Abstrak: Kekerasan seksual yang menimpa siswa PAUD/TK Jakarta International School beberapa waktu yang lalu menyadarkan kita akan pentingnya mengembangkan materi pendidikan seks untuk anak usia dini. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menemukan model dan materi pendidikan seks anak usia dini perspektif gender. Sumber data primer penelitian adalah guru-guru TK/PAUD. Langkah penelitian meliputi identifikasi permasalahan sexual abuse anak usia dini, identifikasi kebutuhan, potensi, pendidikan seks anak usia dini perspektif gender, dan FGD workshop model dan materi pendidikan seks anak usia dini perspektif gender. Uji model dan materi oleh psikolog anak dan ahli pendidikan. Ada pun materi pokok pendidikan seks anak usia dini meliputi tema-tema: (1) Aku dan Tubuhku; (2) Aku dan Pakaianku; (3) Keluarga dan Orang di Sekitarku; dan (4) Cara Merawat dan Menjaga Tubuh. Model pembelajaran dengan menggunakan sentra bermain peran. Hasil pengembangan materi ajar divalidasi oleh pakar dengan menghasilkan nilai “Baik” untuk bahan yang menyangkut ranah kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotrik. Kata Kunci: pendidikan seks, perspektif gender, anak usia dini, sexual abuse A MODEL AND MATERIAL OF SEX EDUCATION FOR EARLY-AGED-CHILDREN OF GENDER PERSPERCTIVE TO PREVENT SEXUAL ABUSE Abstract: Sexual abuse occurring on the early-aged student of Jakarta International School made us realize on the importance of developing sex education materials for early-aged child. This study was aimed to find a model and material for sex education for early-aged children of gender perspective. The data source was the teachers of kindergartens. The steps of the study was identifying sexual abuse on the early-aged children; identifying needs, potentials, sex education of early-aged children of gender perspective; conducting FGD workshop model. The model and material were validated by involving psychologists and education experts. The findings showed that the material of sex education for earlyaged children covered the themes: (1) My body and I; (2) My Clothes and I; (3) Family and My Surrounding; and (4) The Way to Care and Preserve Body. The intructional model used the role play technique. The developed product validated by experts belonged to the good category covering the cognitive, affective, and psychomotoric domains. The present interview study reports on eight Thai undergraduate students’ experiences of online learning at three different Indonesian universities based in East Java, Indonesia. Semi-structured interviewing was designed based on the sociocultural framework proposed by Ma (2017) to elucidate the students’ voices of online learning experience. The data garnered from online interviewing were transcribed and interpreted using thematic content analysis. The study elicits three important data themes: the agility of the student participants to adapt online learning to suit their learning needs, the participants’ strategies to build learning autonomy, and the participants’ ability to sustain their learning motivation. This study stresses the important roles of such other agents as teachers, parents, and friends in providing international students with mental and emotional support to help them get through COVID-19 affected online learning.
Competition between companies is very high resulting in companies having to implement production plans so that productivity does not decrease. This is the case with palm oil mills which often experience engine failure resulting in reduced productivity in the company. To examine the problem, it is necessary to measure productivity in the company and design proposals that must be done by the company. In the past data, the company experienced a total productivity index of 71.77% so it is necessary to do a design of engine maintenance proposals so that the time of stagnation can be reduced and the productivity index can increase. After the productivity index is implemented, the lowest total productivity index increases to 161.97% after doing maintenance design, the productivity of the company can increase by 50%.
Istilah radikalisme berasal dari bahasa Latin "radix" yang artinya akar, pangkal, bagian bawah, atau bisa juga berarti menyeuruh, habis-habisan dan amat keras untuk menuntut perubahan.Para mahasiswa rentan menjadi pengikut dan pendukung gerakan radikal dan terorisme. Fenomena ini melahirkan suatu pertanyaan, mungkinkah laju gerakan ini dicegah secara preventif. Kelompok masyarakat yang paling rentan menerima dampak dari persebaran paham radikalisme dan terorisme adalah mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya pemeberian pemahaman terhadap mahasiswa terkait dengan paham radiklisme.
