This research goals to know the students' learning difficulties in class XI on subjects sociology seen from internal factors, external factors and the efforts of teachers to overcome the problem of learning difficulties. The approach used qualitative approach with descriptive methods. This study uses 5 informants. The results showed students' learning difficulties from internal factors of observations and interviews to students note that the students showed the causes of learning difficulties that come from within them, such as having an attitude of learning, motivation, concentrating poor. Less able to demonstrate learning achievement, lack of confidence and poor study habits. Of external factors, family and school environment, lack of supervision and attention from their parents as well as the lack of availability of supporting infrastructure in the learning process causing the child into learning difficulties. The efforts of teachers in overcoming learning difficulties already showed results. Seen from the value obtained by the students after the teacher did stage treatment can reach values minimum completeness (KKM).Keywords: Students’ Difficulties of Studying, TeacherEffort, The Causes
Multiculturalism is a reality in Indonesian society that students must be aware and understand early on. An understanding of multiculturalism aims to enable students to respect their own culture and the culture of others, which includes differences in religion, ethnicity and race based on Pancasila and unity in diversity (Unity in Diversity). Education has an important role in instilling multicultural knowledge in students so students can apply their cultural values and respect other cultures in their daily lives in society. Whatever form the school must contain multicultural education in every learning. Although there are currently many faith-based schools such as Islamic Schools or Christian schools, which have homogeneous students in religion but the most important is how students remain aware of how to promote tolerance and respect for others in their surrounding environment. This paper will distcuss how faith-based schools such as Madrasah schools based on Islamic schools or Christian Schools build multicultural awareness in their students at school.
This study aims to determine the factors that cause children to drop out of school in the free education program for students of SMA Negeri 2 Seponti, Kayong Utara Regency. The research method used is descriptive method with qualitative research forms. The data source of this research is the students of SMA Negeri 2 Seponti who have dropped out of school and the data are the results of observations and the results of interviews with school dropouts, parents of children, and school principals. The results showed that there were 6 children who had dropped out of school, the factors that caused children to drop out of school were caused by two factors, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors that cause children to drop out of school come from the factor of not having the desire to go to school, some children who have dropped out of school due to this factor are because children often skip school and never go to class. External factors that cause children to drop out of school come from economic factors and the environment where they live. peers who do not go to school and even promiscuity. The title of this research is Primary Student Group Cooperation in Online Learning at MTs Al-Fatwa Kubu Raya. The purpose of this study was determine and describe the spontaneous cooperation and direct cooperation of primary groups of students in online learning at MTs Al-Fatwa Kubu Raya. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative research form. The data source of this research is students who have a primary group and homeroom teachers. Data collection tools in this study used observation guides, interview guides and documentation studies. The results showed that (1) the spontaneous cooperation of the primary group of students was evidenced by (a) remind primary group members to do assignments on time, (b) explain the material not yet understood by the primary group members as well, (c) reprimand members of the primary group who have not submitted their assignments, (2) direct cooperation of the student's primary group is evidenced by (a) perform tasks based on orders and (b) submit assignments on time
Tolerance between religious communities in Singkawang City can bewell maintained without escape from the role of religious leaders whoare members of the Religious Harmony Forum or FKUB SingkawangCity. The religious leaders are representatives of religious communityorganizations in Singkawang City. Research on the role of religiousleaders in maintaining tolerance in Singkawang City is importantbecause Singkawang City is expected to become a reference for othercities and regencies in Indonesia in building tolerance betweenreligious communities in order to create harmony and peace insociety. The research approach used in this study is a qualitativeapproach with ethnographic methods. The role of religious leaders inmaintaining tolerance in Singakawang City can be done in variousways, (1) Religious leaders in Singkawang City, in maintaining inter-religious harmony, conduct inter-religious dialogue.
