Penelitian ex post facto ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan belajar, dan sikap siswa terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 22 Samarinda tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Teknik pengambilan sample adalah simple random sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 22 samarinda yang terdiri dari 9 kelas dengan jumlah 326 siswa, dengan sampel penelitian terdiri dari 5 kelas dengan jumlah 183 siswa. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysi) dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan analisis jalur untuk sub-struktur 1 dipeoleh persamaan dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,000, maka sub-struktur 1 signifikan sehingga terdapat pengaruh lingkungan belajar siswa terhadap motivasi siswa dengan kontribusi sebesar 11,42%. Untuk analisis sub-struktur 2 diperoleh persamaan dengan p = 0,000, maka sub-struktur 2 signifikan sehingga terdapat pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan belajar siswa terhadap sikap siswa dengan kontribusi motivasi sebesar 11,02% dan lingkungan belajar sebesar 5,90%. Untuk analisis sub-struktur 3 diperoleh persamaan dengan p = 0,000, maka substruktur 3 signifikan sehingga terdapat pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan belajar, dan sikap siswa terhadap hasil belajar matematika dengan kontribusi motivasi siswa sebesar 3,61%, lingkungan belajar sebesar 13,54%, dan sikap siswa sebear 2,16%. Dengan demikian terdapat pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan belajar, dan sikap siswa terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 22 Samarinda tahun ajaran 2018/2019.
The objective of this research is to study of effect of emotional quotient, academic loyalty, and interpersonal communication on lecturers' performance of Mulawarman University Samarinda. The data of this research were collected through the use of questionnaire filled out by 130 lecturers chosen randomly by using random sampling technique. The data were obtained by administering questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. The results of research showed that: (1) emotional quotient positively has significant effect on lecturers' performance, (2) academic loyalty also positively has significant effect on lecturers' performance, (3) interpersonal communication positively has significant effect on lecturers' performance, (4) emotional quotient positively has significant effect on academic loyalty, and (5) emotional quotient positively has significant effect on interpersonal communication.
The objective of this research is to obtain information concerning the effect of headmaster managerial leadership, supervisory supervision, achievement commitment, teacher competence, toward teacher, performance. The research was conducted in Samarinda City. Survey method apllied in this research which data have been analyzed by path analisis. In this research, teachers have been choosen as unit analysis and 154 samples selected randomly. This research findings are as follows: (1) The managerial leadership of the principal directly affects teacher performance, (2) Supervision of supervisors does not directly affect the performance of teachers, (3) Commitment to achievement directly affect the performance of teachers, (4) Teacher competence has a direct effect on teacher performance, (5) Managerial leadership of the principal has a direct positive effect on teacher competence, (6) Supervision of supervisors does not directly affect the competence of teachers, (7) Commitment to achievement has no direct effect on teacher competence, (8) The managerial leadership of the principal directly influences the achievement commitment, and (9) Supervision of supervisors has no direct effect on achievement commitments.Therefore, the performance of teachers of SMA Negeri in Samarinda City can be improved through headmaster's managerial leadership, achievement commitment and teacher competence, teacher competence can be improved through headmaster's managerial leadership, and achievement commitment can be improved through headmaster's managerial leadership
