This study aims to provide recommendations for the optimization model of Islamic tertiary institutions' role in promoting Islamic banking development in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological study and uses primary data obtained directly from the field (field research) at PTKI in Makassar. For secondary data, researchers investigated PTKI profiles in Makassar and respondents' perceptions of Indonesia's banking conditions. The results of this study suggest that Islamic higher education to preparing a ready to use human resources for the Islamic financial industry; to become a channel of education and financial knowledge in the financial behavior of students; and to perform the function as the Islamic literacy centre.
Community Partnership Program electric stirrer and storefront products for donuts, bread cakes and traditionalcakes have been implemented at business partners H. Harawiah and Toko Ujung in Kupang's Penfui market. Activitiesinclude the assembly of electric stirrers and cake display cases, training on the use and workings of tools, the process ofoperation and maintenance of electric stirrers and donut product storage window, assistance and reporting activities. Electric stirrer is a square steel plate, steel stirring rod, stirrer container, stirrer and electric dynamo. Stirrer specifications of dough capacity of 2-5 kg, dimensions of 60cm x 45cm x 53cm, stainless steel, 350 watts of power and 900-1200 rpm. The productstorage window is a 5mm aluminum and glass rod, dimensions of 100 cm x 40 cm x 100 cm. The method of implementation isthe provision of materials, the design and manufacturing of tools, demonstration of tools and the provision of tools by theteam, simulation of tools, counseling at partner locations and contributing to production resilience and mentoring activities.This community service output provides added value in terms of production, time and speed in mass production, and inhygienic and clean storage. Increase added value and selling value of donut cake products, fried bread cakes, traditional cakeswith a capacity of 2-5 kg driven by electricity, labor efficiency, increase partner productivity by producing 10-15 kg of breadper day or a mixture of 400 - 700 donuts, fried bread cake, traditional cake. Interviews with business partners receive a grossprofit of IDR 375,000.00 - 500,000.00 per day or 11,250,000.00 - 15,000,000.00 per month. Also partners put in a displaycabinet from this program
The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the world including Indonesia since early 2020 has had The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of company size and net working capital towards holding cash with profitability as an intervening variable. This Research uses quantitative methods with 2013-2017 observation years. The research sample consisted of 15 food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while the method used was purposive sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression and path analysis. The results showed the size of the company had a negative and not significant effect on profitability, net working capital was positive and not significant on profitability. Company size, net working capital, and profitability have a positive and significant influence on cash holding. Profitability is not able to mediate the effect of company size on cash holding.But profitability is able to mediate the effect of net working capital on cash holding
This study aims to determine the effect of permanent income and temporary income on people's consumption patterns in four regencies and cities in South Sulawesi Province (Makassar, Gowa, Maros, and Pare-Pare). By using the OLS (Ordinary Least Square )method and collecting data primarily by conducting interviews with two hundred community respondents, both workers from several professional fields, using a random sampling method. The results of this study indicate that permanent income has a positive and significant effect on people's consumption in four urban districts in South Sulawesi Province. However, temporary income does not have a significant effect on the level of public consumption in four regencies and cities in South Sulawesi Province. The simultaneous influence is believed that the level of consumption is still influenced by several other variables outside of this study, referring to the small F test value or only forty percent of the independent variables affecting the dependent variable.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) variabel kompensasi finansial dan non finansial berpengaruh positif dan sigifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa Takalar (2) Kompensasi finasial dan non finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kerja karyawan pada PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa Takalar (3) variabel non finansial adalah variabel yang paling berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa di Takalar.
