Deconstruction-critical thinking is an effort to develop a creative Literature Appreciation learning model. All deconstruction is critical, but everyone's critical is different and not all perfect. This model is the result of Derrida's deconstruction fiction with critical thinking of the Facione Model. Deconstruction-critical is carried out to find something new that is contradictory by dismantling text based on language instability, phonocentrism-logocentrism, and metaphors, it is necessary to bring up new meanings and meanings through the interpretation of activity, analysis, inference, discussion, discussion, consideration, and selfdelivery. The focus of the article's problem is "how the conceptual basis of deconstruction-critical" and "how to implement deconstruction-critical in Literature Appreciation learning class". Deconstruction-critical learning models that are expected to overcome boredom and support learning of critical and creative Literary Appreciation learning and provide insights about the teacher can develop continuously developing learning models for their classes.
Short story of Java language is one genre in modern Javanese literature. Short story (cerpen) in a modern Javanese literature termed insufficient story (cerkak). The focus of this study of short stories is the Java language short stories contained in the Java-language magazines, such as magazines and periodicals Panyebar Jaya Baya spirit. Both of these magazines is a barometer of Javanese literature in East Java. This paper mengulik about how the position of women in the Java language short stories in 2002 ?; the extent of short stories in 2002 Java language reflects the role and status of women as found in the real world ?; and can speak Javanese short story of 2002 is used as one of the media in an effort to improve the quality of women? This paper argues that there are substantive role and the role of Achievement in the short story is the role of women outside the home, for example, the role of women in associations, organizations, and the role of world prestatif.
The temporary closure of educational institutions to withstand the spread of pandemic Covid-19 worldwide has affected millions of students, especially the education system in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the online learning process, supporting factors, and inhibitory factors of teachers carrying out online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Data obtained in the form of qualitative data that contains descriptions about the results of the study observation and teacher interviews on the use of online learning models in elementary school. The research was conducted at a public elementary school in Nganjuk. The result of this study is that the COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the learning process, learning is usually done directly now transferred to online learning. Students feel tired to carry out learning. Online learning for primary school-age children is considered less effective. There are several factors supporting teachers online in the learning process is the availability of mobile phones, internet quotas, and a stable internet connection. In addition to the factors that support online learning, several factors inhibit teachers in online learning. The limiting factor is that not all students have mobile phones, and many parents are busy working.
The Indonesian Qualifications Framework (IQF) regulates the level of competency level 1-9 which juxtaposes, equalizes and integrates between the education sector and the field of job training and work experience. The level of Vocational High Schools/Vocational Islamic Senior High Schools is entered at level 2 which is grouped in the position of operator. One of the efforts to develop the school is through the employability skills program. Employability skills must be possessed by every employee to improve competitiveness and success in increasing productivity and profits. This article is the result of a literature review by reading books developing Vocational High Schools/Vocational Islamic Senior High Schools programs to optimize the employability skills program by offering new ideas that are applicable and provide tangible provisions to enter the competitive workforce. To optimize the employability skills program is carried out through the teaching factory program, professional certification, and the development of DNA-Innovators.
One thing that must be protected during the Covid-19 pandemic is children. Although many experts say that children are not susceptible to this virus many children are infected and some of them die. Therefore, education is needed to prevent transmission of Covid-19 in children. Education about COVID-19 for children is packaged through an electronic fairy tale book about COVID-19 in Javanese accompanied by audio. This book was developed through development procedures at level 1, namely making designs and design assessments by experts. This study produces a book that is ready to use with expert validation results in the very good category. The validation was carried out by the Javanese language material expert with a score of 3.7. While the design expert validation got a score of 3.78.
