The object of research are the peculiarities of formation, use and improvement of the economic-mathematical model of the enterprise's development. It is determined that the development of enterprise is evaluated through economic growth (result) taking into account quantitative and qualitative changes (in certain space-time environments), where the potential, quality of management, innovation and orientation to the processes of continuous improvement (through the development of staff, improvement of the system of interaction, opportunities, etc. based on the use of modern technologies and management systems, support and expansion of the marketing business network and ensuring the reliability of partnerships to achieve economic goals) provide economic growth (result) of the enterprise. A graphic interpretation (model) of the enterprise development is presented according to the theory of cyclical development and taking into account the influence of innovation in the system of «kind of innovation as kind of development». It is determined that the level of scale and quality of the enterprise development depends on its potential and reserves for growth. It is identified that in practice there are problems related to the formation (build-up) and use of a system of indicators to determine the level of development of enterprise. Upon the results of the study and discussion, an improved economic-mathematical model of the enterprise development is presented, which, unlike the existing ones, not only takes into account the theoretical and applied aspects of the use of independent partial models of the enterprise development for management of development (namely, content, characteristics and values of the model of the enterprise's ability to develop, the model of selecting the enterprise's development strategy, the model of selecting the enterprise development vector, the model of selecting the basis of the enterprise development, the model of efficient management of the enterprise based on the introduction of the marketing mechanism and the model of the the enterprise development result), but also provides for a simultaneous multi-vector target assessment of many spheres of the enterprise's operations (based on the use of a system of parameters, indicators and criteria of the system-oriented economic diagnostics) in order to determine its prospects. In particular, it includes the main directions and the basic instrumentarium for diagnosing competitiveness, investment attractiveness and enterprise development, taking into account the relationship of modern management and marketing.
Today, the war in Ukraine, caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation and with the assistance of the Republic of Belarus against Ukraine, has led to difficulties and problems in all areas of the national economy of Ukraine, including in the field of construction. In the context of a Russіa’s full-scale war agaіnst Ukraіne, an increased level of danger and risks, a halt in the construction of many buildings and structures at different stages of their existence, numerous destroyed and damaged houses and premises, an increase in the cost of building materials, energy resources, transport costs, as well as a shortage of labor are one of the most important factors leading to a drop in construction volumes. Considering the above, the purpose of the article is to study trends and problems in the field of construction of Ukraine in the war conditions. Based on the analysis of analytical data, it was noted that from May 10 to June 8, 2022, the total losses of the economy of Ukraine due to damage to physical infrastructure increased by $9.6 billion, and the destruction and damage of residential buildings during this period amounted to 8.4 million square meters. In the context of this, it was found out that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has simplified permit and registration procedures in construction in the conditions of martial law by adopting Resolution No. 722 dated June 24, 2022. It has been established that the current state of the construction sector in Ukraine needs to be improved, especially in the field of housing stock, since the losses for the economy of Ukraine from the Russian- Ukrainian war, as of early July 2022, are quite high. The conclusion was also formulated that the restoration of the construction sector in Ukraine should be carried out through the development and implementation of appropriate measures at the state level, with the financial support of foreign partner states. Here, the involvement of foreign experts and leading specialists of Ukraine is of particular importance for strengthen the potential of construction companies (in particular, financial and personnel potentials), for take into account security issues and risks in the future. It was determined that further research should be conducted in the direction of finding practical ways to restore the construction sector in Ukraine, including the housing stock, in wartime and post-war times.
In the context of the Russіa’s war agaіnst Ukraіne, the issue of food security has become quite acute not only for Ukraine, but for the whole world. The Russian Federation is a terrorist state carrying out food terrorism with the aim of destroying the world (global) food security system and thus influencing the entire free world. The actions and war crimes of the Russian Federation during the war in Ukraine negatively affected the world economy, global food security, as well as the budgets of individual countries that were largely dependent on Ukrainian export of agricultural products. Considering the above, the purpose of the article is to study trends and issues (some aspects) of food security of Ukraine in the war conditions. Based on an analytical review and analysis, it was noted that more than 400 million people in the world depend on grain supplies from Ukraine, and the total amount of losses to the Ukrainian agricultural industry as a result of the Russіa’s war agaіnst Ukraіne, as of June 14, 2022, is already amounted to $4.29 billion. It is also stated that it is impossible even in the next 3-5 years to find alternative suppliers in the world (among the countries) and replace such volumes of agricultural products from Ukraine. In the context of this, is presented a plan of measures to ensure food security in the conditions of martial law, approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 327-p dated April 29, 2022. It has been established that in order to protect and support Ukrainian agricultural production and ensure the sustainability of Ukraine's food security in a war (martial law), as well as to minimize any manifestations of the global food crisis, it is necessary to use all the tools and opportunities for Ukraine to influence global food policy, based on experience and real achievements of the leading positions in the global agricultural economy received by Ukraine, as well as to intensify and strengthen cooperation with partner countries, international and intergovernmental organizations, in particular with the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations), on the transformation of food systems. The conclusion formulated that the Russian Federation is both a terrorist state and a state sponsor of terrorism.
The study aimed at establishing the close relationship between the creativity of managers and the time spent making managerial decisions at the enterprise level. A linear least squares regression model determined the coefficient of dependence of time spent on management decision-making and creativity. The research used a quantitative approach and a sociological survey of heads and managers of enterprises of various sizes and organizational and legal forms. The authors compiled models of the formation of creative management in the enterprise based on motivational factors and the process of forming management decisions on the basis of management creativity. In the study, and for the first time, a scale of the creativity level and a scale of managers' motivation were proposed. The results of conducted sociological research and the use of the regression model of the factors taken into account show that the average level of creativity of managers involved in decision-making and their motivation coefficient has the greatest Influence on the time spent on managerial decisions. The research has theoretical and practical significance, and managers can use its results in practice to save time and improve the efficiency of management decision-making and staff motivation.
