This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of entrepreneurship education, creativity, and self-efficacy on the interests of entrepreneurship in vocational students in Padang Pariaman Regency. The type of research is expose factor. The total population in this study was 2097 people with technique of proportional random sampling from 95 students. Data collected by descriptive analysis and prerequisite test analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis are in the quantitative good category is equal to 34,645 and the partial way of Entrepreneurship, Creativity and education Self Efficacy has a significant positive effect on the interest in entrepreneurship of SMK students in Padang Pariaman Regency. The results of simultaneous data analysis on entrepreneurship education, creativity and self efficacy show a figure of 0.532 or 53.2%.
The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of study habit, peer students' and scholarship utilization on learning achievement BIDIKMISI students', BIDIKMISI is a scholarships for students with low economic financial. This type of study is a quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling, so that obtained sample as much as 186 BIDIKMISI scholarship students'of 347 populations. The technique of data collection of this study uses the questionnaire. The technique of data analysis of this study uses path analysis by SPSS version16. The results of the study showed that: (1) the study habit has a correlation with peer students'. (2) The study habit and peer students' has a significant influence on scholarship utilization. (3) The study habit, peer students' and scholarship utilization has a significant influence on learning achievement.
This study aims to reveal: 1) Factors in the teaching skills of Vocational Business and Management Vocational Schools in Padang City, 2) the most dominant factors in the teaching skills of Vocational Business and Management teachers in Padang City. This research is a survey research that is intended to provide an explanation or referred to as exploratory research that is to see the dominant factors in teachers skills teaching in Business and Management Vocational Schools in Padang City. The total population is 328 teachers, the sampling technique is Proposal Random Sampling. The sample of this study is 180 teachers. The data analysis technique used is factor analysis. The results of the study are: 1) Final results of the Kaiser Meyer Olkin (KMO) shows the number 0.7 04 which is in the Good category. This means that the value of Kaiser Meyer Olkin (KMO) can explain that the variables of the teaching skills of teachers of Business and Management Vocational Schools in Padang City are good and sufficient for further analysis. 2) eight most dominant variables were formed in the teaching skills of SMK Business and Management teachers in Padang City are: (1) Communication, (2) Guiding Students , (3) Class Management, (4)Learning Methods, (5) Personal, (6) Varies, (7) Creative Thinking (8) Asking questions.
