PT. Telekomunikasi Selular is a company engaged in the mobile telecommunications business industry in Indonesia. The company uses outsourcing employees for several positions, one of which is the administrative position to support of the company activities. The purpose of this research is to 1) analyze the influence of non-physical work environment on the motivation of Outsourcing Employee business support at PT. Telekomunikasi Selular Branch Medan; 2) analyze the influence of job security on the motivation of Outsourcing Employee business support at PT. Telekomunikasi Selular Branch Medan; 3) analyze the influence of non-physical work environment on the performance of Outsourcing Employee business support at PT. Telekomunikasi Selular Branch Medan; 4) analyze the influence of job security on the performance of Outsourcing Employee business support at PT. Telekomunikasi Selular Branch Medan; 5) analyze the influence of motivation on the performance of Outsourcing Employee business support at PT. Telekomunikasi Selular Branch Medan; 6) analyze the influence of non-physical work environment on the performance of Outsourcing Employee business support through motivation as intervening variable at PT. Telekomunikasi Selular Branch Medan; 7) analyze the influence of job security on the performance of Outsourcing Employee business support through motivation as intervening variable at PT. Telekomunikasi Selular Branch Medan. Population in this research is Outsourcing Employee PT. Telkomsel Medan Branch which has 132 people with a sample of 99 people. The engineering samples used in this research is Simple Random Sampling technique. Data analysis method used is path analysis. The results showed that 1) Non-physical work environment has a positive and significant impact on the motivation of Outsourcing Employee business support at PT. Telkomsel Branch Medan. 2) Job Insecurity has a negative and significant impact on the motivation of Outsourcing Employee business support at PT. Telkomsel Branch Medan. 3) Nonphysical work environment has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Outsourcing Employee business support at PT. Telkomsel Branch Medan. 4) Job Insecurity has a negative and significant impact the performance of Outsourcing Employee business support at PT. Abstract-The most important challenges that entrepreneurs face is growth business. Growth creates opportunities for entrepreneurs to expand their business, attract more consumers and talents Considering growth opportunities, entrepreneurs must have competencies and business ethics to improve their business. This study examines influence competencies and business ethics to growth business. The research population consists of entrepreneurs who have shopped for retail unique product atlocalfood in Medan, Aceh, Padang and Palembang. Sample size 66 respondents by using the purposive sampling. The data were analyzed through multivariate analysis. Finding from research that many entrepreneur didn't inform their packaging of products such as the composition of the product the expiration date, permits the production, halal label. The other findings indicates that entrepreneurs most improve their financial competencies. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between competence and business ethics towards enterprise development.
Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan usaha mikro dalam upaya peningkatan daya saing usaha untuk menggerakkan roda perekonomian Indonesia.Dalam kegiatan ini, pengabdian ditujukan kepada kelompok usaha kreatif yang bergerak dalam usaha pembordiran dan penjahit pakaian.Situasi saat ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaplikasiakn konsep-konsep manajemen, khususnya manajemen usaha, pemasaran, serta penenuan harga masih belum sesuai dari kondisi ideal.Situasi ini memberikan peluang optimalisasi kegiatan usaha jika UMKM berhasil dibina dengan baik.
Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dalam bentuk sumbangan mesin jahit serta material lainnya yang ditujukan untuk peningkatan produksi dan pelatihan keterampilan pengusaha UMKM anggota kelompok mitra. Pelatih didatangkan secara berkala untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pengusaha yang nantinya akan membantu anggota UMKM lainnya. Penyuluhan diberikan agar pengusaha lebih memahami konsep dan pengaplikasian manajemen dalam kegiatan usaha.Pendampingan diberikan agar penyerapan dan perubahan sikap menjadi lebih optimal.Evaluasi dilakukan untuk melihat perkembangan pengelola UMKM setelah menerika rangkaian kegiatan pengabdian.
Hasil yang diperoleh setelah menyelesaikan rangkaian kegiatan pengabdian tergolong memuaskan.Mitra mengalami perubahan mendasar dari berbagai aspek dan menjadi lebih baik dalam mengelola usaha.
