Abstrak:Penggunaan lingkungan sekolah dalam pembelajaran dimaksudkan menarik perhatian peserta didik materi yang berhubungan dengan lingkungan. Belajar dengan pendekatan lingkungan berarti peserta didik mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman dengan cara mengamati sendiri apa-apa yang ada di lingkungan sekitar, baik di lingkungan rumah maupun lingkungan sekolah. Hasil belajar adalah ukuran yang menyatakan seberapa jauh tujuan pembelajaran yang telah dicapai khususnya pada pelajaran Biologi dengan menggunakan lingkungan sekolah dalam pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian tentang penggunaan lingkungan sebagai sumber belajar disimpulkan dapat peningkatan hasil belajar Biologi siswa Kelas VII MTs. Abstract:The use of the learning environment in the schools is intended to attract students attention in instructional materials that is related to the environment. Learning by using environmental approach means that the students acquire knowledge and understanding by observing something in the environment, both in the home and school environment. Learning outcome is a measurement of how far the learning objectives have been achieved, especially in Biology lessons using the school learning environment. The results of research on the use of the environment as a learning resource concluded that it can increase students' learning outcomes in Biology Class at the seventh grade of Islamic junior high school. Abstrak:Artikel ini merupakan hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Fokus kegiatan ini adalah upaya menjembatani pembelajaran di LPTK dan sekolah dengan menggunakan model service learning. Model ini merupakan salah satu experiental learning yang memberikan pengalaman belajar dalam bentuk pemberian layanan kepada masyarakat. Ciri khas model ini adalah proses pembelajaran yang diintegrasikan dengan pengalaman lapangan dan adanya proses refleksi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode partisipatoris dengan melibatkan madrasah mitra merumuskan dan menganalisis mengenai aset yang dimiliki dan kebutuhan sekolah yang sesuai dengan mata kuliah pedagogik. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran service learning dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah pedagogik memberi dampak pada penguasaan pengetahuan yang lebih baik. Hal ini disebabkan oleh pengalaman pengamatan langsung di sekolah terkait fenomena yang menjadi fokus teori. Selain itu kemampuan berpikir kritis dan analitis juga lebih terlatih melalui proses refleksi. Hal lain yang juga berkembang dengan baik, adalah sikap peduli dan kepekaan terhadap masalah di sekolah. Abstract:This article is the result of community service activities. The focus of this activity is the effort to bridge learning in LPTK and schools by using service learning model. This model is one of the experiential learning, which provides a learning experince in the form of community service. The characteristics of this model is the learning process that is integrated with experience and reflection. The method used in this activity is a participatory method involving partner madrasah to formulate and analyze potential assets and school needs based on pedagogic courses. The result of community service shows that service learning model in the pedagogical course has an impact on better knowledge mastery. This is due to the direct observation's experience in the school. In addition, critical thinking and analytical skills are also better trained through the process of reflection. The other things that also developed well are the caring attitude and sensitivity on problems in school. This study aims to determine students' higher order thinking skills, know the difficulties faced by the teachers and find out the solution adopted in overcoming the difficulties of teachers in developing higher level thinking skills in class XII student at SMAN 2 Gowa. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Purposive sample in this study is three biology teachers and 67 students of class XII in school SMAN 2 Gowa. The research instruments used in data collection is divided into two, namely the instrument test items for high-level thinking skills and interview guides to know the difficulties and solutions adopted to overcome teachers difficulties. The data obtained and analyzed by reducing, summarize and display data. Based on the data obtained can be seen that the high-level thinking skills of students is relatively low. The difficulties encountered by teachers include teacher is difficult to overcome the ability of students of different, less able to determine methods and appropriate learning models, lack of understanding as to think critically, make students feel interested in responding apersepsi given, less able to adjust between about with said operational work, and have not been able to overcome the differences in the way students have to demonstrate their ability to think. While the solutions that can be taken to overcome the difficulties of teachers in the learning that is doing the learning activities in groups to the students, held training on the development of thinking skills of a high level of students, conducting apersepsi in a style different from the usual, learning to build the necessary capacities in the learning process, more reading related references how to make the test, accumulating a value obtained by students, learning to make the assessment instruments.
This study aims to: 1) find out the description of the work climate at Madrasah Aliyah in Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency; 2) find out the reality of teachers' performance at Madrasah Aliyah in Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency; 3) determine the effect of the work climate on teachers' performance at Madrasah Aliyah in Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency. This type of research is an ex post facto research as part of quantitative research. Respondents in this study were 75 teachers taken as a whole at Madrasah Aliyah in Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency. Data collection techniques used are the scale of work climate, the scale of teachers' performance and documentation, while the data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis with hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis. Indicators of work climate tested for their effect on teacher performance include: trust in subordinates; openness in communicating environmental conditions; leadership that helps and appreciates; joint problem solving; teacher autonomy; kinship; being indifferent; authoritarian leadership; and low employee morale. While the indicators tested on teacher performance include: planning of learning activities programs, implementing learning activities and evaluating / evaluating learning. The results of this study indicate that the work climate has a positive effect on teachers' performance with a coefficient of determination of 0.382. Thus, the magnitude of the influence of the work climate on teacher performance in Madrasah Aliyah in Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency is 38.2% and 61.8% is determined by other factors.
This study aims to analyze the implementation of integrated quality management of Islamic education at MAN 4, Bone Regency. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive design with a multidisciplinary approach, namely analyzing how integrated quality management of Islamic education is implemented. The several subjects in this study consisted of madrasa leaders, vice principals, educators, education staff, parents of students, and students. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out interactively using the Miles and Huberman method which included data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research found that MAN 4 Bone Regency has implemented integrated quality management which includes a focus on customers, total involvement, measurement, commitment, and continuous improvement. The implementation of integrated quality management of Islamic education at MAN 4 Bone Regency has been running with reference to national education standards that are adjusted to the achievement targets on the vision and mission to be achieved by MAN 4 Bone Regency.
