Dengan adanya pandemic covid-19 ini menjadikan pembelajaran berbeda dari biasanya yaitu sebelum adanya pandemic covid-19 pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara tatap muka bertemu di sekolah, namun dengan adanya pandemic covid-19 seperti saat ini akhirnya pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara jarak jauh menggunakan bantuan teknologi. Kesiapan teknologi baik dari segi guru sebagai pendidik, kesiapan orang tua dalam menyediakan fasilitas kepada siswa dirumah, serta kesiapan siswa sebagai pelaksana pembelajaran jarak jauh harus dipersiapkan terlebih dahulu agar pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yaitu untuk melakukan pendampingan guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi untuk optimalisasi pembelajaran. Langkah-langkah yang digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan mitra yaitu: 1) sosialisasi program; 2) pelatihan dan praktik dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi untuk optimalisasi pembelajaran; 3) pendampingan; dan 4) monitoring. Dari kegiatan pengabdian yang sudah dilakukan dikatahui bahwa antusias dari guru dalam mengikuti pendampingan ini menunjukkan antusias yang tinggi. Hal tersebut terlihat dari adanya kemauan yang kuat dari para guru untuk mau memahami dan mempraktikkan dalam membuat modul menggunakan aplikasi Flip PDF.
The quality of learning is something that needs to be improved continuously. The implementation and achievement of an optimal learning process is use to gain the achievement of the expected learning objectives so learning activities can run effectively. With the application of the group investigation learning model, it is expected to be able to improve the quality of learning in the classroom since the group investigation method. By using this model, students are able to express themselves, improve critical thinking and other abilities that can support group learning or discussion. The main objective of this research was to improve the quality of learning through the application of the group investigation model to students. The research method used was classroom action research with two cycles of action. Furthermore, comparative data analysis was also used to compare learning in each cycle. The result of this research was an improvement in the learning process carried out by students from cycle I to cycle II, especially in the aspects of the research objectives. There was an increase in the first cycle, the average value was 68.22% and the average value in the second cycle was 83.33% with the correlation level from the first cycle and the second cycle was 0.619 or 61.9%. And the level of significance known from the data Sig.(2-tailed) was 0.000 <0.05 showed there was a difference from cycle I to cycle II in improving the quality of learning by applying the group investigation model.
The purpose of the study was to determine whether student activity in the organization affected learning achievement and soft skills improvement. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach; data collection techniques used was the questionnaire method. The research population was 365 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UNP Kediri class of 2018. The samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 79 students. Data analyses used were validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity tests, simple regression analysis techniques, hypothesis testing and determination tests (R2). This study used SPSS software version 23 which showed the results of the t-test of learning achievement variable values with a sig of 0.46 <0.05, while the t-test value of the soft skills variable with a sig of 0.00<0.05, the value of sig fcount> ftable with a total of 3,970 ftables, simultaneously student activity in the organization had a positive and significant influence on learning achievement and improvement of soft skills on Economics and Business students of Nusantara PGRI University, Kediri. Abstract Basically students have a positive assumption on the way that the subject teacher uses the way in teaching and delivering materials. Based on the results of the initial research at SMK PGRI 3 Kediri, it is known that the value obtained by students is less than the maximum. Where the learning results obtained by students are still below the minimum completion criteria (KKM) of seventy-five (75). This research aims to know the influence between teacher methods in teaching and the level of independence in students' learning, as well as changes in student learning outcomes in accounting subjects at SMK PGRI 3 Kediri. The research method used in this study is quantitative method with double regression approach. Where the object is a grade X student of 25 students. The results of this study generally showed a positive influence or have a significant influence on the methods and ways used by teachers in teaching, as well as the influence between the independence carried out by students during learning on the results obtained by students in learning in school. Furthermore, students' perception of the methods used by teachers in teaching and showing self-reliance in learning, simultaneously has a positive and significant influence.
