The application of conventional farming systems causes negative impacts for the environment and consumers, an effort made to deal with the negative impact is by changing conventional farming systems into organic. In 2010, the government released the Go Organic program and the area of certified organic farming reached into maximum point in that year. Until now there are many farmers who claim that their agricultural products are the organic one. Mekar Tani Jaya Farmer Group has conducted organic cultivation for 18 years. The aim of this research is to find out the application of organic farming system in Mekar Tani Jaya in accordance with SNI 6729: 2016, and also to know what are the obstacles faced by Mekar Tani Jaya in the implementation of organic farming system. This research is used qualitative descriptive method with through a case study technique. This research also using Miles and Huberman data analysis model and fishbone analysis model. The results is the percentage of conformity organic farming system by Mekar Tani Jaya Farmer Group with SNI 6729 : 2016 is about 94 percent (%). Meanwhile, the main problem that faced by Mekar Tani Jaya Farmer Group is not all of the organic farming system according to SNI 6729: 2016 can be applied thus make an impact to other aspects.Keywords: Organic Farming, SNI 6729 : 2016, farmer group.
Pengolahan buah salak Manonjaya dapat meningkatkan nilai jual buah dan pandapatan produsen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) nilai tambah pengolahan salak, 2) faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi usaha pengolahan salak, dan 3) strategi pengembangan pengolahan salak. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei deskriptif. Responden penelitian adalah para pengrajin dan pedagang produk olahan salak di Tasikmalaya. Data dianalisis dengan analisis nilai tambah, rasio penerimaan terhadap biaya, dan analisis faktor internal-ektenal. Hasil menelitian menunjukkan bahwa produksi dodol, manisan dan keripik salak menciptakan nilai tambah sebesar masing-masing Rp 6.234,65/kg, Rp 10.443,23/kg dan Rp 2.297,33/kg. Faktor internal kekuatan dan kelemahan usaha pengolahan buah salak, dan juga faktor eksternal yang menjadi peluang dan ancamannya telah diinventarisasi. Strategi untuk mengembangkan usaha pengolahan buah salak di Manonjaya adalah mempertahankan dan memelihara penetrasi pasar serta diversifikasi produk olahan.
Agribisnis mangga gedong gincu tidak terlepas dari adanya resiko di berbagai sumber (agen resiko) seperti resiko produksi, resiko harga/pasar, resiko manusia, resiko fina nsial dan resiko institusi. Semua sumber resiko tersebut berpotensi mengakibatkan gangguan pada proses produksi di petani hingga keseluruhan proses agribisnis dan pada akhirnya mempengaruhi pendapatan petani mangga gedong gincu di Kecamatan Sedong. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan identifikasi kejadian resiko dan sumber (agen resiko) yang sering terjadi dan berpeluang muncul kembali dan merancang aksi mitigasi untuk meminimalisir resiko tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan model House of Risk (HOR) yang terdiri dari 2 fase. Fase pertama yaitu pengidentifikasian resiko dan agen resiko, yang kemudian dilakukan pengukuran tingkat severity dan occurance serta perhitungan nilai Aggregate Risk Priority (ARP). Fase kedua yaitu penanganan resiko. Setelah dilakukan penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat 20 kejadian resiko dan 12 agen resiko. Terdapat 5 aksi mitigasi yang dapat dilakukan oleh petani dengan harapan mampu meminimalisir resiko pada agribisnis mangga gedong gincu di Kecamatan Sedong. Kata kunci: agribisnis, resiko, house of risk, aggregate risk priority (ARP), aksi mitigasi ABSTRACT Agribusiness gedong gincu mango can not be separated from the risk in various sources such as production risk, price / market risk, human risk, financial risk and institutional risk. All these sources of risk have the potential to cause disruption to the production process to the entire agribusiness process and ultimately affect the income of the gedong gincu mango farmers in Sedong District. Therefore, it is necessary to identify risk and resource occurrences (risk agents) that are frequent and likely to reappear and designing mitigation actions to minimize those risks. This research using House of Risk model (HOR) which consist of 2 phases. The first phase is the identification of risk and risk agents, which then measured the level of severity and occurance as well as calculating the value of Aggregate Risk Priority (ARP). The second phase of risk management. After the research, there were 20 risk events and 12 risk agents. There are 5 mitigation actions that can be used, in the hope of mitigating the risks on agribusiness gedong gincu in Sedong District.
