Tahun 2021 pembelajaran tatap muka mulai diberlakukan kembali, namun akibat pembelajaran daring banyak peserta didik mengalami penurunan kemampuan akademiknya. Tujuan Artikel ini untuk menemukan solusi agar peserta didik yang mengalami kejenuhan dalam belajar dan cenderung memperoleh ketidakmajuan dalam hasil belajar dapat terdorong untuk kembali semangat belajar sehingga memiliki prestasi belajar yang bagus juga. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan konseptual dengan desain literature review. Hasil yang diperoleh dari beberapa studi leterasi yang dilakukan, peserta didik banyak mengalami penurunan prestasi belajar karna tidak maksimalnya proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara daring, peserta didik juga tidak termotivasi mengikuti pembelajaran dengan baik serta banyaknya beban tugas selama proses pembelajaran daring berlangsung. Hal tersebut berimbas pada pembelajaran tatap muka yang sudah dilakukan, peserta didik banyak yang tidak paham tentang materi-materi pembelajaran yang telah diberikan selama proses pembelajaran daring, sehingga perlu adanya inovasi dalam proses penyampaikan materi dikelas agar dapat menarik simpati peserta didik untuk kembali semangat belajar dan termotivasi untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajarnya. Artikel ini menawarkan beberapa metode yang dapat dilakukan untuk menarik simpati dan meningkatkan kemampuan belajar peserta didik berbasis revolusi industri (penggunaan teknologi) dalam proses pembelajaran.
International Labor Organization (ILO) that every year as many as two million workers die from workplace accidents caused by fatigue. Fatigue is a reduction in physical and mental abilities as a result of excessive physical, mental or emotional use that can reduce almost all physical abilities including strength, speed, reaction speed, coordination, and decision making or balance. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the work fatigue of janitors at Dr. Hospital. Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar. This research is an analytic observational study with a cross sectional study design equipped with quantitative method approach, the respondents of this study were 57 people, the sampling method used in this study was saturated samples, with analysis The statistical tests used were univariate and bivariate with the Statistical Product Program and Service Solution (SPSS). Research results on janitors at Dr. Hospital. Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar, namely: there is no influence of age on work fatigue on janitors, there is no influence of sex on work fatigue on janitors, there is no effect on nutritional status of work fatigue on janitors, there is no influence of Hb levels on work fatigue on officers cleanliness, there is no long-term influence on work fatigue on janitors, there is an effect of workload on work fatigue on janitors. The conclusion is that the workload has an effect on work fatigue for janitors at Dr. Hospital. Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar, was advised by janitors to optimize the resting time given so as to reduce fatigue during work.
This article aims to provide information and describe the design of IT-based social studies learning. Learning design is urgent to improve the development, creation and design of learning activities. In this era of the Industrial revolution, IT-based learning is very urgent to support the learning process. Teachers must be able to apply it to learn. This research uses a literature study method, data is collected by conducting searches and exploring journals through search engines and books and other supporting data. The results of several journals found indicate that the influence of IT is very large in the world of education so it is used as an IT-based learning medium. The media developed learning content including social studies learning.
This study aims to: describe what creativity and effort should be done by teachers in developing cognitive potential. This research is a descriptive study, using a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by making observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Subjects and objects in this study were teachers of Palopo Muhammadiyah Middle School, Analysis and data processing were carried out in a qualitative manner. The research results obtained are, 1) Teachers carry out learning activities both in the classroom and outside the classroom, Utilizing learning media well and adjusting between learning materials with learning methods. 2) In developing the cognitive potential of students in learning PAI the teacher always strives to create a conducive atmosphere so that students do not feel bored in the learning process takes place, and conduct evaluations at the end of each lesson then provide reinforcement for students who answer the questions posed, make personal approaches and give appreciation to students. The implication of the implementation of teaching techniques carried out by PAI teachers has an impact on the success or failure of PAI learning, especially in developing the cognitive potential of grade VII A students in Palopo Muhammadiyah Middle School.
Abstract-This study is correlational research that aims 1) to know the reading ability of clothing design of student, 2) to know the student skill of pattern making, and 3) to know the effect of the reading image ability of clothing design of students at Education Family Welfare Department, Universitas Negeri Makassar. The populations in this study were all students of the Department who programmed the Women's Clothing Construction courses as many as 45 people. The data was collected by using a questionnaire, documentation; research results were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed the ability of students to understand was good, it can be seen from the ability to read design elements and principles of design. Based on the descriptive results obtained an average score of students was at 69.31, the maximum value of 80 while the lowest score was 58. The skills of changing patterns dressmaking at Education Family Welfare Department based on the silhouette, proportion, accent and harmony at the average value around 74.22 with a maximum value 80 and a value minimum 62. There was influence between the ability to read images with the skill level burst pattern show, there is strong significant relationship between variables was equal to 0.83, or 83% means that the relationship between the two variables was very high, or 83% of skills influenced by the fashion burst pattern understand the design drawings while 17% was influenced by other factors was not examined in this study.
