Indonesia as a developing country heading towards developed countries is demanded to make efforts to accelerate economic growth. One way that can be done is to invite investors to invest their capital in Indonesia, both domestic investors and foreign investors as contained in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 25 of 2007 concerning Investment. One area of business that can be improved in management in order to improve the economy is the field of infrastructure development. In this case the author is interested because of the many speculations that are developing in the midst of the community regarding the Countermeasures and the time needed to eliminate the Covid-19 Virus on the earth of Indonesia that we love. In this case, according to the author, the Government is leading the people to start a new normal life order and be able to adapt to the covid-19 virus pandemic as long as the vaccine has not been found. The government must immediately make a new breakthrough to strengthen in terms of health and start adjusting economic activities so that we can suppress covid-19 victims not only because of covid-19 deaths, The research method uses sociological juridical.

Ki Nartasabda used Sekar Macapat as one of the inspirations in creating gamelan ensemble compositions. The expression of the Javanese traditional poetry was applied in the composition elements such as bawa, gerongan, and lelagon. Therefore, the elements were related to different ambiences of the traditional songs and cakepan did not completely follow the rimes of the Javanese poetry and also cengkok in the Sekar Macapat. The Sekar Macapat in the gamelan ensemble compositions created by Ki Nartasabda was expressed implicitly and explicitly in the bawa, the gerongan and the lelagon. The examples of the gamelan ensemble compositions were contained in the forms of Bawa Sekar Mijil, Ladrang Pocung, Lelagon Gambuh Pangatag, Lancaran Wira-wiri, and Lancaran Begadhang (Sinom). English Discoveries is the something new that used in english intesive program at Uin Sunan Ampel Surabaya. This invites many opinions from several teachers and students who use it. Because of that, the aim of this research is to identify the teacher and students perception when they are using English Discoveries in Intensive program. This research used qualitative to collected the data in perception of students and teachers. To support the data, the collecting data technique using interview to the teachers and students in every faculties in UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. According to the finding of the interviewed the participants about the teachers and students perception using English discoveries the researcher found conclude that English Discoveries can help the English learning process in Intensive Program more practical and efficient. Nonetheless there some obstacles when using English Discoveries.
