Benan is one of the islands located in Senayang District, Lingga Regency, Riau Islands. Most of the people on Benan Island work as sea cucumber fishermen, this is because the existence of sea cucumbers on the island is still abundant. The processing of liquid waste originating from post-harvest sea cucumbers in the form of wet sea cucumbers and dry sea cucumbers has not been carried out optimally, even though the more raw materials for sea cucumbers are prepared at the time of postharvest, the more waste generated will also be. The problem with partners is that the liquid waste originating from the post-harvest preparation of sea cucumbers has not been carried out optimally. The solution given to partners is education through socialization of liquid waste processing from the results of postharvest preparation of sea cucumbers into local microorganisms (MOL) in the Benan village field trip group, so that postharvest processing of sea cucumbers becomes zero waste. The methods in the activities carried out are discussion and socialization. The results obtained after this service is increasing public knowledge about sea cucumber wastewater treatment.
Riau Islands is one of the provinces in Indonesia that has high marine diversity. One of the marine biotas that is endemic in the Kepulauan Riau Province is the “gonggong” snail (Laevistrombus sp.) which one of the tourism and culinary icon of the Riau Islands. Endemic and endangered marine biota have a very important role in the ecosystem. The purpose of community service to provide education and introduction to endemic and endangered marine biota in the Riau Archipelago, especially for SMA Negeri 3 Batam students. Community service activities were carried out in several stages, namely preparation, pre test, presentation of material using power point and video media, quiz competitions, and post test. Based on the average correct and incorrect answers in the pre and post test, it was a significant increase in the average correct answer of students (48% to 68%), the average number of students' incorrect answers (52% to 32%). Education and introduction of endemic and endangered marine biota in the Riau Islands using lecture methods, quiz, and learn from books were effectively carried out by increasing student’s knowledge.

The recovery strategy using Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat (SWOT) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis. The result shows that the strength of mangrove tourism in Bintan Island is the magnificence of the mangrove itself, the community-based tourism, various and unique tourism activities, etc. The weakness is incomplete facilities, lack of promotion, etc. The recovery strategy priority is mangrove tourism management that performed by BUMDes, Establishment of Pengudang Village Tourism and Cultural Heritage, Training and Mentoring of Mangrove Tourism Managers.
