Supplier selection is one of the most important activity of company’s procurement of goods and services function. One of the methods that can be used is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This research was conducted in Procurement Department of PT. PUSRI Palembang. This study focuses on suppliers of consumable goods because this goods most often purchased. The sample of the research were the employees in the department of goods procurement that handle the purchase of consumable goods. The final result of relative importance’s supplier selection criteria was found :First Priority is Price (0,42), Second Priority is Quality (0,33), Third Priority is Response (0,11) and Fourth Priority is Delivery (0,09) and last priority is customer care (0,08 ). The fisrt priority supplier is PT. Kokai Indo Abadi (0.47). The result of this study that PT. Kokai Indo Abadi is the most consistent company in the procurement of consumable goods so it can be included in the next auction.
AbstrakProvinsi Sumatera Selatan merupakan salah satu sentra penghasil buah nanas (Ananas Comosus) yang tersebar dikota-kota seperti Prabumulih, Ogan Ilir dan Muara Enim. Melimpahnya hasil buah nanas tersebut akan diiringi dengan meningkatnya limbah daun nanas yang belum termanfaatkan dengan optimal. Limbah nanas saat ini sedang dikembangkan dalam pembuatan pulp sebagai bahan baku dalam pembuatan kertas. Untuk memperoleh kualitas pulp yang sesuai untuk pembuatan kertas diperlukan sumber bahan baku yang memiliki kandungan selulosa cukup tinggi. Limbah daun nanas memiliki kandungan selulosa antara 69,7 -71,5 %. Namun selain selulosa, daun nanas juga memiliki kandungan lignin yang harus dihilangkan. Untuk memperoleh kandungan selulosa yang optimal dilakukan proses hidrolisis secara kimiawi menggunakan larutan NaOH. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi NaOH terhadap kadar selulosa dari hidrolisis daun nanas dengan memvariasikan penambahan larutan NaOH pada konsentrasi 0,1 N; 0,2 N; 0,3 N; 0,4 N dan 0,5 N. hasil dari proses hidrolisis selanjutnya dilakukan analisa kadar selulosa menggunaka metode Chesson. Sehingga diperoleh hasil bahwa kadar selulosa yang tertinggi yaitu sebesar 66,3% pada saat penambahan larutan NaOH 0,2 N. AbstractSouth Sumatra Province is one of the centers for producing pineapple (Ananas Comosus) which is spread in cities such as Prabumulih, Ogan Ilir and Muara Enim. The abundance of pineapple fruits will be accompanied by an increase in pineapple leaf waste that has not been utilized optimally. Pineapple waste is currently being developed in pulping as a raw material in paper making. To obtain the quality of pulp that is suitable for paper making, a source of raw material is needed which has a high cellulose content. Pineapple leaf waste has cellulose content between 69.7 -71.5%. But besides cellulose, pineapple leaves also contain lignin which must be removed. To obtain the optimal cellulose content the hydrolysis process is carried out chemically using NaOH solution. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of NaOH concentration on cellulose levels from hydrolysis of pineapple leaves by varying the addition of NaOH solution at a concentration of 0.1 N; 0.2 N; 0.3 N; 0.4 N and 0.5 N. The results of the hydrolysis process then analyzed for cellulose content using the Chesson method. So that the highest cellulose content is 66.3% by addition 0.2 N NaOH solution.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beban kerja pembaca meteran dan menentukan jumlah pembaca meteran air yang optimal berdasarkan usulan perbaikan. Dari seluruh petugas pembaca meter secara keseluruhan memiliki beban kerja yang sangat tinggi. Data perbandingan elemen skor NASA -TLX dari masing-masing petugas dengan rincian persentase aspek yang paling dominan mempengaruhi beban kerja seluruh petugas adalah sebagai berikut : yang pertama Perfomansi (18,30%), Tingkat Usaha (18,21%), Kebutuhan Waktu (18,05%), Kebutuhan Fisik (16,40%), Kebutuhan Mental (14,92%), dan Tingkat Frustasi (14,09). Berdasarkan perhitungan usulan perbaikan untuk menentukan jumlah petugas yang optimal dan menurunkan ratarata skor beban kerja yang ada, maka dari itu perlu adanya penambahan petugas sebanyak 2 orang. Sehingga total jumlah petugas menjadi 12 orang dari jumlah sebelumnya hanya 10 orang.
