The quality of the welding results is influenced by the qualified welder, the appropriate type of connection, the type of welding, and the electrode. Standard electrode AWS E 6013 with trademark Nikko Steel Welding Elektodes, NK 68 with φ 2.6 mm. The type of camp used is SNI standard 1452-2007 for 3 kg LPG tube. Specimens were subjected to tensile testing, impact toughness, hardness testing, curvature testing, microstructure with current variations of 50 A and 70 A of both types of electrodes used. Welding by SMAW method with circular welding at 3 kg of gas tube blank from JIS G 3116 SG 295 materials. From the test result will be known maximum tensile strength, impact toughness, hardness, curve strength, macro and microstructure. And by comparing the samples of SNI, non SNI and samples from both types of Nikko Steel and NK 68 electrodes, there are differences in mechanical and microstructure characteristics that will significantly affect the toughness of the welding results. ABSTRAK Kualitas hasil pengelasan dipengaruhi oleh juru las yang berkualifikasi, jenis sambungan yang sesuai, jenis pengelasan, serta elektroda. Elektroda standar AWS E 6013 dengan merk dagang Nikko Steel Welding Elektodes, NK 68 dengan ϕ 2,6 mm. Jenis kampuh yang digunakan adalah kampuh standar SNI 1452-2007 untuk tabung LPG 3 kg. Spesimen dilakukan pengujian tarik, ketangguhan impak, pengujian kekerasan, pengujian lengkung tekan, strukur mikro dengan variasi arus 50 A dan 70 A dari kedua jenis elektroda yang digunakan. Pengelasan dengan metoda SMAW dengan pengelasan melingkar pada blank tabung gas 3 kg dari bahan JIS G 3116 SG 295. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan akan diketahui kekuatan tarik maksimum, ketangguhan impak, kekerasan, kekuatan lengkung tekan, struktur makro dan mikro. Dan dengan membandingkan sampel SNI, non SNI serta sampel dari kedua jenis elektroda merek Nikko Steel dan NK 68 adanya perbedaan karakteristik mekanik dan struktur mikro yang sangat menyolok yang akan mempengaruhi ketangguhan dari hasil pengelasan tersebut.
Teknik CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) banyak diterapkan dalam penanganan penderita depresi, demikian pula zikir diyakini memiliki fungsi terapi selain fungsi-fungsi lain yang lebih populer. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkomparasikan teknik CBT Made Simple Nina Josefowitz dan konsep teknik zikir Imam al-Sya’ra>ni> dalam kitab al Anwa>r al Qudsiyyah tentang fungsi keduanya sebagai terapi penanganan depresi. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dengan metode induktif, konten analisis dan komparatif, penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan adanya persamaan dan perbedaan konsep teknik zikir tarekat dalam kitab al-Anwa>r al-Qudsiyyah dengan teknik CBT Made Simple sebagai terapi penanganan depresi. Diantaranya ialah optimalisasi keduanya dalam hal sama-sama mengandalkan kualitas komunikasi, namun komunikasi dalam zikir tarekat cenderung lebih kompleks, terbentuk antara murid dengan murshid berlanjut kepada para shaikh-shaikh dalam jalur silsilah tarekat, kepada Rasulullah Saw. hingga sampai kepada Allah, sedangkan komunikasi dalam teknik CBT Made Simple hanya terbentuk antara klien dan terapis yang menangani saja. Dengan demikian zikir dengan teknik yang telah ditentukan lebih berpengaruh terhadap penderita depresi dibandingkan dengan teknik CBT Made Simple, meskipun dalam beberapa hal teknik ini memiliki kelebihan.

Repair of the print room components using deposit welding is tested using tensile strength and hardness as realization of resistance when holding the rate of liquid plastic entering the print room by 25 to 40 MPa, depending on the plastic viscosity, the precision of the mold and the filling level of the print room. Deposition welding method as a welding repair can affect a procedure to be able to produce a component that is safe and capable of being used in accordance with the provisions. The welding process used is reverse polarity GMAW DC with 125 A current and ER 70 S welding wire diameter 1.2 mm. Test material AISI 420. Tests carried out were tensile test, impact test and hardness test in weld metal, HAZ and base metal. From the Charpy impact test and tensile test obtained the value of welding strength which is close to the strength of the complete object, which is equal to 65%. The energy absorbed by the impact test object with GMAW welding is 5.4 Joule while for the whole test object is 8.1 Joule. The welding tensile strength is 520 MPa compared to the tensile tensile strength of 820 MPa.
