Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Perubahan fungsi lahan pertanian, 2) Dampaknya alih fungsi lahan terhadap kehidupan pendudukyang meliputi luas kepemilikan lahan, alih pekerjaan dan persediaan pangan pokok dalam keluarga. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Desember 2016 sampai Januari 2017 di Kecamatan Sayung. Sayung dipilih sebagai lokasi penelitian karena 1) cukup tinggi mengalami alih fungsi lahan, 2) merupakan wilayah pertumbuhan industri dan perumahan karena berbatasan dengan Kota Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei. Data penjualan lahan diperoleh dari arsip 4 desa terpilih. Setiap desa diambil 20 responden yang terdiri dari 2 orang setiap tahun selama 10 tahun terakhir sehingga total responden 80 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di Kabupaten Demak terjadi peningkatan pengajuan perizinan alih fungsi lahan. Penurunan luasan lahan pertanian dari 2.136 ha menjadi 1.417 ha, turun dengan laju rata-rata 12,4% per tahun yang disebabkan oleh alih fungsi lahan. Faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi alih fungsi lahan pertanian di Kecamatan Sayung berturut-turut adalah kebutuhan ekonomi (41%), ibadah haji (16%), usaha (11%), pengobatan (9%), pembayaran hutang (8%), renovasi rumah (4%), pembelian motor (4%), pembagian warisan (4%) dan tukar tambah lahan (3%). Berdasarkan studi terdahulu ditemukan bahwa sebesar 8,24% dewasa muda di Indonesia mengalami hipertensi. Pola hidup yang tidak sehat seperti merokok, kurang aktivitas fisik serta pola konsumsi makan yang tidak sehat merupakan faktor penyebab tertinggi terjadinya hipertensi. Banyak orang kurang memperhatikan hal tersebut, namun hal ini sangat tidak dibenarkan mengingat komplikasi dari hipertensi dapat menyababkan serangan jantung, gagal ginjal atau bahkan menyebabkan kematian. Motivasi dari diri sendiri untuk beralih ke gaya hidup sehatlah yang dapat menurunkan tekanan darah tinggi dan di tunjang pula adanya dorongan dari olang lain seperti penyuluhan tentang gaya hidup sehat atau bahaya hipertensi.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesulitan yang dihadapi siswa SMA dalam melakukan pembelajaran fisika, juga mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi siswa SMA kesulitan dalam pelajaran fisika. Juga mengetahui bagaimana cara seorang guru menyelenggarakan pembelajaran daring fisika ini yang bisa meningkatkan prakarsa, kreativitas, kemandirian sesuai dengan kemampuan peserta didik dimasa pandemi ini. Banyak peserta didik yang berpendapat, bahwa pelajaran fisika merupakan salah satu pelajaran yang sulit selain matematika dan sejarah apalagi ditambah dengan pembelajaran jarak jauh ini membuat peserta didik merasa tertekan. Perlu adanya upaya dari guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan semangat belajar para peserta didik apalagi di tingkat SMA, salah satu inovasi teknologi agar pembelajaran menjadi interaktif, menarik, serta dapat membantu pengajar membuat evaluasi nilai digunakan lah Kahoot. Kahoot media kuis online yang menjadi salah satu alternative pilihan dari berbagai macam media pembelajaran interaktif, yang menjadi proses pembelajaran menjadi tidak membosankan baik bagi peserta didik mau bagi guru. Penelitian mengenai kahoot pada pembelajaran diatanya dilakukan oleh Wang (2015) yang menyatakan bahwa respon siswa berbasis permainan berhasil meningkatkan keterlibatan, motivasi, dan pembelajaran siswa setelah menggunakannya berulang kali. Menurut Dellos (2015) Kahoot menciptakan lingkungan yang menyenangkan dan kompretitif dalam mendorong pembelajaran. Also know how a teacher organizes online learning physics that can improve initiative, creativity, independence in accordance with the ability of learners during this pandemic. Many students argue that physics lessons are one of the most difficult lessons besides mathematics and history, especially coupled with distance learning, which makes students feel depressed. There needs to be efforts from teachers to improve the quality and spirit of learning of learners especially at the high school level, one of the technological innovations so that learning becomes interactive, interesting, and can help teachers make value evaluations used kahoot. Kahoot media quiz online which became one of the alternative choices of various kinds of interactive learning media, which becomes the learning process becomes not boring for both students want for teachers. Research on kahoot in question learning was conducted by Wang (2015) who stated that the response of game-based students succeeded in increasing student involvement, motivation, and learning after using it repeatedly. Arabica coffee is one of the most popular drinks by people in various countries. Coffee production is able to become a source of state income, especially Arabica coffee which has good export competitiveness. Therefore, an assessment of the suitability of land, especially Arabica coffee, needs to be carried out to estimate the extent to which land in Bantaeng Regency is suitable for Arabica coffee plants. The method used in this land suitability assessment is square root. Determination of the research location point is based on land use, especially coffee plants. The results showed that the land suitability class at all profile observation points was N1 (not suitable at this time) with the factors of soil depth, soil pH, calcium carbonate and salinity. The limiting factor for soil depth is difficult to repair, while the soil pH which is so high due to the presence of calcium carbonate which is also high enough for Arabica coffee can be repaired by providing sulfur. Salinity improvement efforts can be made by reclamation.
Background: Since pulp infection plays an important role in the development of periradicular lesions, endodontic treatment should be directed to eliminate bacterial and theirproducts. However, currently 20% of cases of apical periodontitis are not resolved after root canal treatment and therefore required for new root canal disinfection. The most commonly used irrigation material today is NaOCl 2.5%. However, NaOCl has negative effects, including being toxic when the material is injected into the periradicular tissue causing extensive pain, bleeding and swelling. Until now, many drugs come from plants that are still produced from plant extracts. One of the plants that can be utilized is cocoa (Theobroma cacao). Cocoa contains active compounds, such as saponins, tannins, alkaloids, flanonoids, aromatic terpenoids, theobromins and other metabolites. Cocoa husk has been studied to have an antibacterial effect on Porphyromonas gingivalis which is the main bacterial cause of apical periodontal. However, the difference in antibacterial activity between cocoa husk extract and NaOCl 2.5% againstPorphyromonas gingivalis has not been studied. Porpuse:The aim of this study is to compare antibacterial activity of cocoa husk extract and NaOCl 2.5% againstPorphyromonas gingivalis.Method: This research was a laboratory experimental study. Porphyromonas gingivalis were swabbed to nutrient agar medium. Consequently, cocoa husk extract 25% and NaOCl 2.5% were placed in wells of 5mm diameter and nutrient agar medium. The diameter of the zone of inhibition around the test materials was measured after 24 hours.Result:Cocoa husk extract has lower mean inhibitory zone diameter (14.22) than NaOCl 2.5% (16.06). Conclusion:Cocoa husk extract has lower antibacterial activity against Porphyromonas gingivalis compared to NaOCl 2.5%.