ABSTRAK Terjadinya peningkatan permintaan sayuran organik mendorong ritel modern untuk dapat memenuhi permintaan tersebut sehingga ketersediaan sayuran organik yang berkualitas harus memadai agar tidak mengecewakan konsumen. Hal lain yang sering kali menjadi perhatian konsumen dalam membeli sayuran organik di ritel modern adalah kualitas pelayanan dalam menyajikan sayuran organik tersebut mengingat harganya yang lebih mahal. Dengan demikian, tujuan dari makalah ini adalah menganalisis tingkat kepuasan konsumen sayuran organik terhadap kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan di hypermarket lotte mart kota Bandung yang merupakan salah satu ritel modern yang sudah lama menjual sayuran organik dengan jenis sayuran organik yang beragam. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Ukuran sampel penelitian adalah 42 orang responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik Systematic Random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik scoring dan analisis faktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap kualitas sayuran organik dan kualitas pelayanannya berturut-turut adalah sebesar 75% dan 77% sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa konsumen sayuran organik merasa puas terhadap kualitas sayuran dan kualitas pelayanan di ritel modern tersebut. Dari hasil analisis faktor didapatkan bahwa faktor kualitas produk sayuran organik yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasaan konsumen adalah adanya bekas gigitan serangga, kemasan yang menarik dan faktor harga yang sesuai kualitas. Sedangkan faktor kualitas pelayanan yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasaan konsumen adalah faktor kesabaran karyawan dalam melayani, tanggapan terhadap keluhan yang mudah dimengerti, kecepatan dan kesiapan melayani konsumen dan faktor pengetahuan karyawan mengenai sayuran organik. Another thing that is often of concern to consumers in buying organic vegetables in modern retail is the quality of service in serving these organic vegetables given the higher price. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the satisfaction level of organic vegetables consumer on product quality and service quality at the Lotte Mart hypermarket in Bandung, which is one of the modern retailers that has long sold organic vegetables with various types of organic vegetables. The research design used is a quantitative design with a survey method. The sample size of the study was 42 respondents taken using the Systematic Random sampling technique. Data analysis technique used is a scoring technique dan factor analysis. Lebakmuncang is a tourism village in Ciwidey, Bandung, West Java, Indonesia, which has potential for natural and cultural resources supporting agro-tourism development. In recent years there has been a decline in tourist visits. The research objectives were to analyze the agro-tourism potential, to analyze visitor’s perceptions of the attractiveness of agro-tourism and agro-tourism development strategies. The research design used descriptive quantitative. Fifty tourists were selected by accidental sampling, and ten informants were selected purposively. Data analysis technique used Likert scale and SWOT matrix. The results showed Lebakmuncang village has variety agricultural commodities, dairy farming, and coffee processing business that have potential to support agro-tourism development; visitors’ perceptions of attraction and ancillary services was excellent. Visitors’ perception of amenities and accessibility was good. Strategies that can be carried out in developing agro-tourism are: (1) increasing community involvement, (2) adding animal husbandry attractions and coffee processing in tour packages, (3) adding supporting facilities that are not yet available, (4) synchronizing agro-tourism development programs with stakeholders, (5) training human resources in internet technology-based tourism management, (6) partnerships in promotion and marketing with travel agents, (7) improving service quality, (8) creating community-based and sustainable agro-tourism branding, and (9) promotional cooperation with other tourist objects..
