The quality of a company can be seen from the quality of the resources contained in the company. In improving the quality of employee resources. One way to see the quality of employees is by evaluating the performance produced by employees. Another benefit of this performance appraisal is that employees will be motivated to work well because, for employees who have poor performance scores, sanctions or reprimand can be given. To assess employee performance, a good system is needed. This system is expected to be objective in carrying out assessments. In this study, a decision support system was used by applying the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method. In order for the calculation results to be more specific, the weights are generated using the Centroid Order Rank (ROC) method. It is expected that the results of the study can help decision-makers in the assessment of employee performance.
The purpose of this research is to measure the effect of perceived behavior on purchasing behavior of halal food among consumers in Tangerang which is mediated by purchase intention and moderated by halal awareness. Data collection through online questionnaires was carried out by snowball sampling and the results of questionnaires were returned and valid as many as 300 respondents. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that attitudes, subjective norms and perceptions of behavior control have a significant effect on purchase intention. Meanwhile, purchase intention has a significant effect on the purchasing behavior of working consumers, and halal awareness moderates the effect of purchase intention on purchasing behavior.
In the last week of September 2020, Covid-19 in Indonesia has infected more than 252,000 people. The spread of the virus through physical contact forces all countries to use social distance and physical distance to reduce interactions. On the educational side, the Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the prevention of face-to-face teaching and learning activities. All educational institutions must stop the learning process and replace it with online learning. Nadiem Makarim, Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, then affirmed this online learning by issuing a policy on online learning in case of an emergency spread of the Covid-19 virus. However, this online learning has provoked debate in the community over the preparation of the technology. The goal of this study was to analyze public opinion for online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in October 2020. The research carried out document-based text mining and feelings on Twitter data analyzed using the Naïve Bayes method. Analysis in that period found 25 percent positive sentiment, 74 percent negative sentiment, and 1 percent neutral sentiment. Several tweets showed that the words ‘stress’ and ‘covid’ were the most commonly spoken in the month.
This research aims to analyse the risk of production, price and income in the business of shallot hatchery in Medan Marelan district, Medan City. The study was carried out on 30 farmers who carried out hatchery cultivation in Medan Marelan district. The research method used to measure the risk of production, price and income uses variety, the standard deviation of the coefficient of variation (K V), and the lower limit of the highest yield. The results showed that the production risk was 0.23, price risk was 0.06 and income risk was 0.33. Production risk is caused by pests, diseases, and erratic weather. Price risk is caused by fluctuating prices. Income risk is caused by the amount of production, fluctuating prices, large farming costs and lack of market demand. The highest risk is income risk, followed by production risk and price risk.
