AbstrakGreen Packaging merupakan sebuah inovasi baru untuk masyarakat agar dapat mengurangi sampah plastik yang ada di muka bumi. Dengan mengurangi sampah plastik diharapkan dapat pula membantu bumi ini untuk lebih baik ke depannya. Adanya sosialisasi dari ahli pun sangatlah penting dalam kelancaran penggantian plastik kepada bahan-bahan yang ramah lingkungan. Dalam kegiatan KKNM-PPMD Integratif ini bertujuan mensosialisasi penggunaan green packaging dan pengelolaan Bank sampah untuk masyarakat di Desa Jatiroke, Kecamatan Jatinangor. Sasaran utama dalam kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat Desa Jatiroke. Kegiatan ini KKNM-PPMD Integratif ini antara lain kegiatan Penyuluhan kepada masyarakat pentingnya mengurangi sampah plastik, penyuluhan pentingnya bank sampah, sosialisasi bisnis online, branding product dan penyuluhan pola hidup bersih dan sehat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah sebagian besar peserta sudah mengetahui aspek-aspek perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS), mengetahui pentingnya pengurangan sampah plastik dengan membawa kantong sendiri pada saat belanja dan membawa tempat makanan atau minuman (tumbler) pada saat beraktivitas di luar rumah. By reducing plastic waste it is hoped that it can also help the earth to be better in the future. Socialization from experts is also very important in the smooth replacement of plastic to environmentally friendly materials. In the Integrative KKNM-PPMD activities, the focus is on the socialization of green packaging for the community in Jatiroke Village, Jatinangor and Bank Sampah management. The main target in this activity are the community in JatitokeVillage. These Integrative KKNM-PPMD activities are to educate the community how important to reduce the plastics waste, how to manage Bank Sampah, socializing online business, product branding and counseling on clean and healthy lifesyles. The results of this activities are that most participants already know aspects of clean dan healthy living behavior (PHBS), know the importance of reducing plastic waste by carrying their own bags when shopping and carrying food or drink (thumbler) when doing activities outside home
Increasing domestic demand for mangoes in recent years has increased rapidly, not only in terms of quantity but also in terms of quality of mango, especially for modern markets. But only a small part of the mango which could entered the modern market. Understanding of farmers' access to markets is needed to increase farmers' capacity as an effort to improve farmers' welfare. The purpose of this research were to: 1) Analyze socioeconomic characteristics of mango farmers in Indramayu Regency; 2) Analyze the mango marketing channelin Indramayu District; 3) Analyze the factors that influence the decision of mango farmers in market selection in Indramayu District. This research is a quantitative research with 130 mango farmers who were taken by using multi stage random sampling. Data were analyzed descriptively as well as logistic regression analysis. The results showed that most of the farmers were in productive age, had completed primary school education, had <100 trees, never participated in the activity, did not join to farmers group and partnership in marketing. Most farmers market their crops to collecting traders. The level of education of farmers, frequency of extension activities, access to information about mango’s market, quality requirements, the percentage of mango of goodquality and the attachment of farmers to certain financing sources are the factors that significantly influence the farmer's decision in choosing the market. The role of farmer groups is needed to collect farmers in marketing their crops with profitable systems for farmers.
Kondisi ini sangat mendukung dalam mewujudkan perekonomian daerah yang tangguh dan berkelanjutan berbasis pada Agribisnis, pariwisata dan industri dengan mendayagunakan potensi sosio ekonomi lokal. Hal ini sejalan dengan konsep pengembangan ekowisata yang diharapkan dapat menyesuaikan dengan kapabilitas, tipologi, dan fungsi ekologis lahan sehingga akan berpengaruh langsung terhadap kelestarian sumber daya lahan, melestarikan teknologi lokal, seni dan budaya lokal, dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat sekitar lokasi wisata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi potensi dan kendala pengembangan ekowisata di subdas Cikandung dan kawasan Gunung Tampomas Kabupaten Sumedang. Penelitian menggunakan paradigma deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus.
Onion is the third largest horticultural commodity with the production and land area in Indonesia. The growth of onion demand has an increase up to 1.73% annually. This motivates farmers to develop their onion farms. On the other hand, onion is a risky farm that comes from various factors. Farm risk perceptions need to be developed through risk communication. Without risk communication, farmers' awareness of possible risks is low and farming is increasingly at risk. This research uses descriptive method and sociometry to know perception and risk communication of Rindu Alam Farmer Group. There is a wide diversity of farmers' perceptions towards risk. Risk communication is done directly. The type of social network in this group is the whole network. The density of the network is 0.369 with medium strength, number of bond 114. The actor who has the highest degree of closeness, betweenness and centrality is the manager of the group. This group network system forms 12 clicks with a minimum of 3 members. Leaders in this group are joined in more than one clique. This research aims to identify the prospects and challenges for implementing smart villages using a case study of Genteng Village in West Java, Indonesia, according to the sustainable development perspective and the enabler factors of socio-economic factors, village’s technology, and environmental aspects. This research uses a qualitative approach to assess the potencies and challenges from social, economic, environmental, and infrastructure perspectives. This research conducts a field survey with in-depth interviews and observation in Genteng Village, Sukasari Sub-district, Sumedang Regency, West Java Province to tap the information needed. Interviews with stakeholders were conducted with informants representing the rural stakeholders consisted of village official government, village local champion/leader, and farmer group representatives. Researcher involvement in nearly two years in regular visits and observations before this research has enriched and validated the information obtained. This research found prospective local social capital components and economic potencies to develop using the smart village framework. Environment and infrastructure are relatively still the challenges to be overcome towards the smart village. This research concludes that Genteng Village is on the right track, though early-stage to develop as a smart village. External factors, mainly information and communication technology, will be one of the main driving factors for optimism in implementing a smart village in Genteng Village.
