This research aims to study whether it is necessary to use online media in mathematics learning arithmetic operations. The research method used in this study is research with a Quasi Experiment research design. The design chosen by the researcher is the nonequivalent control group design. This research was conducted on grade IVA students of SD Negeri 2 Tomohon divided into two groups: the experimental group collecting 13 children and the control group getting 13 children. The experimental group was approved to use online media (video), while the control group learned to use card media. This research data collection techniques were written tests in pre-test and post-test. Testing the hypothesis using the Independent Sample t-test obtained a significance value of 0.029 < 0.05. The results of the analysis of the t-test got the value of t-count = 2.330 > t-table = 2.064. H_0 rejected is intended a difference in the average learning outcomes of grade IVA mathematics at SD Negeri 2 Tomohon. The average learning outcomes of groups of students who use online media are higher than those required by using number card media. Based on these results, it can be concluded that online media influences mathematics learning in the arithmetic operations of Tomohon 2 Elementary School students. This study aims to analyze the planning, implementation, and evaluation of class management in improving learning outcomes in Bhayangkari kindergarten and Bethlehem Tondano kindergarten. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a multi-site study model. The results of this study show that 1) Classroom management planning starts from school curriculum documents. 2) The implementation of classroom management in both schools is manifested in every learning activity. 3) The evaluation of class management In both schools departed from the results of the supervision of the principal, supervisor, teacher meetings, and was evident in the learning outcomes of students. 4) Good class management will make student learning outcomes increase and develop in a good direction as well. The study indicates that classroom management affects learning outcomes.
This research intends to acquire data on the influence of learning management and commitment to the performance of primary school teachers, and this research approach using quantitative and survey methods. Population research are primary school teachers in Tomohon city that add up to 700 people. With drawl of samples using the techniques Proportional Stratified Random Sampling and the number of samples obtained 195 teachers. Research data collection using the questionnaire form and test instruments. By using Path Analysis Technique (Path Analysis). The result of the research, There is direct positive influence management learning to teachers performance. Management of learning influence to teachers performance. This indicates that the improvement of teaching management by elementary school teachers will result in increased performance in teaching.
The concept of Rural Marketing plays a very important role in the Indian Economy. As we all know, most of the Indian people live in villages and it is more than 70% of the total population of the country. Rural Marketing generates more revenues in the country because the majority of the customers are from rural areas. Rural Marketing can be done in three ways i.e. Rural to Urban, Urban to Rural, and Rural to Rural. Therefore, rural marketing is opening for vendors to come and invest in it. But there are some obstacles in doing business in rural areas and marketers try to overcome these obstacles by shifting towards Digital Marketing. Digital Marketing is becoming the most important tool to target a large audience including rural areas. The government of India has taken many steps and started programmes to promote digital activities; it is the cheapest mode of communication. This paper focuses on the impact of COVID-19 on the rural areas after the adoption of digital marketing by the farmers. In India, most of the farmers use digital marketing platforms i.e. Whatsapp, Face book, YouTube (video sharing), social photos, etc. Furthermore, these platforms such as Whatsapp or Face book groups, Twitter helps the farmers to communicate with the online specialist. The COVID-19 crisis hit the agricultural industry to adopt different tools and types of equipment and the use of digital technology help the farmers to make the right decisions and improve their productivity. Therefore, real-life case studies have been illustrated at the end of the paper showing the post-COVID-19 impact on rural digital marketing.
The primary purpose of this study is to examine and describe: (1) Character Education Planning at LPK JT Music Studio Tomohon based on a review of Character Education Dimensions, (2) Implementation of Character Education at LPK JT Music Studio Tomohon based on a review of Character Education Dimensions, (3) Evaluation of Character Education at LPK JT Music Studio Tomohon based on a review of the Character Education Dimensions. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by describing the state of the status of social phenomena to obtain conclusions. Observation, interviews, and documentation carried out the data collection procedure. The main instruments in data collection are field notes, recording tools, and documentation in the form of photos or pictures. The situation of this institution tends not to optimize and facilitate educational programs due to a lack of planning, understanding, and methods used. Institutions are limited to running training programs and courses oriented to competence and knowledge and lacking in character building. The community of both students and educators does not prioritize character education development programs. This does not bring students to appreciate and practice the values and virtues based on the review of the Character Education Dimensions. (2) In management, every plan will lead to assessment and evaluation. And this is very helpful for developing future character education programs at LPK JT Music Studio Tomohon. Students live from the stage of values and virtues and then imbue them with reflection material for students. Students do not get enough space, and LPK JT Music Studio Tomohon does not facilitate so that students do not reach the Reflection stage. (3) character education that does not provide good planning and evaluation indicates symptoms that are not by the values and virtues in the Educational Dimension Character. Value Reflection, which is the hope of developing attitudes and actions, has not been implemented.
