<em>Buzzer </em>merupakan istilah yang dewasa ini mudah dikenali oleh siapa saja. Kehadiran <em>buzzer </em>tidak terlepas dari penggunaan gawai di kalangan masyarakat atau yang dikenal dengan netizen. Aktivitas netizen di <em>new media</em> atau internet menyebabkan <em>buzzer </em>menjadi fenomena yang terus ada dan berkembang saat ini. Apa yang dilakukan <em>buzzer </em>semula hanya sebagai bagian dari promosi atau pemasaran produk oleh perusahaan-perusahaan jasa atau barang. Namun hal itu berubah seiring kontestasi politik tanah air. Berbagai platform media sosial digunakan untuk menyampaikan pesan ataupun postingan. Penggunaan platform media sosial pun menjadi ruang publik untuk menyampaikan pendapat ataupun komentar sesuai kapasitas warganet itu sendiri. Kapasitas dan latar belakang yang berbeda menimbulkan keriuhan di jagat maya. Tidak jarang sampai menimbulkan konflik. Hal ini tidak lain karena percakapan tersebut mampu mengubah pandangan masyarakat atau opini publik. Besarnya pengaruh pesan yang disampaikan oleh <em>buzzer </em>dalam mengubah opini publik membuatnya layak untuk diteliti. Konstruksi pesan dalam pembentukan opini publik pada dasarnya telah dirancang sedemikian rupa untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Khususnya di dunia politik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Dari penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa konstruksi pesan yang dibuat oleh <em>buzzer </em>mampu untuk mengubah pandangan ataupun opini publik terhadap suatu hal ataupun narasi yang ada di tengah masyarakat
Socio-cultural changes in the world of social media always occur because of the support of sophisticated technology that occurs to this day. One of them is the use of Instagram for millennials, including in Padang. This research is to find out how social change is and the impact that occurs on students in Padang in using Instagram. This research was conducted in Padang, using a case study approach by conducting indepth interviews with 25 students who were active in using Instagram with a daily usage frequency of more than 12 to 24 hours. The results showed that the use of Instagram had an impact on the emergence of social and cultural changes for students in Padang. First, they do not hesitate to share excessively in self-disclosure in cyberspace. This culture certainly arises because of the presence of Instagram as one of the social media that can be accessed by anyone. Second, students are not able to provide boundaries between private space and public space, so Instagram currently also has an influence as a channel or medium in complementing relationships among themselves, and at the same time Instagram is part of the lifestyle chosen by students when communicating using sophisticated technology.
Keluarga merupakan lembaga pertama dan utama yang berperan penting dalam menamkan pendidikan nilai dan pembentukan karakter dari setiap anggota keluarga. Keluarga sebagai unit pergaulan hidup terkecil dalam masyarakat, dan berperan sebagai pelindung bagi pribadi-pribadi yang menjadi anggota.Kondisi nilai dalam keluarga pada masa ini sangat minim, hal tersebut terbukti dari banyaknya kasus yang terjadi di dalam keluarga seperti kekerasa, asusila, korupsi, dan sebagainya. Solusi pendidikan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan sosial tidak hanya melalui lembaga formal, informal, non formal. Terutama lembaga keluarga, yaitu dengan melalui pendidikan nilai di lingkungan keluarga. Dalam pandangan sosiologi, penanaman nilai moral dalam keluarga, tidak hanya dilakukan dengan cara indoktrinasi, tetapi dengan cara memberikan semua penjelasan kepada anak mengapa aturan-aturan tersebut dipatuhi. Tahapan proses pendidikan nilai meliputi: Identification Process, Internalization Process, Proses Pemodelan, Direct Reproduction. Saran Agar degradasi moral dapat dimilimalisir, sebagiknya didakan suatu program yang mampu menginternalisasikan pentingnya pendidikan nilai di dalam keluarga kepada seluruh keluarga di Indonesia, serta dibentuknya aturan pidana yang lebih ketat kepada pelaku tindakan penyimpangan berat dalam lingkungan keluarga
One way of ex-Commercial Sex Workers to be accepted in society is by studying religion and looking for preachers who can help them understand religious communication. Meanwhile, the Da'i provide religious communication through da'wah to try to save ex-Commercial Sex Workers to get the right path. This research focuses on social phenomena about how Da'i's communication experience provides lessons through religious communication of spiritual coaching in former prostitution at Padang City. The experience can be seen from three aspects, namely religious communication of former prostitution in spiritual formation based on subjective experiences, symbolic interaction forms constructed by Da'i in conveying religious communication to ex-prostitutes and how Da'i constructs religious communication behavior in former prostitution after resign as sex worker. This research uses a qualitative method with a constructive paradigm. The data collection method is interview, observation and documentation. The informants of this research are da'I and former prostitution. This research was analyzed and dissected with phenomenological, symbolic interactional theory and reality construction. The results of this study are the communication of the Dai Religion in Spiritual Development in Former Prostitution in Padang conducted the first stage of the Moral Development method, the Second Stage of self-transformation and the third Stage of intellectual capacity building. Symbolic interaction is shown by Dai in communicating communication messages through verbal symbols that is more to language. Construction of the Meaning of Former prostitution by Dai to former prostituses after quitting employment in disguised prostitution is that ex-prostitution must be appreciated.
Enviromental problem that occur currently are increasingly damaging to the nature in tourist area of Mandeh by forest burning, mangroves hoarding, and the contamination that happens to the sea. Therefore, it needs a serious effort to increase the concern of people around towards living environment to avoid damage to the quality of tourism. This research using qualitative method by descriptive case study to get the enviromental communication goals from Pesisir Selatan Enviromental Services toward the enviromental damage in tourist area of Mandeh. The need of enviromental communication as an effort to communicate enviromental sustainability, the researcher using communication planning theory which can help to build the awareness and concern of the society or industry in the enviromental surroundings. The result of this research shows that DLH (Pesisir Selatan enviromental services) using communication planning during their activity according to the 8 steps of enviromental communication, but it has not been done massively. Besides through a direct activity with the society such as socialization, training, coaching, forum group discussion and enviromental community, DLH also using media to share the information to the society such as using radio, SPM TV, the billboard, sign of prohibition and online media. Another finding obtained through communication planning analyze from DLH is they know the behaviour of society, knowing the potential of enviromental impact, and providing the options and direction, it turns out among them there is the existence of word of mouth in society that happens within society to share information that given by government.
