This research takes the area of human resources and focuses on organizational behavior. This study examines how the role of negative emotions on the relationship between job stress and counterproductive work behavior (CWB). The sample of research is 100 teachers of Public Senior High School. The sample uses random sampling method. The data was analyzed by using IBM SPSS as well as causal step techniques to investigate the mediating influence. The result reveals that work stress influenced significantly on teachers' CWB in the three schools and negative emotion also partially mediated the effect of the teachers' stress toward the their CWB. Contribution/ Originality: Job stress experienced by teachers, it can be minimized with negative emotions. The negative emotions experienced by teachers as a whole are significant with CWB both organizational and interpersonal, the findings indicate that negative emotions will elevate CWB. 1. INTRODUCTION Education is one of the primary needs that should be developed in developing countries such as Indonesia. Generation with high quality of course cannot be separated from the teachers' roles in giving guidance over the teaching and learning process in the schools. The head of Aceh education department mentions that the teachers' quality in Aceh ranked 33 at the national level. One of the ways to produce teachers who can effectively work is to look at the aspects such as compensation, comfort at the workplace, freedom that can influence the teachers' emotion and hearth condition. The comfort at the workplace is needed so that there will not be any negative emotion. Thus, the teachers' performance can be improved. To improve the teachers' performance, it is needed to pay attention to the work stress (Weinstein and Trickett, 2016). Troesch and Bauer (2017) also adds that the teachers' stress is a sort of experience faced by teachers resulting from the discomfort, negative emotion such as anger, anxiety, tension, frustration, and depression caused by various aspects of their work as teachers. Weinstein and Trickett (2016) adds that someone can be categorized as having work stress if the stress faced involves the authorities at the school where she or he is working. The purpose of this study is to see and understand consumer behavior in the food and beverage business from the literature side of the study on store atmosphere which moderates the influence of food and beverage quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Atlas Coffee and Bike in Pekanbaru City. The results showed that the store atmosphere, the quality of food and beverage services affect customer satisfaction at Atlas Coffee and Bike. In this study using the operational method of variables consisting of exogenous and endogenous variables where the exogenous variables are Store Atmosphere (X1), Food and Beverage Quality (X2), Service Quality (X3), then the endogenous variable is Consumer Satisfaction (Y). Consumers have full expectations to enjoy the atmosphere at Atlas Coffee and Bike to the fullest and want satisfaction, moreover the food and beverage business has dimensions that are more than just basic consumption needs but also want a recreational atmosphere. The results of this study are very useful for management, it can increase revenue and expect consumers to make repeat visits.
The Pandemic of COVID-19 has affected different areas of life, such as education, social, tourism and the economy. One of the economic instruments affected by the Pandemic is the capital market. The aim of this research was to look at stock prices and share trading volume in LQ45 index firms on the Indonesia Stock Exchange before and after the COVID-19 Pandemic. This type of research is a quantitative study with an event study approach. The data collected is the price and trading volume of shares of LQ45 index companies from December 03, 2019, to May 31, 2020. The results of this study indicate: (1) There are differences in stock prices in LQ45 index companies before and during the COVID-19 Pandemic. (2) There are differences in stock trading volume in LQ45 index companies before and during the COVID-19 Pandemic. These results indicate that the COVID-19 Pandemic has reacted on the capital market by influencing investors' decisions to sell their shares and resulting in a decline in stock prices.
The number of businesses like coffee shops (warkop) in Banda Aceh City makes every business actor required to implement the right strategy in capturing the hearts of consumers so that they can continue to visit that the company's income can increase. Therefore, this study aims to analyze consumer interest in choosing warkop in Banda Aceh City so that business actors can use the information obtained in making decisions to be applied to their business. The observation locations were carried out in five coffee shops. Based on the results of the study, several factors become a reference for consumers in choosing the warkop to visit, including location, place, price, internet, parking facilities, and mushalla. However, in some coffee shops, there are also problems in providing quality services, such as delays in the handling process, slight menu variations, the noise of places, parking lots, and less strategic locations. Thus, if the problem is not addressed properly, it is estimated that it can have an impact on the nature of the next consumer. With a soft systems methodology (SSM) approach, these problems can be overcome. SSM can build a conceptual model that can formulate a strategy for warkop business actors in Banda Aceh City. SSM method results in two suggested recommendation activities. First, technical recommendations, namely that business actors must make efforts in improving their companies, such as determining strategic locations, setting competitive prices, providing adequate parking space, and fixing various other factors. Second, policy recommendations include establishing special SOPs, developing human service resources, incorporating local wisdom, and innovating.
