Tahun 2021 pembelajaran tatap muka mulai diberlakukan kembali, namun akibat pembelajaran daring banyak peserta didik mengalami penurunan kemampuan akademiknya. Tujuan Artikel ini untuk menemukan solusi agar peserta didik yang mengalami kejenuhan dalam belajar dan cenderung memperoleh ketidakmajuan dalam hasil belajar dapat terdorong untuk kembali semangat belajar sehingga memiliki prestasi belajar yang bagus juga. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan konseptual dengan desain literature review. Hasil yang diperoleh dari beberapa studi leterasi yang dilakukan, peserta didik banyak mengalami penurunan prestasi belajar karna tidak maksimalnya proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara daring, peserta didik juga tidak termotivasi mengikuti pembelajaran dengan baik serta banyaknya beban tugas selama proses pembelajaran daring berlangsung. Hal tersebut berimbas pada pembelajaran tatap muka yang sudah dilakukan, peserta didik banyak yang tidak paham tentang materi-materi pembelajaran yang telah diberikan selama proses pembelajaran daring, sehingga perlu adanya inovasi dalam proses penyampaikan materi dikelas agar dapat menarik simpati peserta didik untuk kembali semangat belajar dan termotivasi untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajarnya. Artikel ini menawarkan beberapa metode yang dapat dilakukan untuk menarik simpati dan meningkatkan kemampuan belajar peserta didik berbasis revolusi industri (penggunaan teknologi) dalam proses pembelajaran.
Abstract:This study aimed to analyze the influence of Compensation, Organizational Commitment and Career Path to Job Performance Employees at the College of Economics in Banjarmasin South Kalimantan Indonesia. Either simultaneously or partially and the dominant variable affecting work achievement by the number of respondents was 35 people. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews and direct observation to the object of research. The object of research conducted at the School of Economics Indonesia in Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques using explanatory Research by highlighting the influence of variables. This research included in the quantitative research. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneous Compensation, Organizational Commitment, and Career have a significant effect on the achievement of Employees at the Open University UPBJJ Banjarmasin, while the partial effect of all the variables also has an influence on work performance. The dominant variable affecting work performance is variable compensation with a significant level of 0.0000.
This article aims to provide information and describe the design of IT-based social studies learning. Learning design is urgent to improve the development, creation and design of learning activities. In this era of the Industrial revolution, IT-based learning is very urgent to support the learning process. Teachers must be able to apply it to learn. This research uses a literature study method, data is collected by conducting searches and exploring journals through search engines and books and other supporting data. The results of several journals found indicate that the influence of IT is very large in the world of education so it is used as an IT-based learning medium. The media developed learning content including social studies learning.
The development of online learning media is increasingly important in today's digital era, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic which forced the process of distance learning. This study aims to develop learning media using Google Sites and evaluate its effect on students' abilities in terms of understanding the material and practical skills. The literature study method was used to evaluate the results of previous similar studies and provide a broader understanding of this topic. The results of the study show that the development of online learning media using Google Sites can improve students' abilities in terms of understanding material and practical skills, using technology that is familiar to students can increase their learning motivation. This study also compares the results with previous similar studies, including research that examined offline learning media. This helps provide a broader understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of online and offline learning media. In conclusion, the development of online learning media using Google Sites can be an effective alternative for distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, it should be noted that the use of online learning media does not completely replace the use of offline learning media. Further research with a larger and more diverse sample is recommended to generalize the results of this study more broadly.
The Open University regularly and continuously carries out internal and external audits of the academic administration process both at UT Central and throughout UPBJJ in Indonesia. From the results of monitoring the Face-to-Face Tutorial process carried out at UPBJJ Banjarmasin, especially for Bidikmisi students, it turns out that there are still shortcomings, mainly because of direct monitoring of the working group for the management of Face-to-face Tutorials is rather difficult due to limited funds and current regulations. From the results of the survey distribution and direct monitoring of researchers at the Banjarmasin pokjar as well as document analysis through the results of filling out questionnaires distributed to Bidikmisi students, it appears that there are still some shortcomings in the implementation of Face-to-face Tutorials. Some deficiencies can actually be avoided if the tutor is disciplined in carrying out the standard operating procedures that have been given to them during the briefing before the implementation of the activity. The limited ability of UPBJJ to monitor evaluations at the management working group for these activities means that there are still tutors who lack discipline, especially in the implementation and reporting of activities. There is also a shortage that is difficult to avoid, namely the lack of qualified tutors who are domiciled in areas near the working groups that partner with UT.
