Penelitian ini mengenai Analisis Relasi Kuasa Michel Foucault studi kasus fenomena kekerasan seksual di peguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif kualitatif dengan desain kepustakaan (library research), menggunakan berbagai sumber kepustakaan sebagai sumber data penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya relasi kuasa yang tidak seimbang (dosen – mahasiswa) sangat rentan menjadi peluang penyebab terjadinya kekerasan seksual, di mana setelah kejadian tersebut umumnya penyintas cenderung tidak mau melaporkan atau memproses secara lebih lanjut terhadap peristiwa yang dialaminya. fenomena kekerasan seksual yang ada di ruang lingkup pendidikan pelaku merupakan pihak yang secara penuh memiliki kuasa dalam suatu hubungan (dosen – mahasiswa) sehingga ketika ada relasi maka di sana ada kekuasaan, ketika kekuasaan itu disalahgunakan demi hasrat maka selama itu pula kekerasan dalam ruang lingkup pendidikan tinggi akan muncul kasus-kasus yang serupa. Michel Foucault menjelaskan bahwa adanya ketimpangan relasi kuasa antara pelaku dan penyintas menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya kekerasan seksual. Dari empat diskursus yang dikemukakan oleh Michel Foucault jelas bahwa ketika diskursus kekuasan (politik) dan hasrat (seksualitas) telah berelaborasi menjadi satu kesatuan maka akan memberikan jalan kehancuran dalam dunia pendidikan. Upaya serius harus dilakukan tidak hanya sebatas tindakan kuratif atau penanganan terhadap korban kekerasan seksual, namun harus dimulai dari upaya preventif (pencegahan), Rektor sebagai pimpinan tertinggi dalam sebuah perguruan tinggi perlu membuat regulasi yang tegas kepada siapapun oknum pelaku kekerasan seksual. Penguatan terhadap aspek regulasi dianggap penting untuk penegakan hukum terhadap pelaku kekerasan seksual. Secara yuridis normatif, peraturan perundang-undangan yang mengatur tentang masalah kekerasan seksual selama ini hanya masih bersifat parsial. Oleh karena itu sudah saatnya ada undang-undang yang secara komprehensif khusus mengatur mengenai penghapusan kekerasan seksual.
The increase in the da'wah movement in Indonesia is marked by many religious studies, but lately da'wah is often misunderstood in some circles. In the reality of everyday life, we often hear, read, and even see someone or a group feeling that they have done da'wah amaliyah. In fact, what is being done is still a lot of inequality, for example we see that there are still some cases of hate speech carried out by preachers which lead to the legal realm due to preaching that does not reflect Islamic values because they feel they have power in the form of authority to spread threats and hatred through da'wah. delivered to the mad'u, as if the da'wah of Islam looks very scary. This kind of situation must be immediately presented with Islamic da'wah models that save and soothe The research was carried out using a phenomenological-critical approach by looking at how socio-religious phenomena are in the reality of everyday life. Sources of data that are discussed in this study using library research obtained from books, journal articles, websites, and through reading on social media. Basically, da'wah is an obligation inherent in every Muslim, a strategy is needed in da'wah by developing several models of da'wah that are very relevant to the realities of social life in the era of globalization. This is done to make each of us aware that we can spread da'wah messages with kindness so as not to damage the good image of Islamic da'wah which provides peace and safety for all people.
Natural resources and the environment are often neglected as targets of science that continue to be exploited. Environmental ethics is an attitude and responsibility that must be possessed by every human being towards his environment. There is a lot of environmental damage caused by human activities in both developed and developing countries. Islam as one of the religions that tries to realize the internalization of values of concern for the environment must be carried out by humans as followers of religion. In the reality of daily life, humans will be very dependent on their natural environment, for example, human dependence on water (rivers). The behavior of people who throw garbage anywhere is suspected to be another factor causing flooding. This research examines how the community's religious activities are related to concern for the environment in efforts to prevent natural disasters such as floods which can maintain the sustainability of the community's environment in the Cibanten Watershed (DAS). This study uses a descriptive qualitative method of observing religious activities using an Interpretative Phenomenology approach observing every religious activity and practice of community environmental awareness as the object of research. The results of this study indicate that the religious activities of the people in the Cibanten River Basin (DAS) where the majority of the people are Muslims, from the religious activities of the people when viewed from their religious patterns are classified as inclusive and pluralist. Meanwhile, the activities of caring for the environment for the people who live in the Cibanten Watershed (DAS) are still very concerning. People tend to ignore the Cibanten River, for example, there are still many people who throw garbage into the Cibanten River.
This article discusses Max Weber's thoughts on social actions which are assumed to contribute to radical behavior. The thought will be related to the concept of religious moderation as one of the most important things in understanding one's religious actions. This article is a library research that examines various existing literature such as books, magazines, documents, and historical records, this is a series of activities carried out in order to collect library data or study literature on social actions in the context of religious moderation. using an interpretative phenomenological approach. The results of this study indicate that there are four types of social action that can be harmonized in religious moderation, namely traditional action, affective action, instrumental rationality, and value rationality. If religious people implementation the pattern of these four actions by combining them, then the understanding of religious moderation will be quickly understood by all religious people so that it can provide comfort and peace when carrying out religious activities in the reality of everyday life.Artikel ini membahas tentang pemikiran Max Weber tentang tindakan sosial yang diasumsikan turut membentuk prilaku radikal. Pemikiran tersebut akan dihubungkan dengan konsep moderasi beragama sebagai salah satu hal terpenting dalam memahami tindakan keberagamaan seseorang. Artikel ini merupakan kajian kepustakaan (library research) yang menelaah berbagai literatur yang ada seperti buku, majalah, dokumen, dan catatan-catatan sejarah, ini merupakan serangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam rangka melakukan pengumpulan data kepustakaan atau kajian literatur tentang tindakan sosial dalam konteks moderasi beragama menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi interpretative. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada empat tipe tindakan sosial yang dapat diselaraskan dalam moderasi beragama yaitu tindakan tradisonal, tindakan afektif, rasionalitas instrumental, rasionalitas nilai. Apabila umat beragama menerapkan pola keempat tindakan tersebut dengan mengkombinasikannya maka pemahaman terhadap moderasi beragama akan begitu cepat dipahami oleh semua umat beragama sehingga dapat memberikan kenyamanan dan ketentraman saat menjalankan aktifitas kegamaan dalam realitas kehidupan sehari-hari.
