Strategi konseptual manajemen dengan strategi pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia dilakukan para akademisi dengan harapan dapat membantu meningkatkan produktifitas karyawan di Zee Sceenprinting sebagai Vendor Printing dan Brand Clothing Manufacture. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahwa keberhasilan dalam pencapaian visi misi organisasi perusahaan tidak terlepas dari dukungan manajemen SDM dan SDM yang handal dengan produktifitas kerja yang baik. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitiankepustakaan. SDM merupakan perangkat manajemen sebagai strategi inovasi untuk bertahan di era new normal dengan beragamnya kompetitor. Dari pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa SDM dalam sebuah industri kreatif sablon Zee Screenprinting merupakan perangkat pengembangan penting. Dengan skema manajemen sumber daya manusia berupa perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan pengawasan atas pengadaan, pengembangan, kompensasi, pengintegrasian, pemeliharaan dan pemutusanhubungan kerja dalam peningkatan produktifitas karyawan, dihararapkan dapat mencapai visi misi usaha industri kreatif berbasis sablon Zee.Screenprinting dengan efektif dan efisien
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of social media on brand image and student decision-making. This study involved as many as 210 students from the health sciences and business studies program. Of the total 210 data obtained, the remaining 202 data can be used for further testing and data analysis, this is because there are a number of data that are categorized as outliers so that they must be eliminated. This study is a quantitative research category using a survey approach as a method of data collection. Then, regarding the process of testing and analyzing data, this study uses a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach with AMOS software. The findings of this study confirm that social media has a significant positive effect on brand image and decision making, besides that brand image has a positive and significant effect on student decision making. The findings of this study make a positive contribution to the development of science, especially in the field of marketing strategies through social media in improving brand image and decision making. The findings of this study are expected to make a practical contribution to increasing product competitiveness and consumer confidence.
This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, work experience, wages and age on improving the performance of creative industry employees at Ndalem Kaos Production Sukoharjo, Central Java, Indonesia. In achieving the objectives of this study, researchers used quantitative research methods. Improved employee performance can be optimized in terms of efficiency and effectiveness of the production process from time to time. Optimizing employee performance is an important element in the company that must be considered. The company always strives to optimize employee performance and realize the company's vision and mission. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire which was distributed directly to 40 respondents at Ndalem Kaos Production in Sukoharjo, Central Java. The results of this study show that the variables of work discipline, work experience and wages have a significant and positive effect on the productivity of creative industry employees, Ndalem Kaos Production in Sukoharjo, Central Java. Meanwhile, the age variable has no significant effect on the productivity of the Ndalem Kaos Production creative industry employees in Sukoharjo.
The second-year Covid-19 pandemic becomes an emergency pandemic in Indonesia. Economic movement begins to creep gradually to get out of recession. Covid-19 exerts a great effect on MSMEs around us. We, as the academicians implementing tridharma (three pillars) of university, are responsible for realizing the expectation and the ideals of our brothers/sisters who establish MSMEs and fighting for surviving amid Covid-19, and make this the background of current community service. This community service activity was conducted in Jaten Village area, Jaten Sub District, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java Province, with the MSME actors being the target of program. This activity was conducted for one day to maximize the facilitation of entrepreneurship digitalization as the attempt to boost the economic growth rate in MSMEs affected by Covid-19 through mojo and siapik application. This activity implementation was done used training and facilitation method. These two methods were implemented by giving information, role play, FGD, simulation, practice, and reflection. The output of activity is to improve the sale performance through digitalization, to give added value to entrepreneurial knowledge thereby helping MSME actors in vending their product and service. The enthusiasm of MSME actors to keep stepping forward vigorously to pass through Covid-19 gives them positive energy to fight for recovering their family economy. The activity ran well and effectively.
