of statistical methods application in scientific research, statistical problems systematization based on which there have been outlined conditions for specific research methods application. To make a final decision concerning the statistical method at the stage of data received and statistical tasks of the research defined, it is proposed to use an author's algorithm that allows to competently select the method of processing the research results.
Thematic justification of the teachers' professional stress research is due to the fact that its prevention is a significant problem of psychological services in education. The purpose of the article is to study the interplay between professional stress and communication characteristics of teacher's personality in the process of increasing the teaching experience. The main method of studying this issue is the ascertaining experiment. The professional stress is correlated both with communicative and emotional-personal indicators; it influences such indicators as emotional stability, sociability, courage, practicality and innovative ability of the teacher and his/her independence in the relationship. The main feature of teacher's interpersonal communication is the predominance of conflict-free attitude, agreement in contacts with others. The indicator "the level of professional stress" appears almost throughout the teacher's professional activity and it is backbone in two of the three intercorrelation matrixes composed according to the increase of teaching experience. The obtained results allow talking about a marked influence of professional stress on the quality of teacher's personality. Emotional stability is regarded as one of the factors to deal with stress. Immediate practical value has a generated group of methods to diagnose the level of occupational stress objectively and quickly in terms of monitoring of professionally significant qualities of the teacher's personality.
The paper provides the analysis of epidemiological process of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) in the Russian Federation in the context of federal districts in 2022 and a forecast of the HFRS incidence for 2023. According to the results of the analysis, there was a three-fold increase in the morbidity rates of HFRS in Russia in 2022 as compared to the indicators of 2021. The evidence of epizootiological survey and laboratory studies in certain federal districts of the Russian Federation indicate the continuing tense epidemiological situation on HFRS. In a number of regions of the country, high risk of infection with HFRS is predicted due to the favorable natural and climatic conditions of the winter period 2022/2023 for reservoir hosts of pathogenic for humans Hantaviruses. The findings of infected rodents attest to a high probability of complication of the epidemiological situation in the territories of increased epidemic hazard as regards HFRS.
