This study aimed to analyze the influence organization comitment, Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement. The research was conducted by taking samples of banking employees who had worked for more than 2 years. Then, the sample of this study was 125 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out based on a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. It is a method that is based on certain criteria met by respondents with the data analysis technique used for hypotheses testing was multiple linear regression analysis through the program of SPSS ver. 24. The results showed that Job satisfaction does not significantly influence the organizational commitment of banking employees in Padang. The results of this study showed that sig. value of job satisfaction on organizational commitment was 0.592 > 0.05 but Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of banking employees in Padang. The results of this study revealed that sig. The value of employee engagement on organizational commitment was 0.000 < 0.05.
Latar belakang program pengabdian adalah Kurangnya pemahaman dan pengetahuan pengurus koperasi tentang pentingnya laporan keuangan yang tersedia tepat pada waktunya, belum dimilikinya sistem administrasi keuangan dan manajemen keuangan yang baik pada koperasi, dan tersedianya laporan keuangan yang bisa menjadi pertimbangan bagi masyarakat dalam menilai kinerja koperasi. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah (1) ceramah bervariasi dan (2) praktek komputer. Hasilnya; Memberikan informasi kepada anggota manfaat yang diperoleh setelah menjadi anggota koperasi, Prestasi keuangan koperasi selama suatu periode, Informasi mengenai kondisi keuangan koperasi, dan Sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk menentukan jumlah sumberdaya dan jasa yang akan diberikan kepada koperasi.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of intellectual capital and knowledge management on business performance. This study was conducted in Indonesia. Research respondents were bank employees who had structural positions. Data had been collected by using a survey with questionnaires. We acquired 63 responses out of 80 questionnaires that had been distributed (78,75%). Based on data analysis by using Partial Least Square (WrapPLS 4.0), this study found that intellectual capital had no significant effect on business performance. Knowledge management had a significant effect on business performance. However, the results of this study showed that the simultaneous integration of IC and KM had a 45% effect on business performance. Finally, some limitations and future research are also discussed.
The objective of this study is to analyze: 1) the effect of the need for achievement on the employees' performance; 2) the effect of the need for affiliation on the employees' performance; and 3) the effect of the need for power on the employees' performance. This study is a causative research which objective is to see to what extent that the independent variables affect the dependent variable. The research population is the employees of PT. Gapura Angkasa of Minangkabau International Airport Padang. The study used census sampling technique and employed total respondent as the sample with the total sample of 127 respondents. Out of 127 distributed questionnaires, only 116 questionnaires were returned to the researchers. For data analysis technique, the study used multiple linear regressions, using t-test and coefficient of determination (R²) assisted with the SPSS software version 24. The research results conclude that: 1) the need for achievement has a significant effect on the employees' performance; 2) the need for affiliation has no significant effect on the employees' performance; and 3) the need for power has a significant effect on the employees' performance. The value of adjusted R square is equal to 0,675, which means that the independent variables of this study collectively affect the dependent variable up to 67,51%.Keywords: Performance, the need for achievement, the need for affiliation, the need for power Employee performance is necessary to be used by an organization as a benchmark to determine the level of effectiveness of an employee's work progress. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatahui gambaran pelaksanaan pola pelatihan manajement di de Giripurwo, Purwosari, Gunungkidul sebagai peningkatan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Diawali dengan melakukan analisis data sekunder mengenai gambaran terkait dengan produk - produk yang dapat dikembangkan di desa Giripurwo. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian sebagai sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat giripurwo. Pola management pelatihan yang dipilih ialah pelatihan management pengemasan nilai-nilai produk yang ada di desa giripurwo dan juga pengemasan yang berbasis IT. Di era new normal ini banyak sekali produk-produk yang ditawarkan lewat sosial media. Sosial media kini sudah menjadi teman dan disana disediakan apapun yang kita butuhkan. Digital marketing dibicarakan sebagai upaya pemasaran produk berbasis IT. Dengan digital marketing dan pemanfaatan sosial media dapat menekan biaya promosi dan dapat dialihkan untuk bahan produksi.
